Luxuries of the Market District

Nelphy ran into their small, fenced yard. There was a patch of grass on one side, but the yard was mostly a wooden patio with a stone path between the wood and grass.

Jash was hung up on the little things. He never imagined being excited about a mailbox, but Jash was ecstatic to run his hand over the rectangular, wooden box with their home number on it.

Both of them were over the moon to have a place to call home, a place to stay and dwell without any need to get up and move every other morning. A place for them to store things and fill with stuff they've yet to purchase. The thrill of owning their first-ever home sunk deeply into their minds.

But as Nelphy reached the door, she realized something. "Umm, did Golbert ever give you a key?"

"... No. He didn't give you one?" Jash asked, already knowing the answer.

Perplexed, Nelphy approached the door. Then, she noticed something even odder. "Jash… I don't see a keyhole."
