Chapter 5

"The dress is so sexy. You are looking so hot that I want to turn into a man and marry you." Said Jane.

Maria slapped her on Jane's shoulder and said, "Stop it."

Jane stuck her tongue out.

The dress Evelyn chose a long A-line dress which fit her perfectly and complemented her figure.

She looks so gorgeous.

Then Evelyn turned back and said, "Mom, I did fit perfectly in my chest. One more stich is needed."

Lisa, the stylish stylist, came and checked it.

She said, "Yes, I will fix it for the wedding day."

"Don't worry."

Evelyn said, "Thanks, everything looks fine other than that."

Jane said, "Now I will go and try the bride's maid dress."

Maria nodded her head.

Evelyn came and stood before Maria.

Maria felt very happy. She said, "Evelyn, I still cannot believe that you are getting married."

"I still remember you as a month's baby in my hands."

"I days roll so fast. I don't remember how 20 years have passed."

Maria felt so emotional. Of course, it is an emotional moment for every mother.

Every mother wants to see her daughter or son getting married. Seeing them in their wedding dress is always a special moment.

Maria kissed her on the forehead and said, "Evelyn, I wish you all happiness in your life."

"I wish you a happy life with the best husband and healthy children."

Evelyn smiled and said, "Mom, I love you."

"Now, I will go and change the dress."

Maria said, "Do you need my help?"

Evelyn said, "No mom. I am fine. If I can not do it, I will call you."

Evelyn said this and left from there.

She carried the hem of the dress in her hands and went to the trail room.

She opened the door and was shocked at once.

She saw the same man who she hit with a bottle in the pub.

She got so scared.

She immediately turned around to leave.

The man hurriedly caught her hand and pulled her into the trial room.

He bolted it and stood behind the door.

Evelyn was in shock. She prayed to god that she should never see him again in her life.

She never wanted to see him in her life.

That incident felt like an unforgettable incident in her life. It is like a nightmare.

She was forgetting it slowly. Now again this man came in front of her.

Evelyn said, "You? How dare you come in front of me again?"

Move aside, I should go outside.

The man had no thought of moving from there. He leisurely leaned on the door, blocking her from opening the bolt.

Evelyn said, "On that day i was helpless. I could not stop you."

"But don't think you can again do it to me."

"Move aside. Otherwise, I will shout."

"There are so many people outside."

The man smirked and said, "You want to shout? Okay. Shout and call the people."

"Go ahead. I wont stop you."

Evelyn felt so surprised. This man is not even afraid a bit.

Isn't he scared that people will come and beat him to death?

She said, "Hey! don't think i wont do it."

"If i shout people will come and death you to death."

The man said, "Oh! shout. I will see who can beat me."

Eveylyn opened her mouth.

The man continued, "If you shout, i will tell the police that you tried to kill me on that dya."

Evelyn froze for a moment.

This man said it so fast that she felt she heard it wrong.

She said, "What?"

The man said, "You can escape me just like that after hitting me with a bottle."

"You hit me with a bottle and left it there in blood to die."

Evelyn raised her head and saw his forehead. There is a plaster on his right side of his forehead.

She thought this man would at least be in bed for a few days. But she came to her after four days.

He is quite strong.

The man continued, "I will complain to the police that you tried to kill me and put you behind bars."

"There is also evidence with me to prove that you are the one who hit me."

Evelyn was shocked. 

This dialogue is supposed to be hers. He abused her. He behaved wrongly towards her.

Should it be her who is supposed to complain to the police?

He should be the one behind the bars?

Evelyn said, "You? You still dare to complain to the police after whatever you have done?"

"It is you who abused me. It is you touched me approriately. It is you who kissed me without my consent."

"You should be the one behind the bars and it is my mistake to be silent."

"Wait. i will show you what I can do."

Evelyn thought the man would be scared. But he laughed loudly.

he said, "Oh! You are retaliating?"

"Let me tell you one thing."

"I will tell the police that you are my girlfriend. I said i kissed you with your consent."

"In the CCTV footage we can see clearly that you did not push me or retaliate when I kissed you on the lips."

"You enjoyed it too, right?"

"You think the police will believe you after seeing that?"

"Or will they believe you hit me with a bottle?'

Evelyn did not know what to do?

She understood she could win him.

She understood he was a very scheming man.

She felt so frustrated.

She shouted and said, "What the hell do you?"

The man smirked and said, "Marry me."
