PLAGUE SWARM

'Two new curses, huh?! Looks insanely dangerous and powerful. It's time to master them, but I'll need some test subjects...'

Ryan ordered Bellatrix to capture some small beasts from the surrounding forests so he could test his new curses on them. For the next couple of days, he would train day and night nonstop.

He stood in the center of the space ring, his breath steady, eyes closed as he prepared for his grueling training. The magic orb embedded in his soul still pulsed faintly. He needed to master these new curses—the Plague and the Corpse Explosion. These were not just ordinary spells; they were dark, powerful, and required precise control to wield without falling into madness.

"Gotta calm down or else I might become corrupted by this energy," He mumbled under his breath, gathering the necro energy around his body.

The space ring around him began to shift, its endless void-like interior warping to create a training ground. The air buzzed with ancient energy, and Ryan could feel the magic thrumming through the very fabric of this dimension. He rolled his shoulders, feeling the tension seep out of his muscles as he prepared himself mentally and physically.

"Alright," he muttered to himself, "I'm ready."

As if on cue, a portal opened up in the air beside him, and Bellatrix appeared, dragging several beasts she'd captured from the surrounding forests. Some snarling, others whimpering, their eyes wide with fear.

"Found some big ones," Bellatrix said, tossing the beasts to the ground.

Ryan nodded, his eyes never leaving the creatures. "Thanks, Bella." He looked up at her face. "You are curious, aren't you?"

She nodded. "Very much. Are you perhaps going to test new curses?"

"Yup!" Ryan replied, cracking his knuckles.

"Can I stay? Please?!" She pleaded.

Ryan thought for a moment before smirking, "Well, only if you give me a nice massage later~" He teased.

"Deal!" She responded right away, sitting on the ground nearby.

He shifted the space, pushing Bellatrix at a safe distance. "Okay then, here I go!"

After selecting a big stag, Ryan wrapped it with his ethereal chains and focused his mind, reaching out to the necro energy that now coursed through his veins. The air grew colder, and a dark mist began to swirl around his feet. His eyes glowed with a faint green hue as he concentrated on the first curse: Plague.

'Pestis Incantare.' The whisper of a woman's voice came to his ears.

Ryan's lips moved silently, echoing the voice in his head as he repeated the incantation. The dark mist at his feet thickened, rising like a living entity, tendrils of shadowy smoke curling and snaking through the air. He could feel the weight of the curse—the power, the malice—pooling within him, seeking to burst out of his body.

The beasts before him sensed the shift in the atmosphere. The stag's eyes rolled wildly, nostrils flaring as it struggled against the chains that kept it grounded. Other creatures whimpered and snarled, sensing the imminent danger.

Ryan's gaze fixed on the stag. He extended his right hand, fingers outstretched, and let the necro energy flow into his arm. With his proficiency increasing, he doesn't require a wand to use necro magic anymore. He could feel it burning, not with heat but with a cold, relentless fire. "Pestis Incantare," he whispered again, this time aloud.

A dark green aura enveloped his hand, crackling with malevolent energy. With a flick of his wrist, he sent the curse hurtling towards the stag. The moment it touched the beast, the necro energy seeped into its flesh, spreading like an infection. Dark veins crawled across its body, and its fur began to fall out in clumps, revealing patches of decaying skin.

The creature's eyes went wide with terror, and a guttural sound erupted from its throat. Its legs buckled, and it collapsed to the ground, convulsing violently. A nasty stench filled the air as the curse worked its way through the animal's body, decomposing it from the inside out. Bellatrix watched with a mix of awe and horror, her eyes wide as the stag's convulsions slowed, then ceased altogether. The once-majestic creature now lay still, its body a grotesque shell of its former self. "Impressive," she murmured, more to herself than to Ryan.

"Humm... It's similar to my decomposing curse, but..." Ryan narrowed his eyes as he saw a swarm of flies emerging from the stag's mouth and nose. The insects buzzed angrily, circling around it before settling on its rotting flesh. They feasted hungrily, gorging themselves on the remains of their former host. Then they buzzed around the corroding skeleton. "These flies!!" He extended his arm forward, pointing at them with his finger, "Corpus Flies! This is interesting! They multiply and consume the flesh of the infected and carry around the plague... Perfect carrier!" Ryan smirked as he looked at the flies, his eyes gleaming with interest.

After a few hours of experiments, he managed to control the Plague Swarm, which allowed him to summon a swarm of Corpus Flies that multiplied and consumed the flesh of the infected. Furthermore, they could also be used to spread the plague, infecting others and causing chaos. However, Ryan noticed that his control over the curse was low and he could only control the swarm within a certain distance, so he needed to train hard to control it properly.

Meanwhile, Bellatrix was watching Ryan's experiments with great curiosity and couldn't help but wonder how powerful this new curse could become.

Over the next few days, he trained relentlessly, perfecting the Plague curse. He tested different variations of it, experimenting with the Corpus Flies, trying to improve his control over them. He also learned how to use the curse on humans, thanks to the couple of Dark Wizards Narcissa captured, causing horrific effects such as boils, pustules, gangrene, necrosis, and death in the end. He even figured out a way to use it on plants and other objects, causing them to wither and decay.

"Nice..." Ryan was quite pleased with his progress, and he felt confident that he could now wield the curse without succumbing to its corruptive influence. "Now time to see the power of Corpse Explosion." He looked around the dead bodies of beasts and humans. His eyes turned a deep blackish green, and he raised his right hand, pointing his index finger towards one of the corpses. A sinister smirk formed on his lips as he muttered the words, "Cadaveris Flare!"

Instantly, the corpse exploded into a shower of gore and viscera. Ryan stood there with a satisfied smile on his face as bits of flesh and bone rained down around him. He noticed the murky black smoke spreading around, corroding the ground and turning everything it touched into ashes. The fake plantation around him began to wither down as the toxic fumes spread further. Ryan frowned and immediately shifted the space, preventing the corrosion from spreading any further.

"Dang! Corrosive poison gas!" He absorbed the excess necro energy. "This curse seems pretty useful. I can use it to blow up enemies and cause chaos. But I need to be careful with its usage because if I lose control, I might end up creating a blight like those fools from the vision."

After testing both curses for a while, Ryan decided to take a break and rest for a bit. He sat down on the ground, leaning back against a rock as he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Bellatrix walked over to him and said, "That was awesome. Those curses are just too powerful. It was so fun to watch those useless bodies explode like a water balloon!"

Ryan chuckled and replied, "Yeah, but I have to be careful with their usage. If I lose control, I might end up creating a blight."

Bellatrix nodded and sat down next to him.

"So, I was wondering, since you are taking rest... Can I give you that massage now?" She asked hesitantly.

Ryan raised an eyebrow and smirked, "Oh? Since you promised, of course~"

Bellatrix's face lit up.

Ryan shifted the space, creating a bedroom with a soft bed. He stripped down in front of her with a smiling face and noticed how Bella's eyes were glued to his muscular body and his cock.

"Like what you see, Bella?" He teased.

Her cheeks flushed red, and she quickly averted her gaze. "Ah, yes... You look handsome~"

Ryan laid down on the bed, resting his head on the pillow. "Well, you can start now. And if you manage to impress me, I might return back the favor~" He grinned mischievously.

"Really?!" Bellatrix exclaimed excitedly.

Ryan nodded, "Of course, just make me feel good~"

With a smile on her face, Bellatrix climbed onto the bed and straddled Ryan's hips, sitting on top of him. She began massaging his shoulders and neck, using her hands to knead his tense muscles. Her fingers worked expertly, applying pressure in all the right places. Ryan sighed contentedly, enjoying the sensation of Bellatrix's soft hands on his skin.
