Time for a talk..

Monika hugged me tightly and started realizing something. I didn't hug back and looked around again.

"M-Monika.. Please, for fuck sake, tell me this is all just a fucked up nightmare.. I'm.. hallucinating right?"

She held me in silence and then soon enough let go of me. I let out a long sigh, my eyes were still glowing in a bright shade of red as I declared: "I promise.. I will kill him with my bare hands.. Sorry you had to come all the way over here and deal with him.."

I saw her smiling slightly as she said: "Let's be honest.. If it weren't for me, you and the training spot would have been demolished..".

I looked away, crossing my eyes, mumbling: "Whatever.. I'll find a better training spot in no time!" - I then thought to myself - "No you can't, you idiot, stop lying to yourself!"

Monika looked down at her keyboard and said: "...I know this place was special to you.. Especially considering this was where your father accepted you and trained your fighting skills.. Your father means too much for you to just let anything shatter those memories with him, isn't that right?"

I looked up at her annoyed but speechless for a few moments, but then looked away and replied: "Y-You.. You know me too damn well for your own good.."

Monika giggled silently.

"I may not be able to fix what has been broken because he corrupted this area.. But if you ever need a comforting shoulder, you know you always have me."

I looked up at her again and we locked eye contact. Tears filled my eyes immediately but I wiped them and looked away, mumbling: "I uh.. I gotta go home.. My dad needs to know about this."

I felt her hand on my shoulder as I was turning away.

"I'd better go with you, Nat. If you tell him some maniac tried to kill you and had the power to destroy an entire field, he'd think you're insane."

"Can't argue with that logic.." - I looked away but then it came to me.. - "Wait.. THE ARROW! HE IS A DAMN STAND USER! HE WASN'T A STAND USER BEFORE!? MY DAD HAD THE STAND ARROW. LET'S GO." - I looked back at her, worried.

She teleported the both of us to the living room and I noticed that Atsui was awake. She wasn't in the living room but my Dad was.

"D-DAD!" - I shouted on instinct.

He was watching the news about the destroyed village. There had been a lockdown.

He replied, still paying attention to the TV: "I'm guessing you're coming home from school?"

"....We were at the destroyed village.. When the attack happened." - I said, looking away.

He turned to us and walked up to me, checking if I was injured.

"Some minor injuries and your uniform is burnt.. At least you're okay now."

"Me and Monika know who did it.. And I encountered them when I was trying to relax at the destroyed village.. I mean, without Monika by my side, I wouldn't be here right now.." - I looked down, holding my elbow - "B-But please tell me you have the stand arrow with you, he wasn't a stand user before we encountered him today and he made a surprise attack..!"

"....Foolish of you to think I didn't retreat the arrow once Atsui got pierced by it." - He took the arrow from his inner pocket in his tuxedo and looked at it for a few moments.

He then crushed it angrily, as it faded into pixels, it's as if it never existed in the first place.

"A fake.. I wouldn't expect anything less.." - Monika said to herself, looking at her keyboard.

"Wait.. He's a stand user?! And he attacked you both.. How powerful does a human have to be to destroy an entire field in what.. minutes?" - He then looked at Monika.

"10 minutes was all it took. He electrocuted us both as soon as I arrived and once Natsuki surprised him, he tried to kill us with, I quote, "a blast worth a thousand beams"." - She looked up at him, her gaze hardened.

"....." - My dad looked at me, I didn't look back as I assumed he demanded answers.

"Natsuki Gushiken Brando. Who is this guy, what are you hiding?" - He glared at me, a death glare that was all too familiar to me. I could tell he was worried but I was scared to say anything.

"Tell me before I get the answers myself."

My eyes grew wide, I couldn't let him go through my stuff. Especially because I drew him lately because I had him in my mind.

"FINE, I'LL TELL YOU! His name is Killer.Chr as far as I know.. He's been trying to kill me for years for satan-knows-what-reason. He was trapped in the void once Monika realized he was a threat but.. he must have gotten ahold of the stand arrow and gotten out that way.. He tried to kill Monika as well, I- THIS IS ALL TRUE, I AM NOT GOING INSANE, OKAY?!" - I told him everything while feeling like throwing up from so much stress.

"...." - He looked at me speechless.

"...Why didn't you tell me..? I HAVE BEEN TRAINING YOU FOR A WHILE NOW, WHY DID I NEVER HEAR ABOUT THIS? ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!"

"I DIDN'T TELL YOU BECAUSE YOU WOULD FUCKING ABUSE ME BEFORE I EVEN CHOSE YOUR SIDE, WHY THE HELL DO YOU THINK I WOULD TELL YOU OF ALL PEOPLE!?" - I started tearing up slightly, with my eyes glowing red.

"Alright, calm down you two. Dadsuki, while your daughter and I were basically being hunted by that being, I was the one to shelter her in my house. We kept it a secret since we didn't want more people in danger." - Monika explained calmly to Dadsuki.

"Even so.. What was his stand ability?" - He wondered.

"We don't know.. All we know is that he overpowered us. I didn't know he was a stand user, and even Natsuki being one stood no chance." - Monika admitted.

"Well of course. You're not a stand user. You only have your keyboard, and I doubt you could destroy an entire field at will."

Monika rolled her eyes, Atsui then joined us in the living room and asked: "Wait, so what was under the bed in the guest's room?"

I looked at Atsui and Monika answered: "The stand arrow apparently. We don't have it anymore though."

"H-Huh..? WAIT, YOU PUT THAT UNDER THE DAMN MATTRESS, YOU DISGUSTING OLD SACK OF SHIT?!" - Atsui got angry, threw her shoe at his face and then jumped on his back.

"ARGH, GET THIS THING OFF ME, NATSUKI!" - He started shouting as Atsui started pulling his pigtails.

RTTC tried to get her off along with Monika. Dadsuki growled and shouted again: "ZA WARUDO."

Time stopped as soon as Dadsuki noticed that mine and Monika's attempt was unsuccessful. He got Atsui off his back and put both her and Monika on his shoulders. He opened the front door and threw them outside. He took a few seconds to look at them and then threw Atsui's shoe at her face. He slammed the front door shut and time continued.

*Monika's POV*

Monika noticed she was gonna fall on top of Atsui and teleported herself beside her while Atsui kept screaming at him. She fell along with Monika and shouted: "HEY!-" - but was interrupted by her own shoe hitting her face.

"Hey, you okay?.." - Monika asked Atsui.

"No.."

"Heh.. I wouldn't be either if I was in your shoes." - Monika giggled softly and got up, offering her hand to help her up.

Atsui looked up at her and let out a laugh, even though the pun was directed at her. She put on her shoe and got up.

"Hey, if you need a place to stay, you always have my house. I've lived alone for a while since my parents are always out of town for business purposes. And don't worry, the guest's room is safe."

"...Thanks, at least I won't have to deal with those freaks all the time anymore.."

Monika guided her to her house and then led her to the guest's room, which was now hers.

"If you need me, I'll leave my phone number with you."

She then wrote her phone number on a piece of paper and gave it to her.

"Thanks, Monika.. I can't thank you enough."

"No problem, I'll be in my room." - Monika then went into her room and locked the door behind her.

She took her keyboard from her bag and looked down at it.

"Killer.Chr, me and you, alone. Let's talk." - She whispered to herself before deleting her own file.
