Fat Pig

I was six when I came home from school seeing my mom smiling knowing that I came from my first day of first grade. My dad smiles at me saying, "I have a doctors appointment" I smile saying, "Ok daddy" oh how I regret saying that word.

"40 Lbs"

I get off the scale. Putting on my socks and shoes seeing my dad glare at me saying, "I'm so ashamed of calling you my daughter." Those words make me whimper as I run to hug my mom. She opens her warm arms as I crash into them feeling her intense gaze on him. That man I sadly call my father.

When we got home I was told to go in my room. And I did what I was told partly because as curious as I was I snuck to the top of the staircase. And I hear my mom and dad arguing. I start to listen and I remember I heard my dad said, "She's to fat for her age" my mom said, "Well to bad Robert she just needs to go on a diet and don't you dare cal our daughter fat." I look feeling tears for down my eyes feeling hurt and confused because well I was 6 I didn't know what a diet was.
