Should I Go?

Back in Frantoch, the sun was beginning to descend as the late afternoon set it.

Wandering the streets, Jash wondered what he wanted to do next. He had spent most of the day at the guild hall but it wasn't spent doing or acquiring jobs. Jash didn't find any jobs that he both liked and that fit his schedule for Guard Royale, so he didn't take any. After that, Jash hung out in the crowded cafe while thinking over everything he'd been through in the past month.

It was still the loss of his job that stung the most, and how he had no way to prove himself before immediately losing his position. Jash didn't visit Feerah to take the officer job either. His hunting job had ended up lasting longer than expected, so Jash didn't return to the city until after the deadline to accept Feerah's offer.

But there was a new thought brewing in his head. To leave Frantoch.
