Chapter 38: Second Trade War… (6)
~Third POV~
"Fire God's Heatwave!!"
"FFFFFffffzzzz….!"
Suddenly a large wave of black fire lunged towards Rou as he acted immediately summoning up his Archive Magic creating a screen blocking the blow momentarily as he rushes to it and use it as a launch pad to jump in the air.
*Kreck*
The screen acting like a barrier broke as Rou summoned another screen to use as a foothold sturdy enough to support standing up in the air with Aliza glaring at him using another Magic Spell.
"Fire God's Rage!"
Suddenly a magic circle is summoned in front of her as she releases a torrent of black fire in Rou's direction narrowing his eyes and beginning to clap his hands together as blue sparks of Alchemic energy turn purple using Fairy Alchemy yelling his attack name.
"Fairy Alchemy: Great Ice Shield!"
*SHiii*
Suddenly summoning up ice completely reconstructed using the Ethernano as his uniform began to glow up lightly as his Enchants boost his magic and alchemic power.
"Shhhsssss!"
Steam was suddenly spreading over covering the battlefield as Aliza growls at this moving her head around and trying to find Rou as he claps his hand again causing purple sparks of Fairy Alchemy reconstructing Ethernano to condense heating up the air rapidly and causing it to expand…
Aliza soon sees a charge of light creating electricity of sorts before listening to the attack's name coming her eyes widening sensing the danger ahead.
"Fairy Alchemy: Thunder Strike!"
*BOOM*
*WOOSH*
"AHHHH!!"
Trying to avoid the literal thunderbolt coming out from Rou's hand using her black fire Aliza tried to avoid it but was stuck in place by his Telekinesis Magic stopping her in place for a few seconds to get struck by thunder heating up the air of the Ethernano to simulate the effects of when lightning would pass through air.
Smoldering she grits her teeth roaring out again towards Rou's direction building up and releasing a torrent of flames at him again.
"FIRE GOD's RAGE!!!"
"FFFFZZZZ…!"
Rou's eyes widen seeing the Black Fire was stronger than before holding his Philosopher Stone immediately sensing the power coming at him was stronger than the first one.
"ZZZzzzzz…!"
Aliza's eyes widen seeing the red stone sparks turn her Magic Spell of Fire God's Rage transmuting it ignoring the laws of equivalent exchange into nothing as if it was destroyed or rather deconstructed into its basic elements of Ethernano into the air again.
*Thud*
Landing down safely on the ground Rou could only sigh as he felt the heat of the fire with more concern commenting on her attack, "Whew… that was a close one there. Almost got me worried there for a second."
Aliza growls at him as her fire was lit up on two of her fists stomping closer and suddenly blinking away to nearby his face Rou guards up as the two at the same time launch their spells at that moment.
"Fire God's Scythe!"
"Dispel!!"
*Ffzzz*
*Shink*
*Thud*
Using both of the spells Aliza was one of the quicker ones between the two as Rou's arm was sliced up leaving a stub where his left arm was it began burning up destroyed by the halberd of destruction as the Dispel Spell managed to negate the fire from spreading over his body as Aliza black fire scythe was gone.
Not wanting to give up or relent Aliza moved forward towards Rou as she clasps her hands together to launch a maw-shaped attack of black flames at their target in order to trap them in spherically shaped, black flames not giving him a chance.
"Fire God's Supper!"
*Zzzz*
Seeing the jaws of black fire coming towards him Rou grits his pain as his will of survival sprang up holding the Philosopher Stone activating and stopping the attack and transmuting it into Ethernano's use turning the attack into regenerating his left arm again good as new again.
Feeling his left arm to his hand again Rou's eyes glare at Aliza as she noticed her attack was blocked again thinking to herself returning a glare of her own, 'What the hell!!! I thought the power of the Fire God's destruction would destroy anything in its wake!! So why the hell is that man changing it!! What magic is he even doing?!'
Using the Philosopher Stone to recover his left arm's clothing along rethatching the lost Enchant on it again glowing red runes then disappearing again with Rou speaking, "Now that was rude. That was a really good arm I just lost because of you. And Enchanting the clothing is just as much of a pain."
Aliza wasn't amused by Rou's words igniting her fist with black fire and cried out to him clearly enraged, "ARGH!! Why bother talking when I can smash your fist caving your fucking head in!!!"
*Zzzzz*
Activating the Philosopher Stone again with an open palm pointing at Aliza coming to rush at him as the ground suddenly sprang up trying to capture her in place with reconstructed rock hands trying to grab her as she propels herself with her fire.
*Zzzzz*
Smirking at this Rou changed his style to normal alchemy as blue sparks of Alchemic energy began to gather the water vapor from the air forming what seem to be a small ball of energy with a red light just as Aliza began to charge right towards him.
The small ball of energy actually happens to be condensed the air around him to be in a liquid state to reduce the volume and then vaporize it producing a powerful shockwave as the light came from the heat generated by the force compression need to obtain entropy.
*BOOM*
*CRACK*
"AH!"
Suddenly releasing a shockwave attack Aliza was badly damaged hearing the signs of bones breaking as Rou mentally thinks about the attack he used, 'I knew re-watching the original Fullmetal Alchemist Anime from Lyra was worth learning. That shockwave created has the power to destroy buildings. And a built-up one has more than enough output to make someone became paste work. And yet…'
Struggling to get up seeing a broken arm twisted with her bones showing bearing her fangs at him not giving in as she flares up more of her black fire, "I'm not giving up… not till you all burn… till you all die by –"
*Snap*
*BOOM*
"AHHHH!!!"
A screeching scream was heard from her as Rou snapped his fingers using Fire Alchemy to pinpoint the attack to her eyes by manipulating the concentration of oxygen in the air by raising the density of the oxygen surrounding his target to a level at which it becomes volatile and creates narrow pathways of oxygen between himself and his target through which he can direct the ensuing flash fire that blossoms from the spark of his fingers through friction fire.
The 'snap' sound heard at the start of these transmutations is caused by the instantaneous speed at which the highly concentrated gases and sparks react together and pop bursting open fire in this case directly to Aliza's eyes.
She screeches in pain rolling on the ground in pain with her eyes gone with Rou slowly closing onto her frowning apologizing, "Sorry but this is the end. I apologize if I killed your father or not in this war."
Hearing the sound of his voice she coated herself in black-tinted fire with the idea of burning him alive taking Rou with her, "I'LL KILL YOU WITH ME –"
*Zzzzz*
Using the Philosopher Stone Aliza was soon deconstructed and reconstructed again seemingly repairing her body to normal again as in place next to her was her Origins.
Her Origin radiated black-tinted fire around it making Rou raise an eyebrow at this commenting on it, "Interesting… the power of the Fire God Slayer Magic must have left the residue Magic Power inside her Origin. I expected it to be the case when I deconstructed her."
Sighing to himself feeling tired of the close fight he took a moment to relax mentally and physically exhausted, "Whew… man that took a lot out of me. That was simply way too close for my liking. Then again, I do need experience in hand-to-hand combat in cases like these. But seeing I have the chance…"
Taking the chance Rou began to use Archive Hack on Aliza but before he could his instincts kicked in widening his eyes and directing him to move away from an incoming attack.
*WOOSH*
Suddenly almost being pierced from behind through by an invisible attack with tints of black energy and gripping his Philosopher Stone putting his guard gaining his bearings raising his hands to fight.
His eyes darted towards a lone figure holding up Aliza's unconscious body scoffing at her in mockery, "Tch. To think this Generation Fire God Slayer would lose this badly and no longer have her origins. Truly pathetic."
Gaining his bearings and standing up Rou's eyes widen in shock as the man holding Aliza by the neck grinned as his mouth enlarged itself licking his lips, "Well done fellow God Slayer newbie… you used to have the magic power of the God Slayer. Any magic you have remained inside your body, however... Well… free power up."
*CRUNCH*
*CRUNCH*
Frozen in a brief shock as the man that took the downed Aliza ate what appears to be her soul pushed out of her body using a black tinted color energy substance grinning happily turning his attention towards him, "Ah… that was quite the pleasant meal. Mhm… Fire God Slayer with a hint of spiciness inside. Rather tasty wouldn't you say Fairy Saint?"
Disgusted witnessing seeing the person in front of him doing cannibalism via soul consumption of one human to another in front of him as he prepares for another battle wiping off the blood from his mouth, "Disgusting. You just ate a human soul… that's fucking cannibalism if I saw any."
The man merely laughs off Rou's words grinning licking clean of the blood off his lips, "Oh? Really? I suppose it would be so but then again that's merely my God Slayer Magic at work. I'm Luz Creed the Spirit God Slayer."
Hearing the words Spirit God Slayer Rou's eyes glared at Luz as he stared at the Philosopher Stone on Rou's hand Luz's eyes widen in interest viewing the Philosopher Stone, "But… Oh my? Why someone has been a very naughty boy? What an interesting Stone good sir? Harvesting Human Souls into a small container how –"
*Zzzz*
*BOOM*
Before Luz could register to comment the Philosopher Stone in Rou's hand Luz suddenly exploded creating a large explosion engulfing the two and creating a large mushroom cloud as Rou defended himself using the power of the stone…
Left with no choice and the worry that his opponent would gain power more power after knowing what's his capable of Rou used his Fire Alchemy to ignite the air around Luz boosted with the Philosopher Stone power to boost the effects instantly of the firepower to create an explosion engulfing the two in its fiery glory…
Rou made sure to change the fire explosion at the last second into a nuclear fire release.
However, the ending attack to kill Luz never came to with Rou glaring suspecting his enemy's abilities, "Of fucking course you would have such a busted ability. Every God Slayer has a gimmick. Wind for heals and stamina. Fire for destructive energy. And fucking Spirit had to have eaten souls to gain their powers you eat. Can't you even be more of a cliché?"
"FFFFZZZZZ…!"
A black-tinted fire soon erupted as the fiery explosion soon was consumed…
But the damage was already done seeing Luz's body turned to a crisp body by the sudden attack with half his body scared from the attack angrily at Rou from the explosion, "YOU ARE SO DEAD!!!"
