But the loss of the tail was merely a minor setback. What was truly terrifying about the Core of the Tribulation were the thousands of eyes embedded in its snake-like body, each eye gleaming like a gemstone, eerily surveying the surroundings.
Even Jiang Chengxuan and Immortal Fuguang, seasoned as they were, felt a chill down their spines upon seeing this monstrous entity for the first time.
