Chapter - 1

Elena Singh had decided that her life had gone to shit from the moment she had entered the market on the train station. It was a stupid idea to wander in an unknown city with unknown people, but she just wanted to explore the city by herself. She had walked to the train station as it was close to her hotel room and the market looked so inviting, not a spot for tourists, but she didn't want to go where all tourists went. She wanted to be daring and adventurous and wanted to explore how the locals lived. The market was crowded and noisy with people and there wasn't any room to walk. People were talking loudly, bargaining and arguing about the goods they were buying. Though a mall would have been a good place to buy something, Elena wanted to buy something that would be memorable and serve as a beautiful souvenir for her home. Someone bumped into her, Elena almost slipped on the wet platform, cursing him she balanced herself. She should head to the hotel room, she thought, she was here for...she didn't even know what time it was. she lifted her hand to check the time, but the watch was missing. Her eyes widened as she turned to catch the man who had just bumped into her. The man, the thief ran as fast as the trains around her. Pushing everyone aside, she bolted to catch him.

Elena was running, her legs and lungs had almost given up, but she had to catch the bastard who had stolen her watch. The watch was given to her by the person she loved most. She was running for about five minutes and yet was nowhere close to catching him. She was going to beat the shit out of him when she caught him. If she caught him. He was twice as agile as her and she was out of breath and her legs had given up. She couldn't even see the thief anymore. Taking a deep breath, she stopped in the middle of the train station. People zoomed past her trying to get to their trains, but she stood and cursed the man who disappeared among a crowd of people. The thief was gone and along with him...her watch.

It was thundering and raining, she had to get back to her lover. She decided to lean on a wall and catch her breath before heading back. It was futile, trying to catch someone who was faster than her. She just had to catch her breath before heading back to her hotel. This was a waste of time. At Least he hadn't stolen her ring or her phone.

Frustrated, clenched her fist. She had to report the thievery to the police. But in a foreign country, it could take months, and she hadn't even seen what he looked like. Elena shook her head and decided to head back to her lover who was probably still sleeping in their hotel room. Elena sent him a text message, I'm headed back, I'll see you soon love. Grunting and clenching her fists, she took deep breaths and leaned into the wall for some support as her heart still raced from running. She just had to catch a breath before she headed back. The rain was pouring hard, lightning and thunder was rumbling every few seconds. She looked around and found a wall where no passengers stood. That would be a good place to rest for a minute. Then she would head back home and spend the rest of the day with her lover, watching the rain and eating and...making love to each other. Her cheeks heated as she remembered the events of last night and how he had put the ring on her finger. Elena shook her head and leaned into the plain brown wall for some support as she regained her strength and allowed her heart to return to its normal pace.

As she leaned into the wall, it felt more like a curtain than a solid wall, the world spun, and she felt herself fall into the wall. Elena's breath caught in her throat as she hit the floor with a thud. Her head hit the pavement and Elena could see stars swirling around her eyes. she propped her elbows up and adjusted herself. She was so confused about what had just happened and as she got up and looked around, she noticed she was on a similar platform.

However, it was very different.

Less people walked around the platform and the rain had stopped and there was only one train.

Hogwarts Express 5972

Was this real? Or had she hit her head on a wall. Hogwarts...here? Impossible. She noticed the people wearing robes. Nothing like the fashion of her world. Was she in another world? An alternate reality? This was confusing. How was this even possible, she thought, one minute she was in the London market and now...now she was..well she didn't know where she was. this was definitely a dream, she had hit her head and must have fainted. But it seemed so real. Elena was looking around curiously, trying to figure out what exactly had just happened. Shaking her head, she realized this was useless. She didn't care, she had to get back. Had to get back to her fiancé.

As she turned around to go back through the wall, it was hard and unmoving. She stepped a few steps and walked fast into the wall. It didn't move. The wall was as solid as steel. Maybe she had to run like they did in the harry potter movies. Shaking her head and making sure no one was watching her, she stepped back a few paces and ran. She closed her eyes as she neared the wall, hoping to be back into the train station where she had leaned against the wall but instead, she collided with the wall. The wall stung her face and she fell on her face, she was dizzy and everything was out of focus. Getting up on her elbows, she looked around to see a few people snickering. Elena got up on her feet and tried again. But the wall didn't move.

Cursing at the wall and her bruise on her face, she stared at the wall.

Stared at what it meant.

Unable to go back, she was stuck here.
