Billie Elish- when the party is over

Sophia's POV

"Its crazy Sophia" Ava whispered as we laid down on the soft grass, gazing at the sky.

"Yeah, very crazy" I closed my eyes felt the soft breeze on my skin

"First Ceva, later Mrs Hailey, now a stupid paedophile sending a crazy letter, confusing and stressing our brains out then we found out its a threatening note, hitting on Maxwell and you, which I don't understand why......" I rolled unto Ava's body, playing with the hem of her hair then she caressed my skin "......and I can't see why this person tend to hurt us after we thought we have caught that goofy-ass bitch, Belowix, who will spend the rest of his big ass live in jail" she rolled her eyes and I giggled a little, enjoying her tenderness in my skin.

"Do you think he was the one that sent the code, that bastard" I hissed rolling my eyes

"I don't think so because I told my dad to let them make sure they are looking closely at him in jail so he won't have any access or trace to get out of the police station" Ava caressed my skin softly making me feeling sleepy

Then I yawned a little

"You bitch" she smacked my arm and I yelped

"What, I was sleeping already" I rolled my eyes and sat on the grass, Ava sitting with me, crisscrossing her legs

"So I was blabbering right" she rolled her eyes

"Uh, you were........"

"Bills on you the next time we are going shopping," Ava declared

"Okay, okay" I rolled my eyes

"So where was I, yes, so that Belowix of a man is very dull and........"

My eyes widened as I looked at Ava

"What.......or have you figured out something " Ava murmured staring at me

"Ava" I gasped touching my lips "a paedophile can't write this because they stalk the people they want to get, they don't have time to be writing all these stuff because their urge to get people is very very terrible" Ava silently looked at me

"And if it isn't an adult, then they can be those youths"

"Or those college students that collect bribes from those men who tend to get some people" Ava shrugged

"I don't think so because we are in total lockdown" I sighed, "Oh my goodness," I buried my face in my arms

"Sophia, this person is obsessed with you"

"Yes," I said in a muffled sound "and the person is finding every possible way to get me, kill Maxwell" I rose my head

"We must do something Sophia" Ava panicked

"Calm down Ava," I sigh, "this guy is very smart, he reads a lot, and he loves teasing his victims, he might not call us but he is monitoring us"

Ava rubs her palm, looking at me with worried eyes

"What are we going to do now" Ava murmured

"We have to watch our steps Ava and the first thing we are going to do is to leave this garden, right now" I whispered, pulling Ava up with me, and walking away from the garden.

"You can't ask me that question" Miranda blushed as I step into the room, with Ava teasing her with Maxwell later that night after our talk and ideas

After a lot of arguments and fights, Ava and Miranda finally settled thanks to the boys, but I won't miss that hint of betrayal and evil glare in Ava's eyes; if looks could kill

"I was bored so I concluded that all of us should play t or d instead of lurking around the house, gossiping away, acting bitchy and doing some other crazy stuff," Ava explained softly but with a hint of taunt

"Okay okay I'm in but I get to have ten free passes and......." I pointed at Henry "........no arguing, I'm too lazy to talk back" I collapsed on the single couch, chatting with my pals online

"Five passes for me" Maxwell plainly said

"That's great........." William smirked, typing on his laptop, "........the newest breakup couple in town just stole free enacts, that's bad"

I chuckled "whatever William" I glanced at Maxwell who is giving William a lazy glare, then I faced William "how many hours will you use in that laptop..... Computer freak"

"I can sleep on it" William smiled still typing away

William is a programmer, the best in college, with the highest GPA in computer science and many students, try to compete with him but I don't think that will happen anytime soon

"Passes have expired until further notice so let's get with this fam" Ava declares making everyone groan, "stop groaning and put your asses in the floor"

After everyone has arranged themselves, Ava sitting next to Maxwell, Miranda sitting next to William, then I am next to Henry

"Let's gooooooo" Ava dragged spinning the bottle

The bottle continued spinning and spinning until it slowed down and came to halt and the head pointed at Ava, then the tail pointed at William

"Damn, I wished it was me cuz I've detailed all the question and dares I'll tell him" Maxwell rolled his eyes making everyone laugh

"Ouuuuu lucky me, truth or dare William?" Ava asked, smiling widely

"Truth"

"Ohhhhh why don't you use dare" Ava pouted

"Because if I say dare you will tell me to keep my laptop for weeks which I'm not letting in," William said softly, chuckling afterwards

"Whatever now your question....."

"I thought you have already asked me" He playfully rolled his eyes

"No dumbass it was a rhetorical question so I didn't expect you to answer" Ava rolled her eyes "so after Kayla who's next"

"Sophia" he casually said

I spit my orange juice "huh, what happened to me" Curiosity killed me like a fire burning paper "talk you piece of a sandwich"

"Hahaha chill Sophie, I mean if I have a chance of dating you then I will but since your breakup is still........ Fresh with Maxwell then I hold my peace flower until you have fully recovered then it's fine" William smiled softly at me

I was speechless, I didn't know what to say but since its a game then okay cuz I don't want to pour my anger on him, not yet

"Okayyyyy, I'm spinning the bottle," I announced spinning the bottle" I spin the bottle, it rolled and rolled until it came to halt

The head was on Miranda and the tail on Maxwell

Just great

"Maxwell, my rules" Miranda stated, smirking at Maxwell

"Oh boy" Ava muttered "things about to go wrong"

"Well, rule 1, I get to ask you two questions if you either use truth or dare"

"That's no problem Miranda" Maxwell gave a lazy look

"And rule 2, no using passes"

"What?"

"My rules can't change"

"Ugh," Maxwell rolled his eyes "go on"

"Truth or dare Maxwell"

"Truth"

"Do you like me because I badly want you Maxwell" Miranda shamelessly asked which made us laugh

"Nope," he said popping the p "just a sister who should watch what comes out of her mouth"

Miranda blushed in embarrassment, then rolled her eyes "I'll get you someday Maxwell, ..........my next question, wha......."

"Just let it be dare" Maxwell cracked his knuckles, staring at Miranda

"Oh wow" she grinned and looked at me then looked back at Maxwell

"Sophia, I don't know what Miri wants to say because of the way she is looking at you then at Maxwell," Henry mumbled, looking at me

I looked at him and gave him a warm smile

"I dare you to tell Sophia in her face how you feel about her immediately and what you regret the most" Miranda smirked then winked at me and eyed me without anyone realizing

Maxwell stared at Miranda blankly then she smiled at him before he turned to me blankly and said those words that I don't want to hear again

"Sophia, I like you as a friend and a sister but I never loved you, what I had with you was just infatuation and even I just wanted to play with your heart a little, but you fell so deep, I hated the fact that you were trapped because I hate people like you that fall so deeply but I just endured because you are like a sister to me............ Miranda, happy now" he smirked

"More than satisfied" Miranda snickered

Everyone was silent, no pin drop was made

"I think this party is over" Ava suggested, breaking the silence

My eyes were threatening to spill tears but he was right, I feel so deeply for him without realising what kind of guy Maxwell is, I couldn't say anything because if I do I'll not only hurt people around me but I'll hurt myself too, so without any word I stood up and ran to my room, I could hear Ava catching up on me but I ran faster, got into my room, locked it, switched off the lights, lay on my bed and sobbed, the last thing I heard was Ava, yelling my name, and banging my room door before everywhere around me went black.
