P.S= #64: Traitor

"Wait, you guys are going after Goujirou too?" asked Misaki, her eyes widening in surprise.

"Yes," replied Yamato, his face set in determination.

"But why are you going after him?" asked Cory, his voice laced with curiosity.

"Aren't you guys on the same team? In fact, aren't you an Elder? So why would you want to join our crew?" questioned Naima, her eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"So many questions, I can only answer one of them. So, pick, Miss Naima Summer," Said Misaki.

"Your pissing me off," Naima retorted, taking a step towards her.

Elliott quickly grabbed her hand, "Relax, she's one of us now," he said, trying to diffuse the situation.

Naima looked at Elliott from head to toe, and kissed her teeth in annoyance. "Fine, okay. Can you please tell us why are you after Goujirou?"

"Oh, so you choose the first one. Good choice. It's because he's been ruining the Elders' name. Not only that, he's ruining our system. Come on, he's turning kids into EHA, and that's wrong. I get it that we Elders might be wrong and take things too far, but turning innocent kids into monsters is unforgivable," explained Misaki.

"Right. You're talking like not all of you guys are mad. Ichika tried to kill us for no reason whatsoever," Said Naima.

"But he cried every time he was going to do something bad," interjected Cory, his eyes shining with innocence.

"Huh. Cory, stop being naive. Not everyone is good, including her. She's betraying her own people for what? Just to take down one of her own? If you ask me, we shouldn't trust her, and I will never trust her. She's up to something," said Naima, her eyes narrowed suspiciously.

"You want to know why I'm going after Goujirou?" asked Misaki, her voice deadly calm.

"Yes," replied Naima, her eyes fixed on Misaki.

"You really want to know?" Misaki's voice held a hint of menace.

"Yes, damn it!" Naima yelled, losing her patience.

"I'm not the one who's going after Goujirou," said Misaki, her voice low and ominous.

"Huh?" Naima's face contorted in confusion.

"I'm going after one of his partners," Misaki continued, her eyes gleaming with a fierce intensity. "Noriko EST Hydraiel, The Paragon of Justice. She's the one who killed my parents and wiped out my village. She took orders from Goujirou. Even though I'm not the Elder assigned to take him down, I will help you take him down before that Elder does. But only if you leave Noriko to me."

"You got yourself a deal," said Cory, nodding in agreement.

"I still don't trust you. Why not team up with that Elder and go after her? Aren't you guys supposed to be strong? I'm going to the war train and do some check-up on Gwenyth and Destiny before the war train leaves," said Naima, her eyes narrowed in suspicion.

"I'm not your enemy, Naima. I'm your friend," said Misaki, her voice softening.

"Yea, your Cory's friend, not mine," retorted Naima as she stormed out of the house Gwenyth and Destiny following behind couple minutes pass.

"Let's go." Said Cory.

"Where?" Asked Kiyomizu.

"To the war train Mr Yuki I think you would love it." Said Cory.
