Development of Instructed Chemistry and Alchemy

Many people in the Mage Association have successfully advanced in their research. Now, magic could be learned in a more refined manner at a young age. These investigations helped ensure that magic did not deteriorate over time; at least in Damian's eyes, they had saved the future.

There were major magical families that served directly under the royal family. Damian could harness their strength and summon them for war when needed.

Anyone could be recruited by the association just by coming to the Mage Tower. Those with talent could be recruited, and resources would be invested in them so that their skills would be available for those who had invested in them, like the organization of war, in the future.

Damian had created a meditation method where magic is practiced, stimulating magical senses for better control, increasing the amount of magic on mages, and enhancing their senses.

The meditation method practiced by common mages is not the same as that used by higher-ranking officials, much less the one Damian and Frieren use, which is more complex. Ordinary methods have only twelve levels of control; the most talented individuals under the crown's care had the opportunity to access more magical opportunities.

Before reaching these levels that define the magician's mastery of magic, like everyone else, they didn't need to worry much about meditation because they had more talent.

For Damian, having control of magic was essential for maintaining greater power, but he knew that not everyone could match magical suppression because they needed to be focused at all times.

One of Frieren's disciples, named Alice, was a wild mage. When she was young, she accidentally found a meditation method recorded by an ancient mage. This meditation method was relatively comprehensive and could meditate at high levels.

Since she became a mage through meditation, she has been living in the Mage Tower. Originally, she wanted to join the front lines, but it wasn't something accepted by Frieren because she knew what was about to come.

All the most powerful mages were being moved to the front lines for their respective annihilations of the demons. Only the high command knew they would launch a large-scale attack on enemy territory.

"Salute!"

Damian was physically present in this place and asked, "What is your duty?"

"I am the wall's watcher. I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, and the shield that defends the realms of men. I give my life and honor to the Night's Watch tonight and all the nights to come."

Before Damian, there were 50,000 powerful soldiers, the strongest that could be found in the area they were in. Each soldier in this place had been enhanced through alchemy, and each one was now capable of killing demons with just the physical strength of their bodies.

Sometimes Damian visited these places to maintain high morale among his army, which was in constant contact with demons.

Teleportation zones sent soldiers to this site, as well as many who returned to the city to recover with the attractive innovative stalls that could be found there.

Damian was currently meditating on his throne; there was no need to move because he had his territory under control.

"We have received reports from the fleet. It is reported that more and more demons are entering from the Dark Barrier, and all signs indicate that we will soon face a large-scale invasion."

"Mobilize the third and fourth fleets to the front, and have the other fleets around the island prepare for a possible invasion; they are authorized to use any type of weaponry," Damian said while still meditating because he needed to be in perfect condition for the invasion.

"Understood, Your Majesty."
