"Why must you hurt me?"he said in a melancholy tone as she scoff. "Why pretend to be hurt when you caused all this by yourself.... Let me go this instance" she said trying again to get out of the restraints around her. She doesn't want to stay another minute with him or else all the walls she had built up will come down crashing.
"Alicia, have you forgotten all the memories we made together?. Have you forgotten us?"he held her chin again facing her towards him.
"Read. my. lips. We're. over. I. Hate. You"she said the words slowly,he was angry. He couldn't contain his anger. Did she think she can play him like that?. After getting what she wants, she would leave him just like that.
"If i can't have your heart,then i'll have your body instead"he threw away her chin in again, she clenched her teeth in anger"I would rather die than let a scumbag touch me"the man felt enraged. He doesn't want to hurt her but he couldn't help it. She's driving him crazy.
Hence, to avoid any unrational action,he glanced at her one last time before leaving her alone, shutting the door, as he walked out, all the barrier she had been holding broke as she cried her eyes out.

They both loved each other but what he did couldn't be erased in her mind, no matter how hard she tried to forget it, thinking about him makes all the memories resurface.
Yes, she still loves him but that same heart had grown to hate him. No matter, when she's out of her, she would immediately get engaged to Lucas Wyatt leaving her past behind and maybe start afresh with him.

Elizabeth was up and ready for work when she noticed a car parked at her house,it was really eye catching that made all the passerby stop and take a look at the person there.
It was as if the person knew she was watching,he looked up as her heart thumped loudly in her heart.
What is he doing here?.
She sped up in dressing and rushed downstairs,when she saw him, she unconsciously slowed down her pace.
She walked towards him and said"Mr boss, what are you doing here?".
"I came to pick you up"she was about to retort when a neighbor of hers came over.
"Lizzie, have you found yourself a boyfriend"Elizabeth glanced at Alexander but he wasn't a bit affected by the remark,he only smiled waiting to see what she'd say. She heaved a breath of relief before clearing the misunderstanding"You clearly misunderstood it. He's my boss and nothing else"she said but the woman still misunderstood her.
"Aiya,you don't need to be shy. Well,i understand since he's your first boyfriend. Have fun you lovebirds"she smiled at them before walking away.
Girl (1) "Isn't that Ceo Alexander?"
Girl (2) "Oh wow, he's so dashing seeing him up close. So dreaming".

Girl (1) "Then why is that girl standing close to him". The girl stared heading towards Alexander.
"Ceo Alex. Am Diane,i have a huge crush on you since i was little. Would you mind giving me your number"Diane said with desperate eyes but Alexander glanced at her once.
"Scram"he said and his voice had so much weight on the girl, she couldn't believe her hearing. Did he just say Scram.

"Don't make me repeat myself"Diane eyes got teary in a matter of seconds. Elizabeth looked at her from head to toe,this girl would probably still be in highschool, she had this kind of immature face and aura that held arrogance and a little bit of cheerfulness.
Elizabeth saw the girl biting her lips, she wanted to tell her boss to take it easy on her but he looked at her{Elizabeth}"Get in"she wanted to talk back but seeing his gaze, she kept quiet and entered like an obedient child.
He glanced at the highschool student"You're still young, focus on your studies"with that,he entered without looking at her again. The girl immediately burst into tears as the car drove off. Her friend came over"Diane, what's wrong?. What did he say?"She couldn't speak. All the words got choked up in her throat.
"Let's go or we'll be late"She cleared her eyes and walked with her friend not before glaring at the car.
