Chapter 64

"I think you should give them a chance."

Daphne finally breaks the silence and speaks.

"I also agree with this."

Hermione said agreeing with Daphne.

"I think you should spend some with them to know them better and also you don't have to tell them about everything until you are sure about it."

Tracey is the one who does not trust anyone easily, it is still a shock for him that she trusted him easily which he thought was probably because of the contract.

Even after hearing about them from Harry to how he feels when he hears them, she still has suspicions of them. She can't trust someone so close to the death eater to be not the worship of the Voldemort.

"I will not tell them everything, the only thing that knows that is I am also the Heir of Gaunt and they are contracted to me by that."

"Don't tell them about anything more until you think it is necessary or needed for them to know. Even if you trust them, we can't trust the person they live with."

After they discussed what to do with the contract, Susan suggested postponing it for some time until he knows more about them which he also thinks is the right choice. Astoria suggests that he meet up with them after his classes are over for some time and he likes that idea.

When they are finished with these things, they start to do their homework and it takes their whole time until they have to go to the Great Hall for dinner.

At night when he is in his room, an owl comes flying from the window to him. He picks up the letter from the owl and pets him.

"Thank you for the letter."

The owl then went towards where Hedwig was. The owl's name is Skipper and it belongs to Sirius as he bought it so that he can send him a letter whenever he wants to talk with him.

When he opened the letter, he saw that it was not from Sirius but from Aunt Andi. They wanted to meet with him to discuss some documents they found in the Black Manor as soon as possible and they also got some information about the Carrow family.

He writes the reply immediately agreeing to meet with them in a few days if it is not urgent as there is a Christmas break, and he doesn't miss more classes when there is already a holiday in a few days. He also asks her if she can send information about the Carrow family through the owl.

When he finishes writing the letter and gives that to Skipper.

"Take this letter to Andromeda Tonks."

After sending the letter he drifts to sleep.

_________(Next Morning)_________

In the morning when he was having breakfast in the Great Hall, he saw Skipper dropping his letter in front of him. The letter is from Aunt Andi so he doesn't want to read the letter in the Great Hall as he doesn't want anyone to know what is in the letter so he decides to read the letter when he is alone or in the Room of Requirement with others who he can trust.

"Harry, did Sirius send you the letter?"

Hermione who is sitting beside him asks in a low voice.

"No, it is from Aunt Andi."

When Harry said that he looked toward the teacher's table and he was right. Dumbledore is looking at him, and he knows for sure that he is going to find a way to learn about what is in the letter.

He saw Dumbledore call Professor McGonagall and tell her something, he didn't know what he told her, but she didn't have a pleasant expression on her face.

She suddenly started to walk towards him, and when she was close to him she told him that Dumbledore wanted to see him.

"Mr. Potter, Headmaster Dumbledore wants to meet you in his office after you had your breakfast."

"Ok Professor I will be there but I want you to be present in the office."

He doesn't want to be in the same room alone with Dumbledore as it is not safe for him. Dumbledore is good at mind arts and even though his mind is powerful no, he can't fight against a powerful mind spell.

"And also Professor, I am only going to stay in the office if it is related to school."

Minerva nodded in accepting it. As the school professor, they should not pry into students' personal life until it is something that might endanger their life.

After that, Harry informs Hermione that he is going to the Headmaster's office, and after telling her, he goes to the Headmaster's office with Professor McGonagall.
