Invite.

"Well for one I just sat down from a very long trip so if she wants I invite her to take a seat with me. And I'm kind to those that show me kindness, plus I don't think I need to apologize for something I had no knowledge of."

I smiled as I patted the empty spot next to me just as the one who spoke face started to turn red with rage before an elegant yet firm voice called out from inside the carriage.

"That's enough Walter, I don't mind."

Walter scoffed in an angry tone as he stepped off the carriage as the other two did as well as an elegant and refined looking woman with auburn brown hair, long eyelashes, and gorgeous ocean blue eyes exited the carriage wearing a navy blue dress that perfectly fit her curvy figure.

She was even wearing two finely crafted swords on each of her hips.

"Liv, I don't think this is the best-." Walter tried to speak up with a smile, but was cut off as the daughter of the Arch-Duke raised her hand as she glanced in his direction.

I even felt the atmosphere change a little as it seemed to become slightly hotter as I started to frown a little.

"How many times have I told you Walter? Do not call me that, my name is Livina. Not Liv." Livina said with a slight sigh. "And who do you think has the balls to do anything to me, knowing who my mother is?"

Livina finished as she started to walk off the carriage and headed over to sit with me.

Walter's smile started to twitch a little as the look of anger in his eyes seemed to change to one of ice as he looked over to Livina and apologized with a fake smile as he and the other two men followed after.

'Well I wonder why the daughter of the Arch-Duke has come to visit me? Aren't Ulrich and the Arch-Duke Blood Enemies? So I wonder what drove her to send her daughter over, but the biggest question I have is how did she find out about me?' I mused internally as I started to scratch Sivath's antennae as she started to silently hiss.

Livina didn't even flinch when she saw Sivath on my shoulder, but the other three men seemed to be startled as the two whose names I didn't know started to draw their weapons. As Walter started to frown with an extremely heavy look on his face as he distanced himself from the other two.

"Well it seems like your party wishes to cause me harm Livina. I haven't even done anything except raise my hand to scratch Sivath's antennae as those two wish to draw their blades." I smiled slightly as I continued to scratch Sivath's antennae. "Now, I don't wish to hear what you have to speak about since your party seems to be hostile to a normal Grave Digger."

I started to stand as I shook my head in disappointment as I looked at the group as I started to sigh. But when I saw the emotionless smile and look in Livina's eyes as she turned to look behind her I knew something was about to go down.

Livina only said one word, one.

"Burn."

The men whose names I didn't even know and quite frankly seemed to be side characters. Started screaming at the top of their lungs as they started to spontaneously combust from the feet up from an icy looking blue flame.

Even the random citizens who decided to watch started to scream as they started to run away in fear. The only ones who didn't seem to be alarmed were the guards at the gates and the escort guard of Livina. Even Walter could only sigh with disappointment as he looked over towards me with an angry and hateful look.

"You do realize that you've killed two important members of the Alliance Liv. I'm pretty sure your mother wouldn't have approved of what you did. If anything you should have burned the one who has a Demon on his shoulder." Walter spoke in, a logical reason with a slight undertone of hate in his voice as he glanced over towards me.

"Important. I doubt that. They were just another pair of men who were trying to pursue me. We can easily find another two in the Alliance to replace them. And besides, it's not everyday that one gets to see a Demon in the flesh." Livina didn't even seem to be fazed as she continued before she stood next to me.

I was slightly surprised. I mean the flame was beautiful but since I've gotten here I noticed that if one has power they can pretty much do whatever they want within their own powers ability. But what I was more surprised about was that they called Sivath a Demon.

"Demon? No, Sivath is a centipede. A gorgeous one at that." I said as I sat back down and gestured for Livina to sit as well. "And since I don't want to beat around the bush. Why are you here? What do you want? And how did you get information about me?"

"Who do you-!!" Walter started to say as he froze as a small icy blue flame the size of a coin started to form in front of him.

"I don't care if your father happens to be my Mothers second. If you try to speak up for me again I will kill you." Livina spoke in an icy tone as she looked over at Walter. "Nor do I care that you and your father have been talking to the other members of the Alliance to back the marriage proposal you've been working on."

Walter couldn't even speak as he started to pale with fear in his eyes as he tightly closed his mouth.

Livina didn't even nod or say anything else as she turned back to me. "I apologize for Walter's rudeness. It seems as if he thought he was bigger than he thought. And yes, Sivath is a gorgeous centipede and to answer your question I'll be blunt as well. I came to personally invite you to join the alliance."

"Nah, I'm good."

I didn't hesitate as Livina looked slightly surprised by my sudden answer as even Walter's shock surpassed his fear for a slight moment as he was taken aback as well.

I'll give it to Livina as she quickly adjusted herself, but I noticed an odd change in her eyes as a curious smile formed.

"That was fast. May I ask why?"

"I'm already part of the Crown Princes camp."

Livina nodded her head as it looked like her curiosity was satisfied as a formal looking smile formed on her face as she pulled something out of an icy blue looking flame.

"Good, the Crown Price sent me to invite you to a party of his that he will be hosting next week." Livina handed over a very well designed invitation card. "I would have had to kill you if you agreed to the Alliance invite. Oh, and welcome to the Demon Ghost Unit. I'll be your commander."
