I have heard of rumours about me ,usually from the eldest maids in this place, and they say that I was never to be a child of a king but I never knew why, I always asked my mother about it but she would always tell me that it was nothing to worry about and that it was not true but I still had second thoughts.

I looked nothing like my father or even my brothers who had beautiful chocolate brown eyes and dark hair while I had thick golden brown hair and pale purple eyes .

Apart from looking different , I was also treated differently compared to my brothers but of course I was to be treated deferently , I was a girl and women had no say , it was all up to the men ,even our lives were up to men.

And since I was born with out a voice that could be heard my life was hell

like literally my brothers never seemed to like me or even care

All they thought about was the thrown just like our father, but since I was turning twenty I was to start my life alway from this hell of a place and get married to some stranger ,I didn't know which I didn't like , living in this asshole palace where I was treated like I didn't exist or getting married to a man I didn't know or I didn't think I would like.

I had never wanted to get married but it wasn't a choice I was to make , as a princess I was to marry a prince from Sonorous in few days since my father offered me to the King's son as to form an alliance with the king of Sonorous .

So today is the day , us I awake for my slumber my eyes scan the room when my eyes meet two figures who I can't clearly see since my eyes are blurry but quickly clear and it was just Sherlin and Ariel my personal maids and only friends who actually cared about me.

"Did u have a good night sleep?" asked Ariel.

Yes ,I replied with a simple smile pulling on my face .

We have prepared a warm bath for you .

" Do you need help" Sherlin asked.

No, I will do fine as I walked towards the bathroom and closed the door behind me,I slowly slid the rob off my shoulders and left it to slowly fall to the ground as I stepped into the warm bath and settled my body and left my thoughts drive me in the silence .

Suddenly a knock at the bathroom door snapped me back from my thoughts

"My lady you are going to de late" Sherlin said with a playful soft voice ,I was so lost in my thoughts that it seemed time had froze .

I quickly got a towel to dry myself and then slid the door open finding the two ladies well prepared to dress me,

they dressed me in a beautiful long white dress and beautiful jewellery.

Then Ariel worked on my hair making me look more beautiful as I was still admiring my beauty when I heard a knock on the door and Sherlin went to open the door , I didn't quite hear much when I heard the door close

and a soft calm voice with some worry said it's time your highness

I stood up and slowly walked to the door as Sherlin and Ariel looked at me with unsure glares.

"Well aren't u coming" ,I said

Yes,your highness with shocked expressions as they replied.

We walked through the hall as the two ladies comforted me and we soon arrived at the party room where the wedding is being held.
