Prana Skills

Prana skills are not just simple utilization of life energy; they are more complex and mysterious. 

To use Prana skills, one needs to combine multiple Prana circuits in the person's body.

When a person opens his first prana circuit, he gains the ability to control his life energy and becomes a glorious warrior.

But it was just the beginning; to continue to grow stronger and reach a higher state, he needed to open more Prana circuits. Those Prana circuits are like hidden treasures that, with every breakthrough, will bring out the hidden potential of the person. 

The Prana Skills are the unique ways that use more than one Prana circuit to bring out unimaginable strength. But opening new prana circuits is not easy; it takes decades of training and hard work for most people to open a single prana circuit, not to mention that later on, with an increase in the number of prana circuits, the difficulty increases exponentially.

But even the simplest skill needed two prana circuits to use them, so generally, new warriors who opened only one prana circuit could not use Prana skills.

But Apollo was not a newbie, even though he was a twelve-year-old child. He had surprisingly opened four Prana circuits that make him elite, even in the entire Fletcher family.

Which was quite unthinkable for most warriors, as many might not open this many Prana circuits in their entire lives, but he did it at such a young age.

There are not many skills in their family, but he was now going to use the simplest Prana skill that only needed two Prana circuits to use, which might not be his strongest skill but was more than enough for the current enemy.

Immediately, Apollo's aura became fiercer, and the aura on his sword became turbulent as the chilling, cold life force started to freeze things.

"Ice Cutting."

The aura around his sword that turbulent moment ago became still, and the chill around it seemed to have disappeared. The sword seems to have changed into an ice crystal sword without releasing any chilling aura. All the soldiers and guards watching also noticed the change in Apollo and quickly understood what was happening while feeling surprised.

"This kid can already use Prana's skills."

Grr! Grr!

The beast also instinctively felt the danger from the sword in Apollo's hand and quickly jumped toward him, wanting to kill him as fast as possible.

Apollo was not surprised by the death-beast reaction; he instead expected it. 

"Burst!"

Instantly, he exploded with speed, many times faster than before, and disappeared in front of the beast.

"What!"

This sudden shift of gears surprised everyone.

Apollo's movement was so fast that the beast lost his sight for a moment, but that moment was enough for him. 

"Cut!"

As he swung his crystal ice sword, aiming at the neck, it glowed for a second and sliced through the death beast's skin and bones, which were apparently harder than iron, like a thin sheet of paper, severing its head from its body.

There was absolute silence in the whole place as they saw how a twelve-year-old kid, with ease, killed a death beast. Not to mention, even Grandpa William was a little surprised by the strength shown by Apollo.

Apollo had not just used a Prana skill but rather two skills at the same time, meaning he had opened at least four Prana circuits.

Opening four prana circuits at such a young age was something that only the absolute geniuses of the duke or royal family could do. But now, in front of them, a kid from a baron family has done the same thing.

To be able to achieve such strength in the Baron family was something unheard of, but they were sure this kid ahead of them was a monstrous genius who was hard to see in the entire kingdom.

After the shocking moment, Grandpa William quickly came running to him. 

"Kid, you really know how to hide; even I didn't know when you became this strong."

Although he was saying things, inside he was feeling proud, and the grin on his face can be seen.

"Alright, let's go ahead."

Master Aaron broke the moment as he glanced at Apollo. They still have not reached the main place that this path leads to.

Roseate also looked at Apollo for a moment while thinking something, and then they all quickly started to move ahead.

Seeing this, Apollo, Grandpa William, and their family soldiers also started to follow their lead.

They knew now that this ruin would be dangerous, and the current encounter was just a warm-up for the dangers they were going to face ahead.

As they walked in the darkness, they finally saw a bright light ahead. Seeing this, they all became alert, as they did not know what they would face behind the light.

"Be alert."

As they came close to the light and crossed it, the view around them seemed like they were in an entirely new place.

They were standing in front of a giant altar with weird marks similar to the pillars outside the ruins.

On the altar, there was something weird—a seat similar to a throne. It was inlaid with three red crystals and was releasing some weird bloody aura that they had never seen. 

The whole place was enormous and filled with an eerie and gloomy aura.

"Blood Crystal!"

Roseate saw the throne and the red crystals inlaid on it.

"Finally, I found it."

"Are you sure?"

Master Aaron asked with enthusiasm, as they had been searching for this for many years and almost lost their hopes of finding it, but now they finally saw it.
