ARGUMENT AND ICE CREAM

~~KIARA'S POV~~

immediately after the mission, I rushed to Scott's house if really what I heard is true then forget Bella cause I won't even spare him.

I arrived at his house and thank goodness I have the spare key to it

"SCOTT " I screamed immediately I got in but all I got was the echoing of my voice

" SCOTT !!! " I called out making my way towards the stairs and trying to fight back the tears threatening to fall

" SO... "

" Babe what's wrong ? " he came out of his room worry all over his face, seeing the wound close to his chest I suddenly burst into tears running into his arms

"See it's okay am fine " he tried comforting me but it wasn't working.

as time goes by my fear of losing him grows stronger and for some reason, I find it hard to control my emotions when it comes to him being in danger

" it's okay " he pecked me making me sit on his lap

" W..why..why didn't you retreat when Bella asked everyone to huh? instead, you trailed after the other group do you want to die? " I questioned trying to control my tears

" you know what you look cute when you worry about me and even sexier when you're on a mission by my side," he said in a deep hushed tone which surely affected me..but no I wasn't going to give in just because he knows my weakness.. never

" stay away am worried and you're flirting you wasn't me to hit you," I said raising my fist but he just chuckled

" alright am sorry and secondly I trailed after those gang members just to implicate them now.. "

" shh don't explain..you always have an answer for every question I ask now let's see if you'll have the same for Bella " I scoffed

" c'mon babe you know the Donna would get angry at me for this but it's for her good and ever since we got Donna back I promised myself never to let any harm come to her... " I suddenly sealed his lips with mine

although he's good at what he does he always finds ways to doubt himself. ever since the incident with Clarence he's always making sure he's extra careful with what he does and still finds himself guilty..

"promises never do anything that would put your life at stake," I said more in a whisper

" I promise " on hearing him I smiled and hugged him, losing him wasn't an option for me so I'll do everything I have to keep him safe

how did I even get here? I couldn't help but ask myself

well after Bella and I became friends and she introduced me to the family Bella's grandpa got me enrolled in computer classes soon after I was taught hacking and coding at first I never knew why I was being given special attention by the grand Don ( Bella's grandpa ) but after our first mission I was introduced to the family to be Bella's right hand's person and I also knew that the family was divided into three at that time where part of the house which is called the special team is ruled by Scott who is generally addressed as scorpion and the other part the shadow gang members was ruled by someone unknown to us all and then the third part which had their separated training.

After one year of vigorous training, the whole team finally became one and Bella officially became Donna that was where I and Scott met

at first I could tell he didn't like me and taught he wanted the title of Donna's right-hand person but after some time, I found out it was something different

" Are you a racist? " those were the question I asked him on the day I needed answers from him but I got none

I taught he didn't like me cause of my dark color and so I decided to keep my distance from him, I tried my best not to cross paths with him, talk to him or even hear his name but all my efforts went to waste on the second of may..that day Bella decided to organize a little party for us because we completed another mission but I got drunk and woke up the next morning on his bed. I tried my best to run away that morning but it was of no fucking use cause I got caught by him even before I could move a muscle

it felt like the earth should open up and take me in it as I didn't know how I would face him knowing it was my first time and he hates me so much

" Don't try running away I love you "

was all he said and that changed everything for me

" do you know who Donna's special guest is ? " he asked stroking my hair

" hmm no, I think she'll inform us about the issue once things are settled "

" hmm "

my phone suddenly began ringing and I checked the caller to find out it was Bella

' Speaking of the devil '

" Hello "

" Kiara where in hell are you little Don and Leon is about to make me lose my mind," she said in a dramatic tone which made me chuckle

" and when did people start making you lose your mind? I taught it was the other way round "

" well this father and son duo have broken a record..so where are you? "

" at home "

" you sure? "

" yes, why? " I asked

" well I'll be organizing a little ice cream party for our family gang you'll are invited including that big teddy you're with," she said and I could tell from her voice that she was grinning from ear to ear

"Who? " I played dumb

" oh don't play dumb with me and don't forget that am your best friend and you can't hide anything from me..now make sure your ass ain't late for the party unless... "

" you'll screw me "

" aww you're so sweet if only I was a lesbian then I wouldn't mind screwing you "

" hey shut the trash up don't forget you're a married woman "

" hmm yes then I'll just because bisexual," she said laughing

" you are crazy girl " I couldn't help controlling my laughter

" alright get your ass here on time okay "

" Yeah " I said and ended the call

having a friend like Bella feels like heaven

" What did she say, " Scott asked

" well we're both invited to an ice cream party tonight," I said and snuggle into his warm embrace
