A worried husband

"As you might have guessed, Kana was talking about the mint tea and ginger water she received these past few years " Damian said to Lily. They were gathering in Damian's work room right now, while Kana was playing with the maids in the garden.
"Madam also understands Russian, Madam also remains silent and doesn't ask about Lilia. Wasn't Madam too calm, Master?" Raven said, remembering Kana's attitude all this time.
"Kana is indeed too silent and her nature is not predictable at all. " Lily said who agrees with Raven.
"Just let her do whatever he wants other than leave me" Damian cut in.
"You're crazy," said Lily. Damian looked at her with a raised eyebrow, "Isn't that my character? It seems you forgot my nature because it's been a long time since you washed your hands from this world" Damian replied.
"What can make you sane?" Lily asked scornfully.
"Kana" answered the two men at the same time, Damian and Raven.
Lily chuckled, "I guess that's a fact that everyone knows, isn't it, my son-in-law. " she teased. Damian who heard that reflexively broke the pen he was using to sign the files.
"Don't startle me with that name " Damian hissed at Lily who seemed unconcerned.
"It seems that you have returned the traitor to the real master, have you?" Lily asked.
"Sure, I'll just return the head and I ask the real master to come and pick up his body to our headquarters " Damian replied casually.
" Stupid! Our base isn't far from here, what if when they attack and Kana see that?" Lily snorted at Damian's decision.
"I've assigned a handyman to raise the fence around the mansion, considering the shooting incident that might happen again," said the man as he continued to sign his work files.
"Haven't you been working at home too long, Master? I think the company also has to be taken care of," Raven chirped reminiscent of the work Damian had neglected.
"There's Gavin who helps me take care of the company," Damian mentioned Raven's brother's name made him silent, he knew how competent his older brother was in managing the company. Damian always knew how to turn off the conversation he was talking to.
Knock, knock,
There was a knock on Damian's work room, Tyron appeared.
" Excuse me Master. Madam is looking for Lily now."
"Kana not looking me?" Damian asked Tyron,
"No Master, madam just said she was looking for Lily." Tyron replied.
Damian looks annoyed, why was his wife looking for Lily instead of him anyway?

Lily quickly descended the stairs and walked towards the mansion's garden to meet Kana.
"Mom, can you hug me for a moment?" Kana asked when she saw Lily walking towards the swing where she was sitting.
The middle-aged woman sat down beside Kana, pulled that beautiful girl into her arms and occasionally patted Kana's back gently.
"Something happened, Kana?" Lily asked when realized something was wrong.
"Just a little dizzy, Mom." Kana answered weakly.
"What have you been playing? Is it because the weather is too hot?" Lily glanced at the scorching sun that shone on the garden area outside the shelter of this swing roof.
"I'm not playing anything Mom, just sitting and suddenly dizzy," Kana leaned her whole body on Lily,
"Want some medicine? Let's go in, honey," said Lily, starting to worry.
" Maybe later Mom, I want to hug you first"
"Am i your medicine?" Lily asked with a small laugh and stroked Kana's hair.
"Yes, you are my medicine Mom," replied Kana who hugged Lily tighter.
"Let's go in now, the weather is getting hotter. Let's go inside and take some medicine, okay?" Lily asked again. Finally Kana nodded, took Lily's hand and walked in.
But before a few steps, the girl's body collapsed. Her tiny body almost fell onto the grass but Lily's hand quickly caught it.
"Help me carry Madam!" Lily asked a few maids behind her.
They carried Kana's body to their new room on the 3rd floor while waiting for the main room to be repaired, Lily had ordered the guards to inform Damian about Kana who had fainted.
Damian came with hasty steps, "How can Kana faint? Have you called the doctor? Is there any wound because she fell?" that man asked a series of questions.
"Madam told me earlier that she was a little dizzy, when we walked in to take her medicine she suddenly fell but I caught her before hitting the ground in the garden. Doctor Sebastian is on his way here, there's no one wounds," Lily explained in detail.
"Maybe Madam fainted because of her Anemia," said Raven who had just followed his master.

"Your wife fainted again? Look, it's not even been a month since she's first faint. How do you guys take care of her anyway?" a middle-aged man in a doctor's coat nagging.
"Check Kana first before you continue your rambling, Old Man!" Damian urged impatiently.
Sebastian checked Kana and sighed, "Anemia again. Is she not taking her medicine and vitamins? "
"Kana drank it but always ended up throwing up, of course I couldn't force it all the time. But there are times when it doesn't spit out either," Damian grumbled. That man recalled how Kana suffered when he insisted on taking medicine and was always vomiting because she couldn't swallow it.
"Does menstruation also affect to anemia?" asked Raven suddenly.
"If the blood that is issued is a lot, of course it has an effect," Sebastian replied.
"So, this time the cause of her fainting was the same. You take it easy, if she keeps taking her vitamins she will be okay. From now on, I will come every two weeks to give vitamin," Sebastian decided.
"You don't have to look at her with such a sad face, if you don't want your wife to have her period then just get her pregnant," Sebastian suggested when he saw Damian's worried look who kept holding Kana's hand.
"Go home because your job is done, Old Man!" Damian ordered.
Sebastian snorted harshly, "You always chase away an old man like me without feeling, you brat."
"Thank you for coming and checking on my wife," Damian said to Sebastian which made the man who was still quite dashing at his old age shocked.
"Really, you? Say thanks?" teased Sebastian with an amused and disbelieving expression.
"Yeah, go while I'm still in good mood. I'm not in the mood for respond your teasing." Damian turned and focused on his wife.
Lily and the others took Sebastian out of the room because it seemed Damian wanted to be left alone with Kana. When Lily and Raven escorted Sebastian to the door,
"His change is because of that girl right?" asked the Doctor suddenly.
"That's right, he even thanked the chef and the waiter yesterday," said Lily.
Sebastian chuckled, "Gerald should meet this one grand daughter-in-law, so he knows how amazing that little girl is."
Lily and Raven froze when they heard the name Gerald, Damian's grandfather.
"Don't mention that name here, especially in front of Master," whispered Raven.
The old doctor nodded understandingly and said goodbye, leaving the luxurious mansion with a curious mind on Kana's figure.

The girl with the thick black hair opened her eyes slowly, adjusting to the incoming light.
"Honey, are you okay? Anyone sick? You fell unconscious earlier because of anemia," Damian's series of questions made Kana quickly come to her senses.
"I'm fine, nothing hurts," Kana answered slowly.
Damian fetched water for Kana to drink, "I'm really afraid something will happen to you," Damian whispered.
"Sorry I made you worry, Dami..." Kana's soft hand touched Damian's cheek, that man closed his eyes to enjoy the comfort his wife gave him.
"You should have told me immediately if you got dizzy, not just Lily. I'm your husband, Kana." Damian said when he remembered Kana who rarely complained to him, more often to Lily.
"You're busy, I don't want to bother you just because of a small complaint from me." Kana replied looking down. The girl knew how busy Damian was but the man still made time for her.
"I can give all the time I have for you, honey. Why don't you actually let me take care of you? Why are we still at such a distance? Please, let me take care of you and tell me the slightest thing you feel, honey." Damian pleaded who dropped his body to hug his wife.
"How can you survive alone with this small body? I'll protect you, Honey." Damian muttered making Kana glared when hear the word 'small' from her husband's mouth.
"I'm not that small, Damian!" Kana protested.
"You are small and fragile, honey," Damian replied not wanting to lose.
"I'm not small and fragile, don't deny it anymore. Let's go downstairs for an afternoon snack," Kana interrupted so that her husband would no longer argue with her and say she was small.
" Well. I'll carry you, okay?" Damian offered, which of course Kana answered with a shake of head.
"No need, I'm fine, Damian. Calm down!" Kana exclaimed who was getting annoyed with her husband's overreacting. Quickly his short legs stepped out of the room and down the stairs, followed by Damian behind her.
"Honey, what if you get dizzy while walking on the stairs and then you fall? Your cute bones are bound to break."
"Yes, let it be broken!" replied Kana nonchalantly.
"No, then let me carry you, honey," Damian offered again.
"Stop worrying unnecessarily, Damian. Or am I going to roll down these stairs myself and let all my cute bones break?" threatened Kana, which seemed to have managed to silence that Mafia leader.
Some maids who witnessed that silently giggled, their master who turned into a chatterbox was immediately silent only because his wife's threatened. It's an interesting sight.

They sat relaxed in the living room of the luxurious mansion accompanied by many servants, some of them were even busy adjusting the temperature of the air conditioner to cool the room. Kana fed cookies and cakes into her mouth, making her husband feel she very adorable.
"Honey, what if I feed you?" Damian offered.
Kana rolled her eyes in annoyance, 'here we go again' she thought.
"Thank you, Damian. But my hands are fine, so I can eat with my own hands," Kana said with a forced smile.
"Don't worry, my cute bones won't break just by lifting these mini cookies," Kana continued by pressing the word 'cute bones' like Damian said earlier.
Lily glanced at the husband and wife in front of her with wonder , what else are they going to do?
"Honey, I didn't mean to make fun of you by mentioning cute bones!" Damian protested, that man realized that his wife was annoyed with his words.
Kana snorted, her mood was really bad because her stomach was still a little sore during her period.
"Are you mad, honey?" asked Damian, he saw Kana who didn't answer and only focused on Korean dramas on his ipad.
"Forgive me," Damian said slowly. Kana turned, "What's your fault, Damian?"
"For calling your bones cute, baby. "
Kana nodded, "I'm not that weak, gosh!" she squeaked annoyed.
