Mrs. Farqueson

"No, that should go by the pool!", i shouted to one of the men who were passing by. Being the wonderful mom that i am, i was putting together a little surprise party for Emily. Atleast it wasn' t hard to get her out of the house. Thanks to Leon. Seems as if they' re enjoying themselves, judging from the pictures that i saw Emily post on Instagram. I doubt she knows i' m on this thing. I just joined it to watch what my children post. After all they' re my responsibility and social media is a very dangerous place. Although we' re rich i have to watch out for their future. Oh i see. Cody?. They' re so cute together. Cody will have a great influence on Emily. I smiled about to turn off my phone when Matthew stopped me. " Where are they?", he asked looking at the pictures. " They' re at La Ciel Bleu Luxury Villa Pool Saint", i said smiling. "At least she made up back with Cody, that Cabello guy is nuts",  Matthew mentioned. "What are you talking about Matthew. And who' s Cabello?. Isn' t that the new principal of your school?",i asked confused.  He folded his lips as if he wasn' t suppose to say anything.  I rose my eyebrows at him. " ummm, i' m gonna help Shelly organize some stuff. I should go", he said about to walk off when i stopped him. " Not so fast young man. I need you to tell me what is going on between that Cabello guy and Emily just this minute", i said folding my arms.  He stopped, looking at me.

Matthew' s P.O.V

"Emily won't talk to me about it, but she was with Cabello before we moved here and before he became the principal of our school. She has alot of secrets that she' s keeping from us mom. ", I said telling mom everything. She gasped dropping the gifts that were in her hands placing her hands over her mouth. " Mom, you can' t tell her that i told you this", i said taking up the gifts for her and resting them in the couch beside me. I brought mom to sit down. She looked at me still confused. " Are you sure that it's my Emily you' re talking about?", she asked. " Yes mom the same Emily Farqueson that you raised. I didn' t expect it from her either.", i said looking at mom. Mom shook her head. " Today' s her birthday. I think you should let it rest until tommorrow?", i asked looking at her. She nodded. " I know you just told me but, what was her side of the story because i do not want to make any assumptions.?", mom asked. " She refuses to tell me, maybe its because i slapped her across the face", i added. Mom looked at me in disbelief. " Matthew why would you do that?, is that why she' s avoiding you?. A girl should never have to get a slap across her face, unless its her parents not her siblings. You need to apologize Matthew. That wasn't right of you. And if you don' t apologize soon enough she' s gonna lose respect for you". Mom said.  I didn' t say anything. Maybe she was right. Dad walked in the same time looking at both of us. " Everthing ok?", he asked making his way over to us. " Not really honey, but today' s not the day to talk about it. It' s about Emily. It' s a topic that we' re gonna have to sit down as a family and have a valid conversation about it.", mom said getting up and looking at me. " Ok then. We' ll talk about it tommorrow then, but right now we have alot of things to do.  Shelly went to the airport to pick up Mr and Mrs. Richards.And i told our guests to come at 4 in the afternoon. ", dad said sounding organized. I excused myself thinking about what mom said to me.

" Sounds good honey", i said smiling at him." I informed Leon to act as if they' re gonna spend the entire day at the hotel. He couldn' t agree more.", i added. " Great", he said with a smile

Emily' s P.O.V



I was so enjoying myself. I got so many gifts from my friends. I really appreciated their generosity. We were now in one of the hotel rooms laughing, telling stories and giving jokes." I was not Leon.I' ve changed. I' m not a mean girl anymore.", i said laughing. " I don' t believe you darling. You were so mean at Sky high.", he said as if that was his final phrase. "I know she was mean Leon, but for real. Look at her now. She' s renewed.A whole new person", Cindy said holding my hand. " Thank you Cindy for seeing the change in me. See Leon, a whole new person", i said looking at him. He smiled. " ok, i' ll believe it when i see it",he said. I fanned him off laughing. " You are something else Leon", i said smiling. He returned back a smile. " Ok guys.....dance off time. Boys vs Girls!",  Clair shouted. We cheered. " No darling, to make it more romantic and fun, let' s do the couples", Pheby said pushing me and Cody out in the middle of the room. I met up into Cody' s chest. Whoa. Can' t do it.He looked down at me smiling. I blushed. " Girlll are you blushing?!", Khadeja asked. " No....i' m not.", i said moving away from Cody  a little bit. Too close brother. " Guysss what are you doing?. Cody and i are just friends, right Cody?",i asked looking at him and smiling. He didn't answer. He was looking at me in the same way he did in the boys changing room. Oh boy. He started taking small steps towards me but i moved away not believing he was gonna do this again. " Codyy?, stop please. Why do you always do this?", i asked meeting up into a wall. Oh boy. " Wheww, you go Cody one of the boys shouted. I looked at Amy trying to ask her to help me, but she winked. Ugh.In a few seconds Cody met up into my chest bracing me against the wall. I tried not to look him in the eye. He followed my gaze smiling. " Emily Farqueson, will you dance with me?.", he asked smiling. " I can' t dance", i whispered getting closer to his ears and smiling. He chuckled. " Follow my lead", he whispered softly in my ear.My body shivered when he did that. " Si", i said smiling. He offered his hand and i smiled taking it. He pulled me closer to him smiling. Khadeja turned on some nice up beat music. " Just enjoy and feel the music", he said planting his hands around my waist. I placed my hand s around his neck smiling. This guy. " I can' t believe i' m doing this", i said laughing now. He started off with some slow rocking and some twist and turns. It wasn' t bad after all.  

Then the music got so faster i couldn't keep up.



I laughed enjoying it and following Cody' s lead. Leon and the others cheered on. I'm so enjoying this. " You' re doing great Em", he said spinning me around a few times. " Where did you learn how to dance like this?", i asked him still laughing." My uncle actually",he said whispering in my ear. I closed my eyes enjoying the sound of his voice at my ear. I knew he saw me. I could do this all day. I rested my head on his shoulder as the music died down. " Nice", i commented. " we should do this regular, its nice", i added. He looked down at me smiling and bringing his lips to my cheek. I smiled. We totally forgot that we were not the only ones in the room.
