An Update

Kano and Musashi both went through the portal and were teleported to the next stage. This stage was covered with lush greenery. The trees and plants were all larger than normal compared to the one's on Earth. The air was thick and damp because of the increase in moisture. The scenery looked like a beautiful painting, no, it was even better. The colours of the plants were vibrant, they ranged from reds to pinks, purples, blues, orange and much more.

Kano was taking his time to look around and paint a picture in his mind. Most of the time, people don't usually hyper focus on their surroundings... they just go on with their day-to-day lives.

Kano was different, he liked to make sure that he picked up the little details. Try it out, think of a banana in your mind... how detailed does it look? Get closer and closer, does the detail remain? Probably not. However, for Kano, everything was easy to map out and detail. He enjoyed his surroundings and took. deep breath.

Kano: Nature is truly magnificent isn't it Musashi?

Musashi: I'd prefer to carve my own paintings with the use of my sword, that, to me, is true art.

Kano: To me... it's all art. Even the swathes of people standing around us. Especially Lilith if I'm being completely honest.

Musashi: Sadly I took too long meditating to witness her beauty... but she must be captivating if you have your eyes on her.

While Musashi and Kano waited for the rest of the contestants they continued to speak. Eventually, they were interrupted by a females voice, it was sweet and flowed like honey.

"I am Bhumi, Goddess of wildlife and I will be your instructor for the second stage. I hope you all cooperate and if you do, most of you should be able to make it out just fine."

Kano was focusing on Bhumi, he didn't want to miss anything but a notice popped up in his mind.

NOTICE: The recipient "Kano" has received an additional 100 skill points for being the first to pass the initial stage.

Kano: 100 points??? I'd have to reach level 10 to get that many points... Zeus, how strong are the other competitors compared to me?

Zeus: You want me to tell you the truth? Just don't be too discouraged okay? I'll update your system and add the ability to see your initial stats.

A white light flooded Kano's mind and washed over his system. After the light left, his numbers changed and his eyes opened at the revelation.
