Chapter 66: This is a Retribution

Lian Xinying watched as Yan Ye turned away, aware that the question she had asked was somewhat awkward.

Looking down at the wound in her palm, she didn't know how many days it would take to heal.

A moment later, the door opened, but it wasn't Yan Ye who came in.

"Miss, Mr. Yan has sent me to take care of you," the servant said politely after entering, "I heard you needed to change..."

"Ah! No need! I'll do it myself!" Lian Xinying, mortified, kept retreating toward the bathroom.

Without her consent, he just sent a servant to take care of her.
