Graduation

Walking into his classroom ten minutes early, he surprises Iruka since he's normally the last one to arrive.

"Iruka Sensei, I want to apply for graduation, i already have my parents consent"

Iruka stands from his chair, "Graduation is a serious matter, to be applicable for graduation, you need to be able to do the Transformation Jutsu without any mistake"

In a matter of seconds, Hirashi transforms himself into Iruka, then inro the Hokage, then back into himself, "Is that good enough sensei?"

"Come with me, we'll go see the Hokage, Mizuki can take over for me"

As the two of them now stand before the Hokage, silence fills the room as the old man thinks upon Hirashi's request, "He's passed the test?"

Iruka replies with a nod before Hiruzen pulls out a Genin headband, "You have passed the test and earned the honor of wearing the emblem of the Hidden Leaf, i look forward to your future young man"

Hirashi takes a step forward, "Who will be my Jonin?"

The old man takes a puff from his pipe, "Go to training area five at eight in the morning tomorrow, you will meet your Jonin there"

They bow and leave the room, after splitting up, he makes his way back to the academy and waits for Ino and his friends to leave for the day, even though it may be a few hours, he takes a nap under the shade of a tree.

As the hours pass, he hears the doors opening and his old class coming out, "Hey guys, what's up?"

Ino-Shika-Cho and the rest of the class all turn at hearing his voice, "Wow, you really did graduate", Naruto says while admiring the headband.

Looking over at captain emo, he smirks, "now that I've graduated, you can be number one in the class"

Sasuke replies with a sneer and grunt before stalking away.

Looking over at his friends, he sees Ino looking sad but happy at the same time, Shikamaru looks a mixture of impressed and tired, and Choji just looks hungry as always.

Shikamaru speaks first, "So, who's your Jonin"

He shrugs his shoulders, "Won't know until tomorrow, come on, let's go get some ramen, coming Naruto?"

He nods with a giant grin, after a fun day out with friends, he returns home wondering who will be his leader.

After a night of sleep and waking up early, he uses flickers over to the training area specified.

'Wooooo, i got one of my favorites', he thinks while keeping a calm face as he looks at his Jonin, Genma Shiranui.

"So you're the kid that graduated early? let's get this over with so i can send you back to the academy", he says with a small smile, he then holds up a bell, "you have ten minutes to take this from me, if you can't then you go back to the academy"

'God, he's so cool', he flickers beside him, grabbing the bell, "So, do i get a prize for beating you so easily?"

He looks at the genin for a moment, 'this boy, he's only ten-years-old and yet, he can use the Body Flicker technique... interesting'

He nods, "you passed", he puts his hand in one of his pouches and pulls out a small piece of paper, "Touch this and we'll see you basic nature affinity"

'Finally, i can complete that stupid mission', as he touched the paper, it split in half, but before either of them could say anything, one half of the paper turned to dirt and crumbled away while the other half became wet and soggy.

Silence filled the air before Genma's face split into a massive smile, "Earth, Wind, and Water, three affinities, very nice"

Ignoring the pop-up, he looks towards his Jonin, "what now?"

He drops the pieces of paper to the ground, "Now, we begin your training and go on a few D-rank missions to get your feet wet, sadly, i have Wind and Lightning affinities, i can help with the Wind affinity from experience, but for the other two, we need to go pick up some scrolls"

And so the day went on, they picked up a D-rank mission to find a rather fat cat that had gone missing, and decided to acquire his scrolls tomorrow.

[I couldn't find Genma's nature affinities anywhere, i know he can use the Flying Thunder Formation technique, so i decided to go with wind and lightning]
