ARC - 5B - THE END

CHAPTER - 19 - THE DESTINED ONES FIGHT

Jonas charged towards the bed on which Milo was sleeping with the goal to kill him in his sleep.

MEANWHILE...

Razel was guarding the gate on the orders of his father. As it was the night time and his father took care of almost every guard who were protecting the king's castle from enemy attacks, Razel loosed his stiffness and stopped hiding his demonic energy and dark energy. Since it was his first time hiding his demonic and dark energy, when he released his huge force of dark energy mixed with his demonic energy at once, the ground on which he was standing started shaking. When he saw the ground shaking, he backed off immediately. He didn't understood why the ground was shaking because he never knew the true extent of his own power. When he saw his dark and purple aura coming out of his body, he remembered something. When he was just an 8 year old kid, his father told him something while training,

"Razel, even though you are just a kid, you have amazing power and extreme potential. You will improve your dark arts and someday you will surpass me by becoming even more powerful with your demonic energy. You have yet to know your true extent. Never underestimate your true power."

When Razel saw a flashback of his childhood, he learnt that he had already surpassed his father in the power of dark arts when he was 21 years old. While fighting the God of Air, Vayuleos, he earned the title of the Dark Demon. However, even though he had surpassed his father in dark arts, his father is still way more powerful than him since his father is the conqueror of the major 4 elements.

During this time, Wang Lei, who was trying to sleep on his bed in the treating centre (also known as hospital) near the kingdom, woke up from his half slept state due to the noise created by Razel's suddenly released energy. After waking up, he walked slowly towards the gate of the kingdom.

He looked at Razel and was surprised. Since Jonas burnt the bodies of the guards after killing them, Lei only saw Razel and nobody else. Since there were no guards guarding the kingdom gate, Lei felt utterly suspicious of the person pacing around the kingdom gate, who was Razel.

Lei covered his body with the Azure armour, which he was able to create with the help of his Azure Emperor prowess. He slowly started walking towards Razel. Since he already protected his body with Azure armour by releasing his prowess, Razel got aware of the presence of a powerful foe lurking in the darkness. Razel said,

"Who the hell are you?! Show yourself or you are dead!"

Lei started sweating and thought to himself,

"He figured out my presence with just a slight use of my Azure Prowess. He might be a skillful foe. He should be on the same level as me. I should be careful of him."

He slowly came out of the darkness and raised his hands up slowly and said,

"I am Wang Lei, the son-in-law of Mr. Milo Azaloth."

Razel got a surprised and said,

"Hoh! So you are the entity known as the Azure Emperor. You are like me. I, Razel, am also not a complete human. However, you are weaker than me. Prepare yourself, Azure Emperor! Here I come!"

Razel forged a dark sword almost like his father. The only difference was that Razel's sword was even stronger since he filled it with his demonic energy. The dark sword was not completely black. It was shining with purple colour. Meanwhile, Lei thought to himself,

"Did he just said that his name was Razel?! Or it was just my imagination and I didn't heard him properly?! No, I am sure that he is Razel. The same Razel who might have been killed by that demon lord Afrozwein. Even if other people have a weird name like Razel, he would be the only person who would enter the realm of Gods, like me, because we are the destined ones according to the demon lord Afrozwein!"

Razel leapt towards Lei at high speed trying to force his sword in Lei's guts. Lei saved himself due to his quick thinking. Instead of putting up a fight, he dodged out of Razel's way.

Razel used many of the dark forms and he also overflowed his body with demonic energy. His white and shining hair started blowing back and his clothes were shred into pieces by the strong and purple aura of his demonic energy. He became faster than before and charged towards Lei, once again.

Lei didn't had enough time to dodge the attack. So, instead of dodging, Lei used his Azure power to defend himself by creating a shield as fast as possible. The force created from the collision of Razel's dark sword and Lei's Azure shield helped Lei in backing off. After Lei was successful in defending himself, he smiled and said,

"Looks like the lady luck is on my side!"

Razel's temper increased due to Lei's confidence. He shouted,

"Don't you know, you... Shouldn't... Talk... While... FIGHTING!!!"

He screamed and rushed towards Lei, pointing his dark sword towards him. But, Lei dodged this attack because he already knew that it was coming. But, Razel didn't stopped at this and continued attacking Razel until he got tired and fed up of defending or dodging himself. He thought to himself,

"What should I do?! This Razel guy, who is the destined one, is too fast and powerful! I don't think there's a way to beat him!"

Lei continued dodging or defending himself without talking a second's rest and Razel continued rushing towards him and attacking him every time he saved himself.

Lei started getting weaker and weaker by each second passing. He soon came in a situation where he was not able to move anymore. While he tried to take a breath, Razel rushed towards him to finish him off. He thought to himself,

"Is this the end?! Will I die by a person who I don't know why is here for and what is his species?!"

Razel reached him, backed his hands to increase the force of the attack which he was about to land on Lei with his dark and demonic sword.
