Although this turn of events shook the remaining members of the Black Star organisation, they only had a few seconds to regroup.
The same though could not be said about most of the union's wizards, some of them did not even rise from the ground and were still coming to their senses.
Of course, the opponents decided to take advantage of this, ignoring their wounded comrades and appearing in front of the building, a few metres from the hole in the barrier, they immediately attacked the light wizards.
But the Aurors did not just eat their bread for free, albeit with a slight delay, but most of them were on their feet and at the moment of the attack, they were already ready to confront the enemy and the second round began, but this time a direct confrontation.
A huge stream of flame created simultaneously by several wizards with staffs, rushed towards the fighters with the dark wizards, and they, in turn, exclaimed in unison, making a circular motion with their wand "Aguamenti Maxima!" and powerful water jets burst out of them, merging after a few metres, creating a real wave, which a second later collided with the flame, from which a huge amount of steam began to be released, which began to fill the half-destroyed dome above the building.
"Risum!" exclaimed another wizard, one of the Aurors, and the steam began to dissipate right before his eyes, but at the same moment, his smiling head flew off his shoulders.
The enemy who sent the spell at him did not even have time to rejoice, as he was knocked down by an invisible force, thrown back several metres, thereby depriving him of consciousness.
But almost no one paid attention to this, with the exception of the people who had previously stood near the headless wizard, before whose eyes this happened.
After all, after the fall of the barrier, the battle became much more fierce and the number of deaths increased several times.
The light wizards were joined a few seconds later by the dark ones in the form of the spectacularly appearing Death Eaters, in the form of dark smoke, who immediately flew into the thick of the battle, inside the second barrier that had previously protected the building.
The members of various gangs did not lag behind them, but entered the battle much more down to earth, using the hole made earlier.
And, although the advantage in numbers of people was on the side of the union, the members of the "Black Star" acted much more harmoniously and effectively, when in turn, the former, due to disunity, often conflicted.
For this reason, the latter could still withstand the pressure, with witchcraft playing a significant role.
While the wizards of England chanted their spells loudly, making the effects predictable, the wizards with staffs cast their spells silently, making it impossible to anticipate their next move.
The battle became truly terrible, every second someone died, but gradually, the union pressed the members of the "Steel" department, still on their side there was a huge numerical advantage.
Of course, there were attempts to destroy the building itself, from where new enemies were emerging, but it was almost impossible, they simply did not allow this to be done and even if someone managed to pronounce a spell and attack the building, an air barrier constantly appeared, blocking it.
Albus, standing near the Minister of Magic, and Voldemort, also did not interfere in the battle, keeping to the side and only watching, while not taking their eyes off each other.
Although, the latter, already lost his satisfied grin, earlier, his servants were almost not injured, but now, one after another they sank to the ground, which of course, did not please Tom, from which the expression on his face was rather gloomy, because after this, he still had to confront the Ministry of Magic with the remnants of the "Death Eaters" and only the fact that the latter died much more often, still held the man back from retreating, but his arrogance and vanity played an important role.
Harold, also looked very gloomy, seeing all this, but he understood that nothing could be done, it remained only to go forward and finally finish this battle, because they had lost too much to retreat....

At the same time, Severus was still calmly watching this battle, while inside he sighed tiredly. 'It seems that I have done a lot to increase the survival rate of wizards, of which there are not many in the world, but they just kill themselves …' and, after these thoughts, on one of the screens, not far from Lucius, standing in support, behind the first barrier, one man in a leather jacket, three icicles flew into the chest and he died almost immediately, from which the aristocrat's face became even whiter.
"I never thought that after the fall of Grindelwald, something like this would ever happen again.…" Eileen muttered with a bitter smile, even in her time, she read a lot about the confrontation between "light and darkness", Albus Dumbledore and Geralt Grindelwald, in which the first, at the end of 1945, emerged victorious.
But, besides them, a huge number of other wizards took part in the war, from almost all of Europe, and even then, the wizards did not die on such a scale, more often than not, people that Grindelwald did not like were simply imprisoned, which of course could not be said about the Muggles.
In response, the Prince nodded in agreement, he had also read a lot about that wizard, because in addition to Albus, he was also his target, because such talent, it was simply a sin not to use in the upcoming war with the Devils.
"But, maybe this is for the best, Britain is too mired in politics and aristocracy. Since the nineteenth century, it has hardly developed, and the level of people's powers has only fallen, if not for Albus and Tom, then most likely, someone like the "Black Star" would have captured this country long ago. Let this be an example to them of how much the wizards of Great Britain have weakened, when one enemy is worth two or even three of their own people," such words, spoken by him in a serious tone, surprised the aristocrat a little, having thought them over, after a minute she still had to agree, "And perhaps, if there was no incentive to increase fighting force in the person of Voldemort, the country would have completely withered, and the "Black Star" would have captured it from the inside long ago." he added, changing the image on the screen from Albus to his eyes, because he, in addition to Tom, also watched the battle as a whole.
"Hm ... Dumbledore ... apparently, I still underestimated him ..."
"But still, too many people died today…."
"I do not argue, but if this does not become a lesson for them, then the country does not need to exist, it is time to move away from stupid rules and stereotypes like "purity of blood", a swamp called "Magical Britain" is not the only one in world, because there are bigger and deeper swamps."
"Severus...!" the woman looked at him with disapproval when the conversation turned to "purity of blood", although she was not an ardent follower of this ideology, but still, she partly agreed with it, after all, she was raised by a father who, if he were still alive, would definitely be on Voldemort's side.
"So…" he clapped his hands and thoughtfully stared at the lady, "Apparently, in addition to the Blacks, I will have to become your psychologist and knock all this nonsense out of your head."
"This is not nonsense!"
"This is what we will discuss with you, once the battle is over, and I will definitely have to visit that place, I am sure that such a large amount of death energy should definitely help you strengthen the core to the middle of the rank of "Master"," he said with a smile, looking at Eileen's dissatisfied face, who did not really like the first half of the words.
And, looking at the screen again, he slightly squinted, noticing two familiar wizards near the building, one had a small bald spot, and the other had short green hair, these two were Charles and Robert, the remaining "Masters" of the "Steel" squad.
"Hmm... since they decided to fight, it means they have almost no people left, well, that's for the best..."
The squad leader slowly raised his staff up and abruptly hit the ground. And from under it, an incredibly powerful shock wave burst out, passing through the entire battlefield in an instant and throwing back all the members of the union.
Only a few remained standing after such an attack, among whom was Albus, who noticed the appearance of the unknown and managed to put up a barrier, and then said "Harold, I'll deal with them, they are not inferior to the wizard who defeated Moody," the old man said sullenly, to which the minister only nodded gloomily, glancing at the Dark Lord out of the corner of his eye. "Okay, don't worry about me, I have enough security, and I doubt that he will try to do anything against me now."
Of course, the appearance of the leader invigorated and lit sparks of hope in the eyes of the physically tired and morally exhausted wizards of the "Black Star".
And they immediately attacked the opponents who had yet to come to their senses, not even giving them a second to regroup.
Charles himself, seeing this, only snorted indifferently and hit the ground with his staff again, a powerful pressure descended on the entire battlefield, pressing the enemy wizards to the ground.
"Risum!" and, in the next moment, all the pressure evaporated and Dumbledore appeared in front of the two wizards with a wand in his hand, behind whom stood about a dozen Aurors.
The battle also paused slightly, and all eyes turned to them.
"Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, the last thing I wanted was to fight you," the commander of the Steel squad muttered, sighing tiredly, tightly squeezing the staff in his hand.
"If you don't want to fight, then surrender and we will spare you and your people," the old man said with indifference, folding his hands behind his back, measuring the man with a wary look, "So young and already so strong, Amon was right that I relaxed too much..."
"Or maybe it's better for you to surrender?"
"There are six times more of us and you will simply be crushed by numbers, think better of it, I would like to avoid even greater casualties."
"Don't compare the trash behind you with us, even if we lose, we'll take at least half with us," arrogantly raising his chin, he tried to look down at the old man, only the headmaster was a little taller than him, so it turned out rather strange and comical.
"So, it won't be possible to settle this conflict peacefully…"
"In your opinion, peaceful is to surrender and at best go to Azkaban for life?" the green-haired man measured him with a mocking look, continuing to drag out time.
"You started this yourself, so what did you expect, after what you did four days ago? That we would just let you go?"
"We would not be against such an outcome of events." From these words, many wizards from the union almost turned purple with rage, because many of them joined this battle only for revenge and they barely restrained themselves so as not to attack this arrogant bastard.
"We would also be glad if you left the country before that happened…" But, old man, he didn't have time to finish speaking, as the next moment cracks appeared along the barrier surrounding the building…
