Hearing Noah's question, realization dawned on Yu Ming. She remembered what she asked him to promise her. She did not think that she would forget such an important thing while worrying about his well-being. Ai showed slight interest in the conversation, wondering what kind of question Yu Ming had asked the boy.
"Hehe! I forgot about that… Do you think I will eventually be normal?" There was a slight hesitation in her voice. She did not want to get her hopes high only to be hurt once again. She had experienced too many of such instances.
Ai, who was confused at first, was enlightened by the topic, hearing that question. She could not help but narrow her eyes at the boy, thinking he was tricking Yu Ming.
"No human is normal. Everyone has one or two things messed up with them. It is only the fact that they have either yet to explore that or are good at hiding it that makes them appear normal."
"Besides, you are one of the most 'normal' people I have met."
