Ok I am ready for my first wish I would like to have ability to travel any world in any timeline without anyone noticing that I am a plane walker but for first world let's start with naruto.

For my second wish I want inner world in which only me, those loyal to me and people that I give permission to who have no ill will toward me or my world or my people can go. In this world I can get any material I want and able to interact with every type of energy without conflicting.

For my third wish I want an army that is loyal to me that are proficient in every type of weapons , martial arts, espionage, ability of raven darkholm (mystique) without its disadvantages so that nobody will be able to recognize them in their disguise except me and my army, ability to gain powers from the world I visit. They can share their exp, ability, info etc to me at any time i want. If my army dies I can revive them whenever or wherever I want.

For my fourth ability I want to able to clone myself that are loyal to me, can transmigrate or reincarnate with me as well as share experience and ability with me as well as each other and vice versa.

For my fifth ability I will be able to choose or generate identity for me or my clones as well as my army so that they can be my sleeper agent while not in need.

For my sixth wish I want

For second wish ok you will get a dimension starting at size of Japan since you are from there. Minerals and resources of the world you visit will be available in it. It will consist of a city, training area for you and your companion. It will also have every abundant amount of energy present in the world you visit.

For third wish I can give you army and their bases, equipment, wepons etc which consist of 247,154 active and 56000 of army support personal of different department with all the experience and proficiency of every type of weapons handling, martial arts, espionage, interrogation and other sector in which said personal is working for eg:- army doctor, engineer etc. Every one of your army personal can get the ability of perfect transformation which includes personality speech everything of a person you are transforming into except their ability. They can get the powers from every world you visit and can share anything anytime. You can only revive your army after you travel to another world so there will not be immortal army in any world but you can recruit more army from other world as soon as they swear allegiance to you they will be able loyal and get ability and experience from third wish after you go to another world, even if the said person is dead you will be able to revive them in another world.

For your fourth wish granted but for first world 5 clones are available, every new world you travel 5 more will be unlocked max clone will be 20. Information, experience, ability, power, race can be share in real time without negative effect. No one will be able to use your or your clones DNA or other material for their use like they did to hasirama senju.

For sixth wish since you wrote that and left blank then I will give you ability of status board in which you will see your ability, choose or generate your or your clones and army's identity, world you want to travel in etc and an inventory which has auto loot, organize, clean and instant minor repair function.

Since I gave you wishes more then you wrote for first world will be of my choice as for time line you may choose.
