A fight against a copycat

As we both got serious. We were reading each other movements to see who makes the first move. This was a crucial moment. But who ever makes the first move has control over the battlefield. So I went ahead and leaped towards my enemy. It made him realize that when facing me; they need to follow the rhythm.

"Get back here!!!"

"Then come and get me!!"

I said to the copycat. I then continued to descend from the building.

"Let's see if you can handle this!"

I turned around and started to cast a black fireball that multiplied. Making the sky into a minefield. Then I followed up by making black ice fall from the sky. Turning the city into my battlefield, but the copycat didn't care of his surroundings. He went charging into my attack.

"I got you now!!"

The copycat said. He then swinged his sword at me and I blocked it. It was a powerful hit. From blocking it, it sent me to another building, and I landed on the window. I didn't go through it, but I was able to stand on it as if I can deify gravity.

"Is that all you got?"

I said to the copycat. He got frustrated and charged at me with another swing in mind. I then moved aside and let him crash in to the building.

"Even if you are me. You should be more careful. On how you react."

I said to the copycat. He then stood up and was looking down at me from the hole in the building.

"I'm going to kill you..."

"I would love to see you try."

The copycat then took flight and went straight at me, intending to kill me. I dogged the first swing, and I looked deep into his eyes.

"Now that's more like it!!"

I then got motivated and started my counter attack. I then charged at my enemy and only focused on the sword. As I took a swing at the copycat. He blocked my attack, but it sent him to another building. This time, he went through the building.

"Man, this is going to be a long fight..."

I said to myself. I then proceeded to chase my opponent to continue the fight.

"That's it!!!"

The copycat screamed. Before I could even reach him. His sudden burst of energy destroyed the entire building. It made me realize that I need to stop fooling around. Before I could go on. I felt that my body was missing something. As if I wasn't able to fully awaken my powers.

"I got a few minutes... I should charge up while I have time to spare."

I then closed my eyes and found myself in a white void. There was something that I needed here, and it was on how to understand my power. It connected this to my eye and but it when I saw what it was. It was a gift given by god.

"I shouldn't have this... or should be able to use it... But I have no choice."

I grabbed on to a light and it brought me back to my senses. As I opened my eyes. I saw a barrier surrounded me.

"Did I do this?"

I asked myself. I had no knowledge of creating a barrier. Not even casting it. Then the copycat was standing in front of the barrier and was holding a black fireball in his right hand. He tried to push it in, but the barrier kept reinforcing itself to deny anything that enters.

"You coward!! Take that barrier off and fight me!!"

"If you say so..."

I then snapped my right middle finger, and I ended up teleporting in front of the copycat.

"You took a piece from each version of me. Every move and magic that I can use. So tell me. What makes you worthy to face me?"

I asked. The copycat then had a serious look on his face. He really wanted to kill me, but he answered my question before he could do something.

"Because I want to be real, I want to become mortal. I want to feel alive!!!"

The copycat said. He then smiled at me and both his eyes glowed bright red. But when he looked at me. He saw that I have lost interest in him.

"Not a bad answer... But I'm truly disappointed..."

I said to the copycat. I punched him right in the chest and grabbed him.

"Let me show you how is done..."

I tossed the copycat towards the ground. Following up by casting a giant lance out of black ice. As I tossed the lance. More followed because of the falling ice that was previously casted. I then snapped my middle finger again to teleport myself to the ground.

"Volcanic surge!!"

I called out my next spell. I then placed my left hand on the ground and it began to shake. With nothing else to do, I teleported away from my own attack to see it from a distance. Lava erupted towards my opponent from where I placed my left hand. It then connected with the black ice lances. Causing a chain reaction of explosions.

"Guess it isn't over..."

I quickly turned around and blocked by using my weapon. I then received an attack that went through my weapon.

"I told you... I will kill you!!"

"Then what ya waiting for? I'm right here standing."

I said to the copycat. We then charged on to each other and began to clash with our swords. We traded hit for hit. Cut for cut. Blow for blow. That it seemed endless until our movements slowed down.

"Why won't you die!!?!"

"Let me ask you this. Can you kill a menace?"

With that question, it made everything clear to the copycat. He ended realizing that he was fighting me as me, but not as an actual menace. He then dropped his weapon and his entire body started to glow.

"What are you doing?"

I asked. It surprised me that he could keep releasing more power than ever before.

"The only thing that I took from you... The power to transform at will!!"

As the copy cat said it. He ended up transforming himself into a weapon. A weapon that was meant for destruction.

"Transformation... Two can play that game."

I said to the copycat. When I took one step forward. I immediately activated the shadow mode. But as it turns out, the copycat activated the shadow mode as well. With nothing else to be said. We ended up going at it one more time. We both vanished in a blink of an eye and connected our punches in all directions.

Suddenly, Lod appeared out of nowhere to see our fight.

"My o my, you two seem to be having fun."

Me and the copycat then stopped after hearing Lod. We then sent an air punch in their direction for interrupting our fight.

"Back off!!"

We both said. We then went to somewhere else to continue our fight.

"Now that won't do... I'll have to end this."

Lod said. He then went through a portal and ended up appearing near F.

"I need to borrow her."

Lod said to F. F then turned around and saw Lod approaching Nidializ.

"This is going to be a pain..."

F said. He then allowed Lod to take away Nidializ and vanish. Lod then ended up near Sally and targeted Claire. Claire then reacted after feeling Lods presence. She then placed her guard after turning around and seeing Lod charge in while having Nidializ passed out on his right hand. Once Lod got a hold of her. He ended up teleporting away. Leaving Sally to take off to find her sister.

Meanwhile. Me and the copycat ended up moving to where we first faced off. My body was already on its limit. The copycat saw me trying to catch my breath. He then hit me on the back of the head and holds a sword to my neck.

"What do you have to say for yourself now?"

"Holding me by the neck? This is truly stupid..."

"Then say your prayers."

The copycat said. I then closed my eyes and waited for my time.
