"This is getting a little out of hand, isn't it?" Thraxis nonchalantly remarked as he watched the spell Toxic Tempest grow abnormally big. "Must say that the Book of Records really knows what to do in this kind of situation," he added as he comfortably lay on the rooftop in the Noble district.

"That's a given, any tempest or power wind spell will grow out of hand here," Neo stated. "The environment is just right for it, the spell may have gone out of hand... and it's headed straight for the Horror Beast, not that it will do much."
Neo shifted her attention below, to the Nobles who were uncaring about the events outside the Noble District.
Carriages were moving about, Noble guards patrolling, cleaners cleaning up the road, and a few putting up bright crystal lamps that illuminated the place. The Nobles were absolutely undisturbed.
Some Nobles who were outside glanced at the massive Toxic Tempest but they seemed uncaring. "They are rather uncaring," Thraxis commented but then he shifted his attention outside the city, "I guess, the city getting attacked isn't a big deal anymore."
Neo deadpanned at Thraxis's words, "The three-player cities have suffered a monster tide more than 3 times a year, and sometimes one every month. If these arrogant nobles were to be fearful even now then there wouldn't be a Noble District," she stated.
Thraxis shrugged, "You have to commend them for what they have achieved, a hierarchy within just 3 cities. And not just some kingdom hierarchy but a hierarchy system that actually works and benefits all the residents of the city," he complimented as he shifted his attention to Aisa and Eleis who were in the storage of the Sex Market. "Of course, there needs to be corruption in the hierarchy. Slavery is the biggest corruption grounds, it's common that it became a part of the hierarchy," he disappointedly muttered as he watched Aisa struggle with the small reality check she was getting from Eleis.
"You sound more disappointed by something else than the hierarchy," Neo directly called out making Thraxis pause for a second, not expecting Neo to call him out.
"Yeah..." He glanced at Aisa who was getting scolded by Eleis and sighed, "Sigh... it's Aisa." he confessed, making Neo confused. "You, as the will of the World, should know more about this than me..."
Neo looked at Aisa and her eyes flashed in understanding, "Are you referring to the difference between her being the only child of the Valxin and her having Ken as a brother?" Neo pointed out, and Thraxis nodded.
"If Ken wasn't her brother, there wouldn't have been an incident 7 years ago. She would have had a happy-go-lucky side, just being a Cold Queen who was ruthless and simply the greatest," muttered Thraxis in disappointment. "It's disappointing that she was overshadowed by Ken, but also understandable from the circumstances. After all, she is still a child who is easily influenced by her surroundings. Growing up in high society, she was thought to be cold, but Ken taught her to be free." Thraxis smiled as he got up. "Well, at least she is free now... but she has yet to mature," Thraxis disappeared, leaving Neo with her thoughts.
Neo looked at Aisa and then at Eleis, feeling like something was off.
---Meanwhile in BlueVail---
Thraxis roamed around City-A, uncaring and unbothered, but his mind kept going to Aisa. "I no longer know if it is a good thing or a bad... Aisa, the next Eleis, is no more... not possible. Ken wouldn't allow it and put salt to an injury. Aisa is too obedient and attached to Ken. What a pain... guess I have to find another way or another piece entirely," he muttered under his breath as he glanced at the hidden cameras that were pointing straight at him and scanning him.
"Heh, Noah really is keeping an eye on me now, should have at least disguised myself before picking Mahira as my pawn," he muttered to himself, as he could feel Noah's eyes drill holes into him. "Noah Valxin, you are too good at what you do," he mouthed at the camera.
----Back to Aerks---
Ken ordered around the guards, adventurers, and players. He had taken charge right after he unleashed the spell.
"PLAYERS WITH TANK CLASS! SPREAD OUT AND LET THE ATTACKERS TAKE CHARGE OF THE FRONT. GUARDS, SUPPORT THE PLAYERS FROM BEHIND AND COVER FOR THEM. ADVENTURERS WHO ARE RELIANT ON SPEED, GET IN THE CITY AND SEARCH FOR ANY MONSTER THAT HAS PASSED THROUGH!" Ken yelled out his orders as his eyes swept through the remaining monster tide.
The Toxic Tempest had formed in the forest, so the monsters that had already left the forest were unharmed by it. There were still a few hundred to maybe even a thousand around in the plain between the forest and the city.
Ken staggered, but he still stood. Two guards quickly came to support him, but Ken glared at them. "DON'T BOTHER WITH ME! GO BACK TO YOUR POSITIONS! NO GUARDS POSITIONED ON THE WALLS ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEIR POSITIONS!" Ken shouted, making the guards run back in fear but also respect.
Ken was really feeling the mana exhaustion, but he had fortunately kept about 1% of his mana... not even 1%, actually.
He took a deep breath, "THE ADVENTURERS AND PLAYERS WHO ARE LONG RANGE, GET ON TOP OF THE WALL!" he ordered, and as quickly as his orders fell, the adventurers and players moved.
Well, not all of them, but the majority followed. Ken glanced at the ones who didn't follow his order but didn't say anything. He wasn't expecting all to follow his commands anyway, but he still grumbled as having everyone follow his commands would make this end faster.
"Umm...." A sly, girly, and childish voice came from behind Ken, making him turn around. It was a girl wearing a brown coat with a hood. She had her hood on, and due to her height that didn't even reach Ken's shoulder, he couldn't see her face.
She was holding a potion bottle with blue liquid inside it. She raised her hand and presented it to Ken. "It's a mana potion..." she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Ken took the potion and looked at it. It was a plain potion bottle, nothing special, except it had a small pendant wrapped around the bottle's neck. "Thank you, but I can't take this," he politely refused, but the girl shook her head.
(Image of the mana potion here)
"Take it... Grandma will be upset if you don't, and if possible please come to our potion shop," she unexpectedly advertised and scurried off.
Ken shook his head and gulped the potion down, making a mental note about the encounter. "Potion shop that I have no idea where it could be in this city... sure, I will visit after I find it," he smiled and jumped down, ready to cause another slaughter... even though his kill count had reached 3,000.
And unfortunately, the kills from Ken's spell weren't being counted from the point of 3,000, after all, his spell was now a natural disaster and not a spell that relied on Ken's mana to maintain itself.
