He was the eldest of all three brothers and the only one who was engaged despite the current situation of the Chan family. He was kept in a separate space from his brothers, as requested by himself.
When he looked up and locked eyes with the youngster who had beaten the crap out of him, he grimaced.
"I specifically asked to see you alone, I have no intention of furthering including outsiders in our family affairs." He said then spat at Wang Tengfei's feet.
Mei Deng pinched his temples, 'Aish! If only he knew the implication of his actions. What a fool.' the young doctor thought, already seeing an unfortunate end for him.
"Listen here, if you don't want to deal with me and my..." he took a pause then looked critically at the general. He certainly didn't want to use the term husband, that would just derail them from their conversation.
He shook his head then cleared his throat, "He's my partner, so if you can't speak in front of him, forget it."
