Meeting Mel's father

2 days later.... the trio traveled onwards toward zone 2 to finally meet with

the head of the Hart family. During travel Melisa has been using Zane's

dimensional space to train. The results have been promising since it took

them 2 days to get to her district she got a full day which equals to 24 days

in real world to train.

The population around the Hart region was so different compared to everywhere

else. the common folk actually enjoyed the field work and helping to make the kingdom more prosperous.

I have seen no wanted posters up or checkpoints along the trails Mel

why is that Zane asked. Well our lands have never had a problem with theifs

or murders. We don't have but one dungeon and it's ranked one.

This is not appealing to rouge mages so we barley have disputes or arguments

to deal with. However we have the most and richest mines of all the zones

that is the reason we have had to deal with those nobles for so long and

why I have had marriage offer after marriage offer.

have access to the mines z said. That's right which is also the reason

father wanted to breakthrough and get his own domain put all his hopes

on it being one that could make those nobles think twice about trying

We are almost at the gate let me talk to the guard, the Carriage slowed in front of 2 guards in front of the entrance to zone 2 city the city is temporary closed turn around and go back one of the guards told the group.

The door to the Carriage opened and Mel stepped out to greet the guards

the trio moves past the guards and inside the city, right away Zane could

see differences the homes and stores all seemed nice compared to the

rundown ones of zone one the markets was busy and people was walking

around. Well the only thing was the adventures guild here was not so grand

was a single story it made sense since the majority of the people in this city

sold weapons and armour the mines made sure it was still a profitable

place to do business. Toward the center of the city was the Hart mansion if

you can call a 2 story one a Mansion. Mel could see the look on the faces of z

and Zane and knew they were wondering why the head of zone 2 had such a small home even the baron of zone one lived a life of luxury. My father believed

it would be hypocritical of him to claim he believes everyone should have a equal

life then force the common folk to build him a 4 story Mansion. Come on let's

go surprise Father on the inside the home was simple looking not

much fancy Craftsmanship z said. Melisa walked to the room furthest of the

home and knocked on the door, Go away!!! came from the other side are you

sure father Mel said I thought you missed me she said. MELISA boom

boom boom the locks could be heard from other side of the door and once

the door was opened A tall man with a huge belly could be seen with a face

full of tears. Daughter it's really you I feared the most the two embraced

James Hart was so happy to see his daughter he not even notice Zane or z

there at all. What happen why did it take so long he asked, It was the nobles

I'm sure they sent rouge's to kill me. James was effirated they would

dare to go so low and try to have his daughter killed. But they failed
