Kingston High-Lee vs Jake

TWO YEARS AGO…

Lee: So, Dad, why the legs?

Lee's Father: What was that?

Lee: Why did you choose to focus on fighting with mainly your legs?

Lee's Father: Well, Lee, our legs are our foundations: They hold all of our weight…

He kicks a punching bag.

Lee's Father: If they hold all of our weight, they're innately strong. Now, if we add some force to it…

He kicks the punching bag again, breaking it out of the chains and 30 feet back to the wall.

Lee's Father: We get an unstoppable weapon.

PRESENT…

Jake lands a perfect right hook on Lee's face. Lee responds with a perfect Brazilian kick on Jake's neck with his left leg. Lee jumps off his right foot, twists his body, and performs a flying kick, pushing Jake back a bit. Jake retaliates with an aggressive right uppercut, then a powerful body shot to the gut, with his left fist.

Lee's friends, Mary, and Scorpion look from afar, observing the entire battle. Davis is exhausted from his bout but his eyes are wide open, impressed by Lee's fighting prowess. Mary has a look of worry on her face. Scorpion thinks back to his meeting with Lee at the gym, seeing him kick the punching bag.

Scorpion: (He's on another level than us…)

Lee goes in for a Hook Kick that gets parried by Jake's Right hand, throwing Lee off balance. Jake uses this moment to push forward, going in for a knockout with a fast yet powerful left hook to Lee's head. Lee's lightning-fast reflexes moved his arm up for a block.

Lee: Woah, almost had me there. Haha.

Jake: You're right. I haven't had such a fun fight in so long. That doesn't mean the outcome won't be any different.

Jake sends a mean right cross. Lee parries it with his left leg, kicking his arm up high, and with his leg already up he sends it down, performing an Axe kick on Jake's right shoulder. Jake pauses for a quick second and grunts with pain.

Jake: (Fuck, whatever he just did just really fucked up my arm.) 

Lee bends his knees down, sweeping Jake's legs. Jake falls to the ground, allowing Lee to perform another Axe kick, to which Jake blocks. Jake gains ground and sends a powerful right hook, pushing through the pain. Lee parries the hook with his left leg, and using the momentum of the kick he rotates his body, jumping with his right and landing with his left. Lee brought his right knee close to his chest and then sprung it out, landing a powerful yet fast Hook Kick to Jake's gut. Jake's body is sent 15 feet away from him, his eyes blank. 

Lee regrouped with his friends. He hadn't noticed before but Jacob had been knocked out. Davis pointed to the unconscious Richard then smiled. Lee smiled at Davis. Then he looked at Scorpion, who was helping Davis stand up.

Lee: Thanks.

Scorpion: No problem. They got what they had coming for them.

The group hadn't noticed but the entire school had witnessed their showdown. Students all around took videos of Ringstone High's most feared taken down. It was safe to say, Kingston High had made a great impression today and had reached the eyes and ears of The Fray
