Chapter 3: Talisman

Reaching the Sun's Rental Apartment, she directly went to the broker and asked,

"Is there any haunted house or room to rent for?"

The broker was stunned.

He asked again to confirm the words he just heard

"You want to rent a haunted house?"

Yu Holea nodded.

The broker was a middle-aged man with a stern face but from the Golden Circle of Goodness on his head, Yu Holea knew that he was a good person.

This man must be doing charity frequently.

Just then the broker said, "We have, but child are you sure you wanna rent it out?"

The broker searched his database and said, "There is one villa in the north, it is near a cemetery, and the rent is 20000 yuan per month. There is one flat near Bai High School, the rent is 5000 yuan per month, and three-storey house near Jackson High School, the rent is 3000 yuan per month."

Yu Holea said, "I wanna see the house which is near Jackson High School."

The broker suddenly broke out in cold sweat, he said, "Child that place has the lowest rental but it is a place where no person can live. How about I lend you some money? There is no need to return just don't rent that flat."

The broker was not someone who pokes his nose in others' business but the girl in front of him is young and had a different aura around her.

This girl has naturally white hair with dark thick, sharp eyebrows, rosy skin, and eyes which is fully black.

From the looks of her, she seems to be around 17 years only.

Her innocence is something that can't be faked hence he decided to help her.

Yu Holea sighed.

Indeed the broker is a good man.

Yu Holea said, "I will be fine Uncle, thank you for the help but I will manage."

She then calculated his fortune.

Seeing that he was going to face huge misfortune today, and if he passed he will be able to live a rich life, Yu Holea decided to help.

She asked him for a paper and pen.

Going to a corner she used her magic to turn paper into talisman paper and drew a talisman.

She passed him the talisman and said, "When no way is out use what is presented to you today. Please keep this talisman close to you."

The broker was stunned and then laughed.

He took the talisman and put it inside his pocket.

Looks like this girl was scammed to buy this talisman.

But since he didn't want to upset her, he accepted the talisman.

Then he gave the address to the house.

Yu Holea said, "I will come the day after tomorrow to rent the house."

She didn't forget to remind him, "Don't throw away the talisman."

The broker nodded.

Yu Holea then left.

Thinking about the cold Yu Mansion, Yu Holea decided to stroll at the night market.
