The day finally started, Takito was sitting with Trita just like planned, and I was sitting with Yua, and Ichika... For some reason she is...

"Teacher, why don't I have a partner?"

Ichika asked confused

"Unfortunately boys and girls were uneven so one was bound to be alone, sadly it was you! If you feel lonely you could always sit by my side!"

Terresa jokingly answered, Yua and some other people laughed at the joke but Ichika wasn't having it, she was very upset she had to be alone

"Now pipe down everyone! I will start the lesson! And of course, we will start your math so open your book on page XXX"

The school told us not to bring a book with us so it was kind of weird for her to tell us that

"We don't have books miss!"

A guy said

"Look under your desks!"

Once we did it we found one math book

"It's only one!" a girl said

"The point of doing this was to get you close, sitting on the opposite sides of the desk while staring at your own book would not work so we decided to only give you one book!"

Terresa said with a smile

I don't know who thought this is a good idea but I guess it's not the worst thing that could happen to us

We then turned the book to the said page, I and Yua had to get close to each other to see well, our shoulders and our legs were touching and I could smell her scent, our heads were also close to each other, and it feels rather hot, summer heat is really bothering me this summer...

"Close your legs! I don't have any space to sit" Yua whispered to me as she pushed my leg with hers

"It's not my fault! I can't really keep my legs closed you know!"

"I don't care! My leg is starting to sweat here!"

"YUA! IRIASU! You are whispering way too loud! Keep it down!"

Many people looked at us, it was kind of embarrassing...

Yua wrote this in the book

Whatever, I'm not planning to have a conversation with her now, I already made a fool out of myself, and I don't feel like doing it again...

Thanks to my "maturity" I managed to ignore Yua for a little, our physical touch slowly started becoming less of a problem and I swear after a time slowly passed he began coming closer and closer to each other, but suddenly the ring of the school rang, it was a bit more gentle than the school's one

"Alright, everyone! You can head outside for a little, he had working sinks outside that you can drink water and cool yourselves, even for me this weather is very hard to endure"

Terresa said as sweat ran down her head, she had her brown hair in a tie but that obviously didn't help her, most girls also had their hair in a tie

Terresa said with a smile, she probably acts like that because of our little park the other day

"Where did your curly hair go?" I asked confused as I saw her straight hair

"Curly hair is a mess so I straighten it when I have time"

Yua said as she suddenly appeared behind me

"Well it's not curly as Ichika-san's but I can see why you say that!"

Terresa said as she pointed at Ichika that was standing behind Yua

"Anyway get out! I'm dying of thirst!"

She said as he pushed us all outside the class

I lost sight of Takito and Trita, but quickly find them again, they were cooling themselves on the sink like everyone, and it looks like they are used to each other since they talk so casually with each other

"Yo, guys! What's up?"

Ichika said as she walked in front of us

"Nothing much! We are simply cooling ourselves, here have some!"

Takito said as he gathered water in his palms, he then tried throwing it to us, the girls dodged it by jumping away but I simply took it head on, I wanted to cool myself no matter what

"Ahh... Sweet water!"

"Yeah right! You could also do that the normal way!"

Yua commented on my reaction

We all cooled ourselves with the water and also drank some, and started talking about what everyone took in as an activity

"I'm not really interested in many things so I only signed up for cooking and swimming, how about you guys?"

Ichika asked all of us

"Su-kun and I made a very important choice yesterday to participate in every single activity for growth's sake!"

Takito said with a goofy expression

"So I'm the only one deserted again?"

Takito was surprised about what Ichika said

"Both Yua-chan and Trita-chan decided it to be a good idea to take part in everything too! I don't get you, people! Can't you simply lay back and relax in the forest?" Ichika said in an upset tone

"Well, I used to live on an island that was mostly that so I have gotten enough relaxation! Now I want to do stuff you know! How about you come too? It sucked being alone in class right? You will feel the same if you stay alone too, so what are you saying?"

Ichika took a moment to think about what I said, and after deep thought, she answered

"Nah I'm good! I will probably watch some movies!"

I guess we can't force her...

The bell rang again and we continued the lesson, after every lesson was done we finally headed to our first activity

SWIMMING!

After this hot and exhausting summer school day we all wanted to truly cool down, what's better to do that than a nice good old swim in the river?

Surprisingly nobody lost the opportunity to swim not even the teachers

"What's up little chicks! Are you just planning to watch the water flow or are you going to get in?"

Terresa said as she emotionlessly dived into the river, the water was literally freezing, I'm very surprised to see her do that, even some other students that came earlier here didn't swim, they simply wetted their palms and then rubbed them on their body

I like to call this way of bath "The old people bath" since most old people on my island bathed like this

"Why are you looking at me? Get in!" Terresa said as she threw water toward us

"The last one in cleans the room!" I said to Takito before going head in the river

"Hey, that's unfair!" Takito said as he also jumped into the river

"Umm... Are we not going to get in?"

Ichika asked as she looked at Yua and Trita, that were lying under an umbrella that was brought by the camp's storage room

Yua was wearing a crop top and a very think blanket covering her hips, she was listening to music with sunglasses on, as for Trita, she was wearing a jacket and swimsuit underneath it, she was reading a book

It was my first time seeing her reading a book in public, I'm glad that what I told her helped her overcome this stupid fear she had

"Guess you have two choices! You either come with us or accompany the girls!"

"I'm not planning to spend time with my EX so bye, bye!"

She said as she waved at me, she then started walking towards the girls

"So, how is it going with Yua-chan?"

Takito asked me with sketchy eyes as he pulled me into the river, only our noses and heads were sticking out of the water

"W-W-What do you mean?"

"Come on! I know you like her! I saw the way you stared at her when she and the others came here, you can't keep hiding it forever!"

I guess Takito has me on a chock hold...

"Yua said she wants to make unforgettable memories here but she always looks so bored to do stuff!"

I explained to Takito as we watched the girls like an alligator watches its pray

"Maybe we are responsible for that!" Takito told me

"Why do you think that?"

"Are you stupid? She told you that SHE wants to make unforgettable memories TOGETHER! Put the clues together!"

Takito told me in an upset tone, and after thinking a little about it I realized that maybe what she said was personal, I guess I can understand why she is like that now

"Okay, you watch out for Trita-chan too! She looks at you the same way you say Yua looks at me"

I said before getting out of the river, I covered my body with my summer towel and sat near Yua, I didn't get under the umbrella since Trita and Ichika occupied those seats

"Why did you come here?" Yua asked me confused

"Wanna go for a walk into the forest?"

She looked a bit surprised by this question

"Why ask only me?"

Her question was a bit hard to answer honestly but I didn't back down, seeing Yua sitting quietly in the corner is not her thing, she is energetic and competitive

"Because I don't like you seeing you like that!"

"Like what?"

I didn't answer, I just grabbed her hand in front of everyone and dragged her with me to the forest for a walk, the little blanket thing fell from her legs so she had nothing to cover her bikini, we followed a forest path so we surely didn't get lost

Our walk was a bit quiet for a while, Yua didn't question my actions and I for some reason couldn't say anything

"Is Trita-chan and Takito-kun getting along?" Yua asked me

"It looks like that, but how about us?"

"U-U-Us? What do you mean?"

She asked me, she was blushing too much, and her whole face was red

"You said you want to make memories, so when are we about to start making them?"

Yua calmed down after my answer

"W-Well, memories aren't created overnight!"

"Most certainly but we can easily make them here with whatever we are doing, for example, we can climb this tree together! You or I might trip but that will only create a memory, right?"

I said as I started climbing a tree a little further than us, Yua didn't reply to what I said but she looked kind of understanding

"So what are you saying? Are we going to make some?"

I said as I pointed at the river, we walked to the right from where the beach-like area was so I knew that if we jumped into the river and followed the current we would have ended up on the beach

"It's pretty high, we can hurt ourselves if we jump from here, you monkey!"

Yua said as she anxiously watched the river

"Give me your hand and put your trust in me! I will create your best moments in high school"

we grabbed each other's hands and we jumped into the river, it was cold but Yua's hand warmed me down

"Whoa! That was awesome! The water is very refreshing!"

Yua said as she still held my arm tight, it must be the stress of the fall

"Should we head back now?"

As I said that Yua started throwing water at me

"Why? Scared of the forest island boy?"

She said with a bright smile

"Screw you city girl!"

I said as I kicked water at her

We spent a long time water fighting, one splash after another, this felt timeless and sweet, I didn't feel cold or hot, I simply felt happy, disregarding anything that could happen to us

That moment in time belonged to us, we were invincible together like that

…

After all this timing we walked together back to the beach where we found nobody, Yua was still holding my hand when suddenly she stopped

"So here you are kids! Where the hell did you go for this long?"

Terresa said as she approached, it was obvious she was mad

"Come on! We didn't do anything dangerous! We just cooled down on our own a bit further away for you, that's all!"

"That's all, huh? All of us teachers and your friends are looking for you! Something bad might had happened to you! This area is known to have bears, they are not very dangerous but they are unpredictable when they are angry so don't ever do that okay? Now go back to your rooms, take a bath, and sleep!"

She demanded with a loud voice, so with our heads down we walked to our rooms and did as she said

Takito was kind of worried about me but watching him play videogames in the rooms made me think that he was just pretending

"So what did you do with Yua-chan?"

He asked with a stupid smirk

"Nothing you perv"

I said before going in the shower, I had to get ready for tomorrow...
