Argument by the Fire

At that point, the younger members of the party felt both excited and tense. All they knew was that the upcoming floors were about to get far more difficult and dangerous. And they would be relying on their teamwork and strongest party members to stay safe.

"Get some sleep, everyone. Tomorrow, we make some formation changes," Zac commented before packing in for the night. 

The others gradually did the same. But Nelphy and Jash were eventually left alone by the fire's lingering coals. 

"... What do you think so far?" 

Nelphy blinked, noticing the silent seal her brother had thrown up. "I don't know. About what, exactly?" 

"This whole thing, I guess. You know, like fighting the bosses, facing the hordes, working together…" Jash went on and on for a little while. 

"Jash, are you asking what I think of your teamwork?" 

"... Yes."

"I think it's great."

"That's what I've been thinking–"
