TAILED BEAST, SON GOKU.

Venerable readers, this is a good read.

"Mura-Oniisan..." Rafu-chan's voice quivered with concern as her eyes glowed a deep, ominous red, reflecting the intensity of the situation. The air around her seemed to pulse with tension as if the very atmosphere had become thick with the weight of what was to come.

"Promise me," Mura urged once more, his voice steady but firm. The resolve in his tone echoed like a distant thunder, reverberating through the air.

"Don't die, Oniisan! Who will feed me ramen and pork chops?" Rafu-chan's complaint was laced with a mix of worry and affection, her voice almost trembling with fear for the person she saw as her brother, worrying for his safety. Her usually playful demeanour was replaced by a deep concern that made her eyes shimmer with a red glow.

Mura's lips curved into a small smile, a rare display of emotion in the face of such dire circumstances.

"You are right..." he murmured, as a surge of lightning crackled through his body, illuminating the darkened sky. The crackling energy danced around him, as an arm filled with lightning passed through his body. Kakashi wasted no time in piercing through him!

Kakashi who stood behind him, suddenly found his arm frozen in place. The cold, biting chill of ice crept up his limb as Mura's body turned into a solid form of ice, shimmering like a diamond in the dim light. The transformation was sudden and unexpected, a show of Mura's quick reflexes and strategic mind developed from consistently running away from Gilgamesh's attacks when they last trained.

"MURA'S FLOWING FIST VORTEX!" Mura's voice rang out, sharp and clear, as he appeared behind Kakashi in a flash of speed. His fists, now swirling with a powerful vortex of ice, water, and air, moved with deadly precision, aiming to end the battle in a single, decisive blow. The vortex around his arms spun furiously, creating a whirlwind that seemed to suck in the very essence of the surrounding elements.

Kakashi, however, was no ordinary opponent. As the three tomoe in his Sharingan spun rapidly, he turned to face Mura, his gaze sharp and focused.

A deafening explosion rocked the sky as Mura fired off his attack. Rafu-chan, sensing the imminent danger, instinctively encased the legs of those riding on her back in her icy body, securing them tightly. The ice was cold and uncomfortable, but it was a necessary precaution. The shockwave from the explosion jolted her massive form, and she let out a growl.

"Yare yare... that almost took me out," Kakashi remarked, raising his hand in a nonchalant gesture. His voice was calm, but the slight tremor in his hand betrayed the intensity of the battle. The area around him was littered with shards of ice, remnants of Mura's powerful attack.

"What? I was sure I aimed for you!" Mura exclaimed, disbelief evident in his voice. His fists were still pointed at a space where Kakashi had stood moments before.

"Sharingan," Kakashi explained, his tone almost smug.

"I used genjutsu to put your aim off." He pulled down the skin below his sharingan with his left hand, pointing to the eye as if to emphasize his words. The Sharingan's ominous red glow seemed to flicker with a life of its own.

'I really need to develop more counters for genjutsus. Do I just fight blindfolded? My first counter is Rafu-chan, but currently she isn't at my back to constantly send chakra through me as I do to her in tandem to break any mental attack through genjutsu. Without her, I would also need other means. To think I would be pressed immediately for such carelessness.' Mura thought as he glanced at the body below him finding Rafu-chan doing okay and still flying.

"Genjutsu? Tch." Mura scowled, adjusting his fighting stance with renewed determination. The realization that he had been outmanoeuvred only fueled his resolve. The ground beneath him bore the marks of his earlier attack, a large crater that spoke of the destructive power he wielded.

Kakashi's mind raced as he assessed the situation.

'The genjutsu I used was supposed to put him in a daze or a dreamlike state for a few minutes, but he was still able to pull off his attack and recover almost immediately. Maybe he wasn't lying about Gilgamesh,' Kakashi thought, his gaze flicking to the massive crater that Mura had created.

"I was only testing your resolve. You pass!" Kakashi suddenly declared, flashing a thumbs up. His tone was light, almost teasing, but the underlying respect was clear.

"Don't bullshit me! You tried to kill me earlier!" Mura snapped, an ice scythe materializing in his hand, its blade sharp and gleaming. The weapon seemed to pulse with cold, deadly energy, a reflection of Mura's growing anger.

"If you couldn't survive that, then how would your master, Gilgamesh, survive that tailed beast bomb?" Kakashi's question cut through the tension like his Chidori. The weight of his words hung in the air, forcing Mura to pause and reconsider.

The silence that followed was heavy, filled with the unspoken doubts and fears that Mura tried to push away. But even as he grappled with Kakashi's words, he didn't let go of his weapon. Instead, he reinforced the ice around the crater he had created on Rafu-chan's back, a silent testament to his determination.

"Are we going as planned, or are you still going to oppose me?" Mura finally asked, his voice cold and measured. The icy resolve in his tone was unmistakable.

'I was already preparing an ICE CLEAVER with other follow-up attacks that will launch him out of Rafu-chan and finish things off mid-air.' Mura thought as he let out a cold breath.

"We will continue," Kakashi replied with a tired sigh, the weight of the battle and its implications pressing down on him.

Meanwhile, deep within the forest…

The air was thick with the scent of burnt wood and molten earth, the aftermath of the fierce battle that had taken place. The once tall, proud trees now bowed in submission, their branches charred and broken from the intense heat and powerful shockwaves. The ground was scarred, bearing the marks of the devastating attacks that had been exchanged.

The four tails, its massive form still trembling from the force of the exploding slash, cried out in agony. The beast's crimson fur, usually vibrant and imposing, was now matted with blood and scorched by the relentless assault. Steam rose from its body as it struggled to heal, the energy required taking a toll on Roshi's stamina.

Gilgamesh hovered above, his gaze sharp and calculating. He observed the red giant with a mix of curiosity and disdain, waiting to see if his opponent had any more tricks left to offer. The air around him crackled with residual energy, a testament to the power he had just unleashed.

Roshi, now fully aware of the extent of Gilgamesh's abilities, roared in frustration. The sound echoed through the ravaged forest, a primal cry of defiance. He beat his chest with massive fists, the ground shaking beneath the force of his blows.

"What a monkey, so loud," Gilgamesh remarked with a smirk, his tone dripping with condescension. His eyes never left the giant, calculating every movement, every sign of weakness.

"TAKE THIS!" Roshi bellowed, launching himself forward with a speed that belied his enormous size. His hands, now covered in molten magma, slammed into the ground with a force that sent lava splashing in all directions. The liquid fire erupted skyward, creating a deadly rain of molten rock.

But Gilgamesh was unfazed. His eyes, attuned to the flow of energy, easily predicted the giant's moves. He weaved through the explosions of lava with an almost casual grace, his form a blur as he closed the distance between them in less than a second.

Roshi, realizing the imminent danger, summoned walls of lava in a desperate attempt to protect himself and harm Gilgamesh at the same time. The searing heat radiated from the walls, turning the air around them into a shimmering haze. But Gilgamesh stopped just inches before the lava, his movements precise and controlled.

"LIGHTNING SPEAR THROW," Gilgamesh intoned, his voice calm and steady. Golden lightning crackled in his hand, forming into a spear that hummed with deadly energy. The lava, now hanging above him like the sword of Damocles, began its descent.

Without hesitation, Gilgamesh hurled the spear toward the giant's core. The spear, imbued with the essence of lightning and his mana, cut through the air with a sharp crack, a streak of golden light in the darkened sky.

The giant screamed in agony as the spear struck true, its body convulsing with the force of the impact. Violent winds swirled around Gilgamesh, cooling the lava into solid earth that hung above him like an abstract sculpture. It looked like a man-made earth sculpture made ti imitate a large falling wave.

Gilgamesh hovered above the giant, his eyes cold and merciless as he watched the beast twitch in pain. Roshi's consciousness faded, and in its place, the four-tailed beast, Son Goku, took over.

"Who are you?" Son Goku's voice, deep and resonant, rumbled through the air as it struggled to its feet.

"You dare look at me? Who gave you permission, monkey?" Gilgamesh's voice was laced with annoyance as he summoned another lightning spear and hurled it at the beast's eye. The spear struck with a sickening thud, and Son Goku writhed in pain, a roar of anguish escaping its massive jaws.

"Why? I am not Roshi! You are speaking with Son Goku now!" Son Goku protested, the temperature around him rising as his frustration grew.

A twisted sense of amusement began to well up within Gilgamesh. His mana surged, filling his core with an intoxicating power that made him want to laugh. And so he did.

"Hahaha. HAHAHA! HAHAHA! DIDN'T YOU WANT TO KILL ME BEFORE?" Gilgamesh laughs while holding his head to control his laughter.

"I… I DIDN'T WANT TO KILL YOU! ROSHI DID!" The giant ape answered with its head down.

"Oh really? If Roshi was about to kill me, would you have stopped him?" Gilgamesh asked. He stopped his laughter, and his mana continued growing and fortifying his body more. In a sense, he was going through another breakthrough now, becoming much more powerful overall.

"…." Son Goku didn't answer Gilgamesh since he was correct. He would not have stopped Roshi, he hated humans after all.

"I don't know why but the hate you have for humans, I can relate to it. You and I share the same hate for humans." Gilgamesh said as memories of him ruling the early humans flooded his mind.

'Yes, I remember more now...' Gilgamesh thought as he saw himself organizing and protecting his kingdom.

"You want the best for them but they would always go astray because they want to do their own thing. Time and time again, they destroy themselves, and those around them. Even the very planet that gives them life, they destroy. Their greed is as limitless as the gods themselves! SO UGLY!" Gilgamesh began as Son Goku listened.

"Well, that's how I used to feel. But now, I will show this world that there are skies above the sky they perceive. A complete being without flaws!" Gilgamesh said as he began laughing again but stopped himself.

"Who are you really?" Son Goku asked as steam escaped his eye, healing it in real-time.

"I am someone who is not from this world, someone from many stars away from here. I am Gilgamesh!" Gilgamesh said spreading his arms as golden light filled his form.
