Lunch Together For The Second Time

At ten in the morning, Natalie had just woken up from her sleep. However, she had no intention of getting out of bed. When she opened her eyes, the first thing she looked for was her cell phone. Natalie's forehead wrinkled when she saw a message notification from Nicholas. Her finger immediately pressed the notification and brought it to their private chat room.

"Huh? He … asked me to … lunch together?" Natalie muttered reading a message from Nicholas. The sleepiness that had previously still enveloped Natalie was immediately dispelled. She rubbed her eyes as she got out of bed. She walked out of the room to the kitchen, looking for water.

Natalie had not replied to Nicholas' message yet, so she put her phone on the dining table while she was busy drinking water and making oatmeal. Once her simple breakfast was finished, she pulled out a chair to sit down and refocused on her phone.

Nicholas asked for lunch at half past one in the afternoon at a restaurant close to the Amarosse hotel. After thinking for a while, Natalie finally accepted the invitation.

"Haah ... I'm actually too lazy to go out," Natalie complained as she pressed the send button. Even so, she still appreciated Nicholas' efforts. She knew Nicholas was a busy man, but he still took the time to invite her to lunch. And maybe this is the only thing Nicholas can do now, because their working hours are reversed. Natalie, who often live streams at night, is difficult to ask out at that time.

After feeding Oreo, she took a quick shower and got ready to meet Nicholas. After spending almost an hour in the bathroom, she is now busy looking for a suitable outfit and styling her hair.

The makeup she used would not be as heavy as when she became Loretta. She tied some of her black hair with a black ribbon, then curled the bottom part of her hair. Today, Natalie's hairdo is so cute. Natalie wore a thigh-length sweater, revealing her sexy curves. Her makeup done, Natalie is confident with her look.

The clock read twelve past fifteen minutes. Natalie wore a wooden brown coat, not forgetting to carry one of her small branded bags. After her ash-colored heels adorned her feet, Natalie walked out of the apartment to the restaurant.

It only took Natalie five minutes to take a taxi to reach the restaurant. She entered the restaurant after Nicholas sent her a message that he was already there. Natalie looked for the handsome figure until a hand waved, the corners of Natalie's lips lifted. The long legs stepped towards Nicholas who was at one of the tables near the window.

"Hi, have you been waiting long?" Natalie asked pleasantly as she sat down in front of Nicholas.

"Not at all. I just arrived," Nicholas replied with a faint smile gracing his handsome face. His blue eyes did not stop looking at Natalie's appearance today. "You're very beautiful, Nat," he complimented her half-consciously.

Natalie chuckled softly, her cheeks that were already red from blush were even redder from Nicholas' praise.

Shit, Natalie should be used to getting compliments like this! Natalie continued to calm herself down so as not to be easily mesmerized by the man in front of her now. Although it's getting harder by the day, especially what they did a few days ago.

After determining the menu ordered, Nicholas also called the waiter. Natalie only watched Nicholas who was busy talking to the waiter, the man's appearance was the same as the first time Natalie saw when she met accidentally at the hotel. However, suddenly the image of Nicholas naked and having sex with her filled Natalie's brain, she immediately shook her head quickly.

They chatted for a while until the food arrived. Natalie looked happy, she wanted to capture all the food on the table before eating it.

"Can I take a picture first?" Natalie asked for permission. Nicholas nodded, not objecting.

Natalie also took several pictures until she was satisfied with the pictures. Meanwhile, Nicholas was busy paying attention to the woman with shiny black hair. Completely mesmerized by Natalie's beauty, he did not expect the woman he liked from the live streaming application to now be in front of him. Even after the incident of being trapped in Natalie's apartment, Nicholas had difficulty sleeping because he thought of Natalie constantly.

"Nic, can you take a picture of me? I want to make a story on my social media account," Natalie pleaded endlessly. And again Nicholas did not refuse, he complied with what Natalie wanted.

Nicholas pointed the camera phone at Natalie who was ready to pose. Two to three times he pressed the camera button, Nicholas never tired of saying the word beautiful in his heart for Natalie. When he was done, he gave her the cell phone.

"Wow, that's great! You're good at taking pictures!" praised Natalie happily.

"No, I'm not. It's because the object is already very pretty," Nicholas replied honestly from the bottom of his heart. "Can we eat now?"

"O-oh, sure. Sorry, I took too long," Natalie replied guiltily. Nicholas' time must be precious and she did not want to waste it. Stupid, Natalie you're too self-absorbed!

They finally ate their food. Actually Natalie faintly heard some people who seemed to be talking about the two of them. She looked for the origin of the sound, it turned out that from a table not far from them there were a group of women who immediately looked down after Natalie turned to them.

Natalie frowned, did they know her? Or Nicholas?

"By the way, Nic. Aren't you worried that an staff might recognize you eating lunch with a woman?" Natalie asked.

"No, that's not what I meant. You're not worried of any strange rumors?"

Natalie blinked when two people greeted Nicholas, the blonde man returned the greeting. What she suspected turned out to be true, surely the group of women behind them were also Nicholas' staff.

"You're more relaxed than I thought," Natalie said as she took a bite of her steak. Natalie was slightly surprised when Nicholas wiped the corner of her lips.

"There's some sauce on there," Nicholas said casually as he smiled so sweetly into Natalie's eyes.

Natalie nervously wiped it off with a tissue for fear that the area around her lips was still dirty. Seriously, she was being awkward. "T–thank you."

"Is your heart pounding because of me?"

"Wh-what? No, really!"

"Hmm, alright. I'll try again."

Natalie gaped, for some reason she felt Nicholas was getting more aggressive.
