Chapter 4: Ahhh... It's Sucking The Soul Out Of Me.

When Dracula turned towards the rolling door casually to welcome whoever entered the hotel, his eyes widened upon seeing the customer.

The one before him was not a typical monster; instead, it was a terrifying human.

Suddenly, a flashback occurred to how he and his family were attacked by a group of humans, nearly losing his wife.

If it weren't for the statue of Leo that fell on top of the humans who accidentally broke the concrete holding the statue in place, Dracula would have had a different fate.

He could still remember that sadistic expression on those humans.

Before anyone in the reception noticed, a human had transgressed inside the hotel.

"Fosh..."

Dracula moved from the place where he was previously standing and darted at high speed, pulling the human into the rolling door, which started to rotate fast.

"Who are you, and how did you find this place?"

Dracula demanded an answer from the human who had transgressed his territory, a serious expression on his face.

"Hi, I am Jonathan. I was just mountain climbing, and then I fell. I got to hear about this goofy forest."

"And who's not gonna go to that spooky forest, right? Then, I see these goofy-looking dudes on fire, and I follow them to this, like, amazing castle!"

Jonathan explained how he got to the castle.

Hearing the explanation, Dracula's eyes widened as he realized how the construction monster warned him that no one should follow them.

If they followed, they might have been able to avoid the traps they set.

Feeling the gravity of the situation, Dracula began to panic and asked if Jonathan was alone or if he had come here in groups.

Without thinking, Jonathan replied that he is alone and asked excitingly if a costume party was going on.

While he was looking around curiously, Dracula covered Jonathan with his cape, hurriedly taking him with a cape covering the outside.

Because of his lucky day, more monsters started to enter the hotel at the right time.

Dracula, cursing his luck, dragged Jonathan and moved towards the storage room while hiding the human and bypassing various monsters, getting feedback on hotel service.

Sigh...

After entering the storage room, Dracula had a sigh of relief.

After a few moments of silence,

"Woo... you guys are keeping cool things here."

Jonathan took a skull from the shelf and started to play with it playfully.

"Quiet, you fool! What kind of weapons are you keeping in your container? Pitchforks!"

Dracula slammed Jonathan on the wall and started checking his traveling bag.

Suddenly, he took underwear emitting a stinky smell.

"Ohhh... ohhhh... I can't breathe; it is killing me."

While speaking with Jonathan, Dracula accidentally took a sniff of the stink from the underwear.

He jumped aside in fear and sat in the corner of the room like a small kid in fear.

"What is this device? Are you trying to control my decision?"

Dracula took the mobile phone from Jonathan's hand and examined it with fear.

"Cool, man. Check this out."

Seeing Dracula panicking, Jonathan took his headphones and put them on Dracula, playing music.

"Ahhh... it's sucking the soul out of me."

Hearing the music, Dracula started to enjoy and screamed in fear that his soul was being sucked out of him.

"What? It's a good jam; don't be a grandpa!"

Seeing that Dracula was not enjoying his favorite music, Jonathan rolled his eyes.

While both continued bickering, suddenly Dracula's eyes widened when Jonathan mentioned a costume.

After 10 minutes...

Dracula dragged Jonathan from the storage room, disguising Jonathan as Frankenstein.

"Check it out; I am Frank Homis."

Looking at the monsters in the lobby, Jonathan exclaimed enthusiastically. He sternly believed that he was in a costume party.

Using this chance, Dracula dragged him towards the rolling door to exit the hotel, with a menacing smile on his face.

Suddenly, the cook of Hotel Transylvania blocked their path along with his accomplice mouse.

Dracula hid Jonathan behind him because he knew how terrifying the sense of his cook was.

It was third only to Dracula and the Werewolf.

But the mouse caught the smell of a human and complained to the cook that he found a human.

The cook didn't take him seriously.

While Dracula was speaking with the cook, Jonathan looked at a skeleton talking to another skeleton and walked toward it curiously.

"Look at that. It looks realistic. How does it work? It looks like I can put my hand through."

Jonathan playfully tried to insert his finger between the ribs of one of the skeletons.

'Let's see how the costume works. See, it went inside... inside... wait inside.'

"____"

Jonathan's eyes widened when his finger was inserted into the ribs.

Ahhh...

Slap...

The skeleton screamed like a woman slapped.

Jonathan moved away from him and covered both side ribs with his hand.

"How dare you touch my wife."

Another skeleton moved forward to his wife and roared angrily.

"You... you guys are real."

Jonathan took a few steps back while his mind went blank.

Boom...

He was blocked by something hairy.

"____"

Suddenly, something clicked in his mind, and he looked back.

He saw a huge white fluffy monster.

Jonathan could only see a big foot before him.

He slowly raised his head and looked at the size of the monster.

Ahhh...

Jonathan screamed with his tongue out.

He looked around while screaming out to his heart's content, looking at each monster.

When he started his scream, the skeleton band started to play the band.

Pak...

While running and screaming, he stepped on something very soft.

He looked down slowly; he saw he was stepping on a monster that looked exactly like a brain with two big eyes and short legs and hands.

When he lifted his leg, it was sticky with mucus.

Before the monster could make a move, he hit many monsters and caused a big scene in fear.

He saw many kinds of monsters such as giant flies, giant spiders, gargoyles, wolves, mummies, etc.

When Dracula noticed this, he hurried towards Jonathan at high speed to take him from there before he created even more scenes.

"Ahhh~ somebody saves me."

But Jonathan accidentally mounted a flying broom from one of the witches and flew here and there without control.

Darcy was helping Wanda, the werewolf wife of Wyene the werewolf, to descend the stairs slowly because she was pregnant.

"Honey, did your sister come from the outing she went to?"

Wanda asked Darcy with a motherly smile on her face.

"She came back early. You know how my father would overreact to things regarding humans... Oh... I forget she luckily met Leo Morningstar, the progenitor of monsters."

While explaining, Darcy's eyes widened in realization, and explained to Wanda enthusiastically.

Even though she didn't show it in front of Leo and behaved normally, she was also his fan.

Ahhh...

While discussing, they heard someone scream.

Boom... Thud...

Before they could react, Jonathan crashed with Darcy, and both fell on the floor.

The...

Oweee...

Both Jonathan and Darcy got up from slight dizziness from the crash.

Zing...

Both of them looked at each other and became mesmerized, and a purple zing passed through both of their eyes with a single sparkle after it.

Swoosh...

Suddenly, Dracula came in between them while covering Jonathan from Darcy's view.

"Baby, are you all right?"

With a nervous smile, Dracula asked his daughter.

"I am fine..."

"Owww... my head hurts."

Before she could reply, they heard another voice behind Dracula.

"Who is this?"

Darcy pointed behind Dracula and asked.

"Oh... that's... that is nobody."

Dracula tried to lie, not looking at his daughter's eye.

"Seriously, Dad."

"What! Dad?"

Hearing the beauty he crashed into calls Dracula's dad, Jonathan exclaimed in shock.

"Yeah, everyone who heard it freaks out at first."

Seeing the reaction of Jonathan, Darcy rolled her eyes with a little annoyance.

"DRACULA!!!"

"Okay, we got a go."

Seeing this exciting Dracula ends the conversation with his daughter and drags Jonathan while covering him.

Darcy looked at her father's weird behavior with interest.
