HARMONY 1

Rebekah is just a normal human girl with a life changing past. Her experiences made her insecure until she met Seth and he showed her love beyond colour but before that, there was Jordan, your typical bad boy who is on a mission to "prove a point" but before this bad boy, was an innocent boy who just wanted to be treated the same. And his story is not over. In conclusion, the past plays an important role in our future. Author's note: Sometimes it's better to say than to regret not saying it. Life is all about taking risks, but always remember you can't force someone to love you, love is natural. If you love someone, tell them before it's too late, do not be afraid of rejection because if they don't feel the same way, then you know and you will move on than to be in love alone. And if you don't tell them they'll never know and you will have to watch them with someone else when you could've created something magical.

TWO GUYS AND I

"Seth, what are you doing here?" I loosen myself from Jordan's grip and walk forward leaving him behind.

"Rebekah, what a coincidence," he says while walking to me. But his eyes are focused on Jordan.

I can smell his irresistible fragrance as he his arms wrap around my waist and my arms wrap around his neck. My heart beats fast, my stomach feels warm and I feel at home. I smile.

"Don't blush!" I wipe my "in love" smile away.

"I want to introduce you to someone," I say as I unwrap my arms around his neck and he lets go of my waist. He looks down into my eyes with his pink lips curved into a smile, then he looks up at Jordan and that beautiful, extraordinary smile fades.

"This is Jordan," I walk towards Jordan, "Come on," I urge Jordan, but he's just standing there. I stop walking and stand in the middle between the two hate-filled guys a few steps away from the lake.

"Am I missing something?"

"Uh…guys? What's going?" I question them with confusion. Jordan on my left and Seth on my right. Seth smiles at me.

"Nothing," he responds, "Nice to meet you…Jordan," he puts an emphasis on Jordan's name.

"Jordan?" I call. He takes a deep breath and smiles unwillingly at Seth.

"So…" I look at Jordan then at Liam. "Are we going to stand here the whole day?"

"I actually came here for canoeing," Liam says, "what were you guys going to do?" he walks closer to me.

"well-"

"We were just going home," Jordan interjects

"We…" I turn to him looking puzzled, "we were?"

"Well, if you don't want to go yet, Rebekah, you could always join me," Seth offers and I look at Jordan with Seth standing beside me, "If you are okay with it of course," he looks at Jordan with a smile. But Jordan stays silent, cooking something delicious in his mind. He puts his hands on his hips and looks down in thought, then he looks up at Seth while clenching his jaw. He slowly walks to Seth. Looking at each other eye-to-eye, Jordan makes the first move and punches Seth— right in front of me. Seth touches his cheek and slowly looks at Jordan with fury and disbelief.

"You shouldn't have come here," Seth front kicks Jordan and as he holds his stomach in pain, Seth smashes his right fist against Jordan's cheek, sending Jordan's head flying. Seth grabs hold of Jordan's neck with his right hand and glares at him

"Seth!" I step forward and hold his right hand. I shake my head with fear gesturing him to stop. He drops down his hand. Next thing I know, Jordan swings his right hand hitting me in my stomach

"No!" Seth holds me. He looks at for a while then up at Jordan with rage. I look forward at Jordan and he himself looks shocked.

"Go! Now!" Seth orders and Jordan walks away into the forest with regret in his eyes and fear on his face. H turns his focus back to me. His hand on my back.

"Are you okay," h looks at me with concern in his breath taking eyes. I nod as I slowly rget back on my feet. "I'm sorry,"

"It's not your fault."

He places his hand on my cheek looking at me. My lips part. I know hitting a woman is an offence but Seth's reaction goes beyond an abomination.

"Why did you guys fight?" I question, "I don't understand,"

"I'm sorry," he sweetly apologizes, "I won't let anything happen to you again," he reassures

"Do you guys know each other?" I ask

"No," he shakes his head, "maybe he thought I was your boyfriend or something,"

"I don't think so…" I say with wonder.

"Hey, do you still want to go canoeing with me?" he looks down at me with that irresistible look on his face.

"Well…why not?"
