Bil's Sensory Prowess

Nodding while thinking about Bil's words and circumstances, Zac sighed, "Interesting… Then your senses must be pretty strong! What was your old rank?"

"Honestly, I don't know," Bil laughed. "I don't even have my old military nameplate. I'm pretty sure I lost it around the same time…"

"Then how have you lasted so long? That means you haven't entered any cities for eighteen years," stated Zac.

But Bil shrugged and chuckled, "So? Can one not find a living in towns and on the road? Why else am I here in Boarril, and not in Frantoch?"

Zac hummed slightly and nodded along with that logic. Jash, however, was taking mental notes on how Bil was able to smoothly handle the questioning, all while eating his fill. His recent appreciation for Bil was already on the rise, and this was only adding to that.
