"So far so good," muttered Qing Tian as he stood up and looked at the happy creatures around him.

The Array will slowly begin to affect the creatures near the small Array. This Array was only strong enough to affect this small area and still needed the other four arrays to synchronize and strengthen their bonds and strengths.

'I should go now,' thought Qing Tian as he summoned his wings and blasted off into the sky.

Out of the Super creatures he had recently killed, Qing Tian had not received a single armor Beast soul. He did receive a Pet Armor Beast soul and wings Beast soul, so he quickly made use of the Super wings Beast soul.

His speed had multiplied by a lot, reaching almost 1 Mach.

Qing Tian was already reaching superhuman speeds in the First God's Sanctuary even before he evolves.

His travel speed increased and Qing Tian could complete the Restoring Balance Array much quicker.

"I should go to a nearby shelter and buy some more food, I'm tired of having jerky," muttered Qing Tian as he started slowing down and moving to the closest shelter.

'The closest shelter should be Hawk Shelter,' thought Qing Tian as he landed near the entrance of the nearest shelter.

It took him a couple of minutes before he arrived near Hawk Shelter, but once he landed, Qing Tian switched his armor to the Black Knight armor and removed his wings before summoning the Ruby Panther.

"Yanran, are you close to maxing your genes?"

"Not yet. I might need half a year more to finish the Sacred-Blood meat I recently received."

"Let's hurry so that we can have a high Fitness and enter Blackhawk Military Academy."

"Slow down Lili, you still need to max out your genes too."

Two girls were walking together around Hawk Shelter, discussing various important matters for their future.

Ji Yanran was planning on entering Blackhawk Military Academy after she maxes out her Geno points. She plans on going to Blackhawk Military Academy with her best friend Qu Lili and living a safe life with her.

Away from the war against the Shuras and attempt to stay away from God's Sanctuary.

"Have you tried the game Hand of God? That game that even has a club at Blackhawk," asked Qu Lili as she moved her fingers in the air.

"I've been playing it for a while, I feel like I'm getting really good at it," said Ji Yanran with a smug look on her face.

Qu Lili giggled at Ji Yanran's smug look, "If you continue acting like this, you might only want to date a guy who's better than you at Hand of God."

"Maybe…" muttered Ji Yanran, already thinking about it.

'It would prove his skill…'

"Yanran, why are you blushing?" Qu Lili poked Ji Yanran's sides and began to tease her.

"Stop it…" said Ji Yanran with an embarrassed face.

The two girls walked around for a while more, wishing to pass the time and get hungry so that they could continue eating Sacred-Blood meat.

Just as the two girls were going to head back to their rooms, they heard a commotion at the entrance of the shelter.

Wondering what was happening, the two girls went on over to see what was happening.

"I'm telling you! I saw God two days ago!"

"Let go of me you lunatic?"

"Don't your wonder why the creatures disappeared for two days?!"

"Well… yes…"

"They believe me! I swear I saw God!"

"No! Stop it! It's just an illusion you saw…"

"But..!"

Pa!

The man who saw 'God' was hit fiercely, his body falling to the floor harshly.

"Just leave us alone!"

Both Ji Yanran and Qu Lili looked at Lai Yun with faces filled with pity.

The man was left lying on the ground and everyone walked away slowly. Only a few people stayed behind to look at the man for a couple more seconds.

Ji Yanran and Qu Lili were part of those people, looking at the man with a bit of pity before turning around to leave.

Papapa…

Papapa!

The sounds of running slowly reached the ears of Ji Yanran, causing her to halt her steps and turn to the entrance of the shelter.

"What's wrong sweetie?"

Noticing Ji Yanran stopping and looking at the entrance of the shelter, Qu Lili wondered what she was paying attention to.

She was going to ask again until she heard the sound of a beast running to the shelter.

Being curious about who it might be, Qu Lili and Ji Yanran approached the entrance and looked for the source of the sound.

A couple of seconds passed and they both finally saw a figure approaching. A person in black armor riding a red creature, traveling really fast and about to reach the shelter at any second.

"Who are they?" asked Ji Yanran out loud.

"I don't know, but they look pretty cool on the red creature," said Qu Lili with a small smile on her face. "I might go talk to them…"

"Knock yourself out…" said Ji Yanran.

"You're coming with me!"

Qu Lili grabbed Ji Yanran's arm and pulled her to the entrance to wait for the person in black armor.

Standing nervously at the entrance, both girls watched as the armored person stopped before the entrance and unsummoned their mount.

"Here they come…" whispered Qu Lili as she watched the armored person step into the shelter.

"H-hello there!"

Dragging Ji Yanran along, Qu Lili stood in front of the armored person with a smile on her face without a care in the world.

Pausing in his footsteps, Qing Tian looked at the rather cute girl standing before him before glancing at the nervous and shy girl behind her.

"Hello," said Qing Tian with a nod. "What can I do for you ladies?"

'It's a man!'

With a happy shock, both girls turned to look at each other with wide eyes before turning back to Qing Tian.

"My name is Qu Lili and this is…"

"… Ji Yanran."

Both girls introduced themselves to Qing Tian and thought themselves pretty lucky to meet such a cool man.

'Qu Lili… Ji Yanran…' Qing Tian instantly recognized both their names and smiled quietly under the armor's helmet.

"My name is Qing Tian, but you can call me Heaven," said Qing Tian with a more relaxed posture.

Qing Tian looked at both girls for a while more before thinking to himself.

'Ji Yanran looks a bit shy, but I can see that pride and courage of a Lion inside her eyes,' thought Qing Tian as he looked into Ji Yanran's eyes. 'She must've been forced to do this by Qu Lili or she wouldn't be this shy.'

"Can we see your mount Heaven?" Qu Lili asked with sparkles in her eyes. "It looked really cute earlier."

"Why not," said Qing Tian with a shrug of his shoulder before summoning the Ruby Panther.

"Wow… it looks very amazing…" muttered Qu Lili.

"It really does…" agreed Ji Yanran as she touched the Ruby Panther and glanced at Qing Tian from the corner of her eyes occasionally.

Qing Tian left the Ruby Panther with Qu Lili and Ji Yanran as he headed off to buy some food and spices.

Seeing Qing Tian leave just like that, Ji Yanran decided to follow him after glancing at Qu Lili and the Ruby Panther.

"Where are you heading off to?" Ji Yanran looked at Qing Tian with suspicious eyes, wondering what Qing Tian was hoping to do.

"I'm going to get some food and spices," said Qing Tian, turning his head to Ji Yanran to face her.

"What do you need food and spices for?" asked Ji Yanran as she looked at Qing Tian curiously.

Qing Tian smiled and said, "I'm traveling around the Sanctuary, visiting various places and seeing as many creatures as I can before heading off to the second God's Sanctuary."

"Traveling…" repeated Ji Yanran in a small mumble. Turning her head to look back at Qu Lili, Ji Yanran thought to herself, 'Should I travel with Lili before heading to Blackhawk Military Academy? …'

Qing Tian looked at Ji Yanran's expression which continued changing from happy to worry and eventually into one of resolution.

Walking into Hawk Shelter's market, Qing Tian headed straight to the back of the market where the spices and food provisions were at.

Whilst Qing Tian bought the spices and food provisions, Ji Yanran continued to think about traveling around the Sanctuary. Her eyes continued to roam around the shelter, yearning to see more than just this same scene.

Eventually, her eyes landed on Qing Tian and she thought to herself, 'Maybe this man can help Qu Lili and I to travel around the sanctuary.'

Qing Tian finally got his large quantity of food and went on to carry everything on his back before heading back to his Ruby Panther with Ji Yanran.

"When will you leave?" Ji Yanran asked. She watched as Qing Tian placed his food on the back of the Ruby Panther with a bit of nervousness.

'He might be my only chance to travel around the Sanctuary… he must be strong… right? Or else how could he have made it to this shelter…'

Qing Tian made sure the food and spices were properly set on the Ruby Panther before turning to look at the setting Sun.

"I'll head out tomorrow in the morning," said Qing Tian before turning to look back at Ji Yanran and Qu Lili.

"Good!" Blurted out Ji Yanran by accident. Her face turned red and she continued speaking, "What I mean is… Qu Lili and I wish to travel and see the Sanctuary as well. Can we tag along with you? We'll pay you properly and a lot of money."

'Me too?!'

Qu Lili looked at Ji Yanran with a shocked smile before going along with her. She didn't wish to leave Ji Yanran alone and especially alone with a stranger.

"Alright, prepare half of the money you wish to give me and then just hand the rest when you wish to return to the Alliance," said Qing Tian with a wave of his hand.

"Great! So we'll see you back here tomorrow, right?"

Ji Yanran looked at Qu Lili with a large smile before turning to Qing Tian and asking for confirmation.

"Yeah. But make sure you bring enough food for the next 2-3 weeks. Have at least a mutant or Saved-Blood mount," said Qing Tian.

"Okay! We'll see you here tomorrow then," nodded Ji Yanran as she grabbed Qu Lili's hand and walked away with her with a proud smile. 'This is going to be a fun trip.'

'I wonder if that guy is hot,' thought Qu Lili as she looked back at Qing Tian with a smirk.

Qing Tian looked at Qu Lili's expression with a smile before waving his hand at her.

'That girl… I guess this trip won't be that boring,' thought Qing Tian as he went outside the shelter with his Ruby Panther and set up camp outside the shelter.

He wasn't going to take a room inside the shelter in case someone appears there in the middle of the night.

Baa!

Looking at the small goat outside the shelter, Qing Tian tied it around the Ruby Panther.

'No one would have guessed that this small Kicking Goat would be a Sacred-Blood creature,' thought Qing Tian.

This was the small creature Qing Tian had picked up back in Steel Armor Shelter and fed the Star Crystal to.

It was just a couple of days away from becoming a Super creature.

'I've barely gathered enough Life Essences for one person, I need to gather even more…' thought Qing Tian. 'I can kill as many as I want now since the Restoring Balance Array will fix it all in no time.'

Before going to sleep, Qing Tian took one more look at Horned Knight's information.

Looking at the evolving setting, Qing Tian couldn't wait for the moment it says that the Horned Knight can further evolve.

It was a great moment he wished to witness already, especially for such an adorable Beast soul.

With her intelligence already raised thanks to two Beast souls fusing together, Horned Knight's intelligence might be in part with Super creatures. If she evolves into an actual Super creature that can continue to evolve, she might be able to communicate with Qing Tian.

'I just need to feed it some Super creature meat,' thought Qing Tian as he looked at the Horned Knight's Beast soul.
