Pacify Her

She had been admission into a kindergarten and she had been having fun while learning things with other kids. But it wasn't always fun, like today.

The new nanny had been a little late in bringing her in and the other girl was already sitting in her seat. That girl had been stealing her desk ever since the second week and she hates it.

If only Junjun was here with her, Channie pouted and sat down on the last row of empty desk.

"Hyunchannie, why are you not sitting on your seat?" her classmate ask staring at her with her big eyes from the front, she seem confused.

"She sat down on my seat before i came in." she explained, and the girl nodded at her but ask why didn't she take her seat from the other student, and so she replied, "It's okay, she got here first."

Hyunchan wanted to take her seat back from the girl, it was her seat and she sat there on the first day. Her mama told her to sit on the front desk too and she liked sitting near the board where the teacher write things for them. But she don't want to fight, her mama hates it when she even yells a bit at the other kids. Fighting over a front seat, she don't want to and if she did her mama will scold her for hours. She don't want that, so she just smiles when the teacher greeted them and started their class for the day.

It was the next day that she got into a fight with that new girl who steals her seat if she's late to class.

Hyunchan sits by her desk talking with her friends after her nanny drop her off. They were smiling and looking at the board, spelling the fruits on the chart. Then her shoulder got yank back and she came to face the girl. Channie frowns and turn to face the board again but the hand on her was still there.

"This is my seat, you can sit at the back." Hyunchan says, pushing the hand off her shoulder and ignoring the girl.

"Hey, she was sitting here yesterday." a women came behind the girl, maybe her mother ?

"I sat here first, she didn't came on the first day." Hyunchan says loudly, catching other students attention.

"She stole Hyunchannie seat yesterday, Channie was late a little bit and she sat here." a girl beside her says and the women scowls at them but took her child by the hand and went to the empty back seats.

Her first year as a school student was good and she came out first in her class, highest score in every subject because she just love to read and draw and write. It was all fun to her, she just loves learning.

Grade one was a bit of a challenge but she still loved it since the first day of class.
