Reward for a good deed

As they ate breakfast together, Ethan shared his plans for the day.

"Guys, today I have to pay a visit to the Tyrell castle. Lady Olenna invited me to discuss and give me the reward. It is also an opportunity to do some network." -Ethan said as he takes a sip of his drink.

"Sounds good, Ethan. Do you want us to come with you?" - Leandro responded, nodding his head.

"Thank you, Leandro, but this time I would prefer to go alone. I need to talk to them about some matters related to our business. Instead, I have an important task for them." - answered the young man.

"What task would that be?" - Dario asked with a curious tone.

"We already have our first batch of alcohol ready to be consumed. I will prepare some smaller barrels to take to the Tyrell family as a gift. A courtesy sample and also to give them a taste of our product.

"That sounds great! They will love it. What do you need us to do?" - asked the shy Elara.

"I'd like you to negotiate with the local taverns to see where we could sell our alcohol. The quicker we start gaining customers here, the better."

"Understood, Ethan. We'll do it this way." - answered Dario.

After a quick breakfast, Ethan prepared for his visit to the Tyrell castle while the others took care of their assigned tasks. They were ready to make the most of their time in Highgarden and get their alcohol business off the ground in the town.

Before noon Ethan was already on his way to the Tyrell house. He was carrying a small cart with two small barrels of alcohol.

Ethan reached the gates of the wall that surrounded the Tyrell castle. At the guard's question, he approached respectfully and showed a friendly smile.

"Good morning, I am Ethan Astaroth. I was invited by Lady Olenna Tyrell. I have these two barrels of our freshly fermented alcohol to present as a complimentary token." - Ethan said.

The guard examined Ethan for a moment and then nodded.

"Very well, Lord Astaroth. You may enter. Leave the barrels at the entrance and I will escort you to where you need to go." - answered the soldier.

Ethan thanked the guard and, after leaving the barrels at the entrance, he entered the interior of the Tyrell castle.

Ethan walked through the luxurious halls of the Tyrell castle, marveling at the opulence and beauty of the decoration. The walls were adorned with tapestries and paintings, the carpets were soft underfoot, and the windows let in sunlight, illuminating every corner of the castle.

As he moved forward, he noticed the attention to detail in the architecture and the meticulous craftsmanship of the furniture. The gardens seen through the windows were lush and well maintained. It was evident that House Tyrell valued beauty and elegance in all aspects of his life.

Ethan followed the guard through the halls, impressed by the majesty of the castle and eager for his meeting with Lady Olenna Tyrell and other members of the family.

Ethan bowed respectfully as he entered the office of Lady Olenna, the Queen of Thorns. The elderly matriarch of House Tyrell sat at her desk, surrounded by scrolls and books, a sharp expression in her eyes as she studied documents.

"My lady, it is an honor to be in your presence," Ethan said respectfully. "I bring a small gift in the form of our new product: Astaroth House Alcohol. I hope you find  it to your liking."

He knew that impressing the influential matriarch could be beneficial for his business and his position in Highgarden.

Before the young man could speak, Lady Olenna thanked him for saving her granddaughter.

Ethan nodded gratefully at Lady Olenna's words."It was an honor to be able to help and make sure Lady Margaery was safe. I'm glad everything turned out well."

Lady Olenna smiled mischievously at him. "You have earned a place in our hearts, young man of House Astaroth. Now, tell me more about yourself and your plans in Highgarden. It is not every day we see a noble of a minor house around here."

Ethan explained his desire to establish an alcohol brewing business in the city and how he hoped to contribute to the well-being of Highgarden. He spoke of his passion for producing high-quality alcohol and how he believed his offering would be well received by the city's residents.

Lady Olenna listened attentively and then nodded her approval. "Interesting, young Astaroth. Highgarden is always open to new opportunities for economic growth. Now it will depend on the quality of your product to succeed." -She said while pointing to one of the servants to bring the alcohol.

After the drinks were brought and served, Lady Olenna tried both drinks and seemed intrigued by the taste. "You have a good product here, the beer is very good, but this white plum-flavored liquid is excellent, although too strong for me, young Astaroth. I am glad that you have decided to share it with us. I am sure it will be well received in Highgarden."

Ethan nodded gratefully. "I am glad you liked it, Lady Olenna. I am willing to provide more if your household and guests wish to enjoy these drinks."

"Excellent. My house will help yours with everything that is needed. Also as a reward for having saved my granddaughter, you will have several lands placed in your family's name, so you can do whatever you want with them." - I end up saying.
