THE ROAD TO THE NEXT TOWN

Casino and Ignatius knew it was a dangerous road they were going to take but they had made a choice and they were so convinced they had to make it whether do or die. It is said that, ‘No matter how beautiful and well crafted a coffin might be, it will not wish anyone wish for death.’ In fact, they themselves were scared of the decision they had made but they had to save Oscar.

They got their food, water and put them in their bag. They went on foot and as they were leaving, the whole community followed them to the outskirt of the own. Some were weeping; others could not utter any word except to pray for them in the silence of their hearts.

Whilst some people were hailing them for their courage, others thought it was a useless decision they had taken. After all, if Oscar made his own mistake then he should die as well.
