A sharp gust of wind blew on top of the tall building. Pedestrians walking past the cross-section just below the building were unaware of what was going on atop the restricted rooftop of the said building. It was rush hour on a Monday morning with the seasonal wind chilling to the bone yet there were some that couldn't feel the weather shift on the roof. Trembling hands and lips gave away their nervousness, or perhaps it was just the wind. Sharply whispered conversations could be heard if one were to come close enough to the three girls standing besides a lying girl who seemed unconscious or perhaps unaware.

"Do it!" One whispered to the other, she seemed shaken and in an anxious hurry.

"Push her!" The other followed adressing the same girl.

"You know that's the only way." Added the first girl.

"But....but she's....." The stuttering girl looked frightened and unsure. She shook as the wind blew past her and looked down at the girl who groaned and shifted in her lying position.

The girl on the ground could hear subtle trembling and blurring voices as her eyes flickered trying to adjust to the blurry haze of a sky.  She couldn't exactly tell if what she was hearing was a memory or something happening in reality. She was dazed out of reality into a state of oblivion.

"Who's that? What are they talking about? My head hurts and I can't think straight. what is going on? " Her inner thoughts were a mess as she couldn't tell what was going on.

Her ears were ringing while her head throbbed with severe pain she didn't know one could feel. The pain made her realize it wasn't just an imagination but a reality, but exactly what the reality was, she couldn't tell.

"Where am I anyway? I feel like drifting off to sleep. Shit, my head hurts a lot but my eyes won't stay open.... " She cursed as the throbing got to a more severe level.

Her vision was a mixture of blurring pictures and complete darkness. She could feel the light touch of the air, her hair dancing in that same air, the cold touch of the floor beneath her stiff body and the pain of what felt like a head injury.

"Push her Selena, we have to get out of..." The rest of the sentence falling short and obscuring into silence.

"Selena? Who's that? And....what did she mea..... "  Her stuttered thoughts became a blurr as she was interrupted by a hand being placed below her sholder and thigh.

" Hey! Where do you think you are touching? " She could almost hear herself transforming her thoughts into words untill she was abruptly interruped once again.

"I'm.....sorry ...." Followed by the sentence being cut and an incoherent mumble. Her voice carried sympathy and apology with a hint of fear. A fear of what was about to happen.

"Huh? What'd she say? I can't....hear her.... " The girl on the floor, in an unconscious daze tried to turn her head sidewise to catch a better glimpse of the person speaking to her in such an apologetic manner but she found it hard to do so as her head felt heavier by the second. Her breaths were short and laboured with a hazy view as something wet touched her cheek.

"Rain?"

She felt the hand onher shoulder moving towards her torso and then heard someone's agonizing sob, and then the next moment she felt the harsh rush of air past her. She was under the mercy of gravity as she felt her body being pulled down with the wind rushing through her hair.

"Did she just.... Throw me off the roof?! I swear I'll murder you! " Was her last thought as she felt herself drifting onto the unconscious.
