ENCOUNTERING [HELL HOUND] I

Three days have passed since Reid first entered this forest, and he has managed to set up a safe place in the forest where he can find food, such as jungle fruits and a few edible plants.

On the other day, he made some traps by using tree Venus, and shaping some wooden sticks to surround a small grassy hill where rabbits often come to eat grass, and he is now going there to check whether rabbits were caught in his traps.

Reaching there he was looking into the traps that he laid out but he got a feeling that something was wrong.

He found some large foot prints of some creatur, seeing the foot print he was filled with dread as he realised what it meant.

He knew he was being hunted and should leave immediately. He hastily grabbed his traps and started to run.

The forest grew eerily silent as Reid cautiously made his way through the underbrush.

His heart pounded in his chest, and a sense of foreboding settled over him like a dark cloud.

Unbeknownst to the young boy, danger lurked just around the corner.

A low growl resonated through the trees, causing Reid to freeze in his tracks.

His eyes widened with fear as he caught sight of the creature emerging from the shadows—a Hell Hound.

Its flaming coat billowed with an intensity that sent waves of heat washing over him.

Panicking, Reid frantically searched his surroundings for a way to escape.

He spotted a collection of sharp stones scattered on the forest floor.

Without a second thought, he snatched one up, gripping it tightly in his trembling hand. It was his only hope.

As the Hell Hound advanced, its fiery eyes fixated on the vulnerable child, Reid's survival instincts kicked in.

With all his might, he flung the stone at the creature, his aim guided by sheer desperation.

The Hell Hound paced outside, its fiery eyes glowing with frustration.

Huddled in the darkness, Reid could hear the Hell Hound's growls and occasional bursts of fire as it vented its fury.

With nothing but time on his hands, he pondered his next move, trying to formulate a plan that would allow him to escape unharmed.

He was just thinking about what should he do and then suddenly, System notification came in.

Taking a deep breath to steady himself, Reid crawled back through the crevice and cautiously made his way toward the cave entrance.

The Hell Hound's fiery gaze locked onto him, its jaws parting to release a searing torrent of flames. Reid braced himself.

With quick reflexes, he darted to the side, narrowly avoiding the inferno.

As the Hell Hound continued to unleash its fiery assault, Reid observed its pattern.

He calculated the timing, waiting for the perfect moment to execute his plan.

As the Hell Hound prepared for another burst of flames, Reid sprinted toward it.

He weaved through the burning projectiles, his small frame agile and determined.

With all his might, he leaped onto the creature's back, gripping its fiery fur.

The Hell Hound howled in agony, its flames flickering and waning as Reid's weight disrupted its concentration.

The creature thrashed, trying to shake off its unwanted passenger, but Reid clung on with all his strength.

In a final burst of effort, Reid directed the Hell Hound's disoriented charge toward a nearby river.

With a mighty leap, he let go of the creature and watched as it crashed into the water with a resounding splash.

The Hell Hound's flames were extinguished, leaving nothing but steam rising from the river's surface.

Breathing heavily, Reid observed the defeated Hell Hound.

Its snarls were now reduced to feeble whimpers.

Victory swelled within him as he realized that he had not only escaped unscathed but , he had also managed to overcome the creature despite his lack of experience and weaponry.

Confirming his victory, a system notification came.
