I turned up the music as Danni drove to divide the silence creatively, but she instantly turned it off ".. last time... what were you saying" she turned to me as I glared over at her, with a mean side eye might I add. "And as I answered before... you heard me" I turned to face her then finished "per the smile that followed your "huh" .." I sat back in the seat and noticed we were pulling up on my car. I checked my phone to make sure I hadn't missed any messages. I messaged the driver letting him know I was back at my car, when Danni reached over an lifted my chin to look at her.

"Say it.. Again" she looked deep in my eyes and it sent chills through me. "Definitely will be revisiting this" I said with a very intrigued smile on my face. This was the first time I actually saw a glimpse of what was behind the smile... I saw something equal.. and worth trying. I removed her hand from my chin and opened the car door. Danni grabbed the back of my neck and pulled me towards her lips; we kissed without hesitation. I slightly moaned into her mouth as I felt her tongue lick then suck up my bottom lip. Her thumb draped the front of my neck as she released me from our kiss. I stepped out Danni's car and headed over to mine, she was getting out of her car as the tow pulled up. The gentlemen was nice an very pleasant when he greeted me and took me through the process. I nodded as I stared at Danni and never broke eye contact; she made her way over to me, keen and focused. When she walked up to my driver side door and I casually rolled down the window "yeeesss" I said looking up at her innocently. She smiled at me then reached in an opened my door from the inside "come here" she said stern but softly, looking at me as if I could be devoured... Right then and there!

I bit the corner of my bottom lip as I stepped out my car, I slowly looked up to her to make eye contact. "Yes" I answered softly, the tow guy came over and interrupted our little moment "you're all set ma'am. Will you be riding with the tow or with your friend here" the guy questioned with a smile. I pointed at Danni and she spoke up "she'll ride with me, thank you" I nodded with a smile in agreeance then handed the driver my spare. Danni pulled me to her an kissed the side of my head "let's go" she said. I went over to the tow first, to grab my phone and purse so we could go. I walked over to the passenger side of Danni's car, she opened the door for me an ushered me into the seat. "Thank you, but I think I got it from here" I said giggling with Danni's hand on my ass. She winked at me then closed the door, as she got in on her side she spoke up "now you know damn well I was feeling on that ass... don't try to police my hands" she chuckled and pulled off.

"So where too" Danni asked as she pulled safely back onto the highway. "This is the address of the shop he's headed too" I said sending it over to her phone, Danni clicked the message "okay we aren't far, you hungry or anything... cause I could eat" she asked as she glanced over at me, "I could..." I replied. I sat back and enjoyed the ride allowing my mind to refocus on what I was about to do with my car. I softly sighed to myself, deep in thought I never even heard Danni till she shouted my name "LEO" I turned to face her with a smile.

"You good ..." she asked as she pulled into a parking space. I nodded yes then immediately began to step out the car. I could already tell she didn't believe me but my brain really wasn't in for a debate. I felt her hand grazed my back and I turned to her.

"I get it if you're in no mood to talk ..but if you need to let it out then be sure you do" Danni exclaimed. I smiled an got out, the smell of good southern cooking was in the air and I instantly got excited. "Wow... this smells excellent" I said as soon as I heard Danni walk up behind me. "Yea I thought you'd think so" she extended her arm towards me. I placed mine inside the space and followed her to the door. I thanked her for opening the door for me and she blew me a kiss, with a wink. We sat at a booth near the window an a waitress came over shortly after with menus. "Can I start y'all off with something to drink" was all I heard because the menu had me locked in! Danni smiled when I kindly looked up so her and said "I think I know what I want" with the biggest smile.

"Well.. do you know that you want to drink though" she asked chuckling. "Yes.. oh my apologies" I said as I turned to the waitress. "I'll take a green tea if you have it. If not, any hot tea's you may have" I finished then turned back to Danni. "Do you want an appetizer" she asked me as she glared back at the menu. "Can we get scalloped potatoes and grilled shrimp on the side" I said to the waitress. Danni smiled "so ...what are they saying about your car so far, is it getting looked at soon" she questioned as she slid her menu over. "So what are you thinking of getting... an I have..." I looked down at my phone. "4 cars ahead of me" I finished as I continued to scan the menu. "I am getting the Cornish hen over cauliflower rice with an extra side of asparagus. What about you" she redirected my question back to me.

"I was really thinking about this honey garlic glazed salmon with asparagus and definitely getting this peach cobbler" she chuckled as she looked around me. "What..." I asked, giggled at her expressions. "You're beautiful.. what you mean what" Danni responded. "Nothing wrong with that" I replied. "I was just ... it was odd.. or...it's weird just being stared at don't you think " I finally got out, I hadn't realized just how nervous she was making me.

"So it's odd that I like to look at you.." Danni questioned. "Well ...yes .. a little ..." I answered with a blushed smile. Danni smirked and shook her head "you're really cute .. you know that" she said. We finished up our meals as we waited for me to get the text back saying my car was ready. We had each other cracking up an time just breezed on by us. I looked down at my phone and saw they had texted me saying my car was ready about 30 minutes prior. I excused myself to call them to see what everything would cost me. "Your total is $53.98" the mechanic told me an I thanked him tremendously! I walked back over to the table and Danni was bagging up everything. "You ready" she said, I agreed and we headed over to the auto shop.

I was in an out before she could even park. She rolled her window down "you done already" Danni asked. "Yep yep" I said leaning in, I kissed her cheek "thank you for everything.." she gestured for me to back up. So I took a step back and watched her get out the car, she wrapped me up in her arms then kissed my forehead "you're welcome" she whispered to me as I nuzzled into the hug.
