Sillion and others arrived at the Guild House. They saw the renovation teams already busy cleaning, renovate and repairing the facilities.

With almost two hundreds employees the housing area is the first area that complete it renovation first.

The ground floor is like a big restaurant like the adventures tavern while the other 3 floors is the apartments for guild members and their families.

Sillion need to find chefs and many others employees for this just for this . He also needs staff for the administration building and guild quests plus the guild academy.

The breeders section will be managed by him, what the most important thing he need to do now is to accumulate money and try to hire someone to manage this guild and accountant to manage guild financial.

He needs this people fast but one thing that he didn't like is the fact he will had to hired someone he didn't know.

He never trust anyone not even himself, he held his head as he seated on one of the sofas in the ground floor.

He need to think who would be his accountants and guild manager, Alice already had her role as Guild's Fairy Battle Team captain, not to mention he still didn't had a coach for this team.

Alice finished cleaning her new apartment and step outside, the two siblings also already finished their cleaning and now wearing new clothes that Sillion brought to them on the way here.

"How is it? Is everything good?"

Alice asked Alex that now holding his sister hand and guide her to the stairs.

"I'm happy brother said the new house had two rooms one for each of us, if only grandpa still alive he will be very happy."

Elaine comment made Alice feel pity for this two siblings, if you think your life is hard there others that a bit of clean water is a paradise for them.

The house now is a two bedroom apartments. Even though it not big, just small apartment with basic needs, with the deals that he make with Sillion he can buy others things to decorate it in near future.

Alice and the two siblings reach ground floor that also a big kitchen hall only to see Sillion now with multiple paper and writing.

He now look like absentminded by his serius face make it clear to her that he is thinking about the future development of the Guild.

"Stop stressing yourself. I'm gonna cook some food, put a smile at least for the kids."

"If you stressed out about this things, the kids gonna think that this guild will fall even before it started."

Alice comment wake him up to reality.

"Sigh~~ .. Fine, let go to eat, did you brought the utensils and everything?."

Sillion asked as he clean the table and head to one of the dining table available on the hall.

Alice open the kitchen area and check the freezer, everything is here and the equipments totally look like to expensive and massive equipments on the big restaurants that she seen on the online series before.

The groceries is not much it good for a week, she thinks that good enough for them until they find a chefs for this massive kitchen.

Alice decided to cook cook white rice with steamed chicken and saute some mixed veggies to go with it. She complete it and thanks to Alex that helping her while Sillion still in deep thinking.

Alice and Alex places everything on table and their eat their first meals on this new home. Right after they finished, Sillion smartwatch received a notification that he need to be at FAC Misty Moon City Branch this evening.

Sillion stand up, told everyone about his new urgent matter and asked Alex to come with him to take his Bronze badge assignment.

Bronze assignment for potions maker is quite simple, the alchemist needs to make two Bronze level potions to advance as Bronze level alchemist.

Since he already going to the FAC branch for his Silver rank badge, he might as well bring Alex will him.

He and Alex arrived at FAC Branch near evening, he then bring Alex to the Alchemist department and told the staff that Alex want to advance to Bronze rank, the staff told Alex he need to make Flair Potions and Bug Powder for the assignment.

Alex agreed and they escorted him into the assignment area, Alchemist badge will be issued immediately if he succeed in his assignments.

The reason Sillion badge were issued late is probably because his theory about human elements affinity as for the other theory he will used it on the assignment for Gold rank when he confident about his breeding skills.

Sillion arrived at the Breeders department and goes straight to the counter.

"Hi my name is Sillion von Dragnilia. I were called here to receive my Silver rank badge."

"Hi sir, please scan your badge and retinal here , please wait a few minutes as I searched the confirmation about it."

The staff now stared silently at her monitor, Sillion noticed this kinda a weird thing so he decided to asked her about it.

"Hmm? Hello? Is something wrong with my badge?"

"No sir, it just you were Gold Rank in our database which meant you had completed the optional choice assignment or your theory had high value for the FAC headquarters."

"There also note here that stated you will receive extra 5M points and an complete certificate to open your own breeding center and store."

The staff name Sophia explain herself as she continues to list the benefits that Sillion got.

Sillion didn't think too much about it and asked the staff to complete everything, he then gave her his Bronze badge and took the new Gold rank badge, not long after completing everything his received the notification about his rewards.

Silion then walk straight to the Guild registration department and register his Guild under the named of Dragon Soul.

The registration process didn't take a long time. He then register everyone names under the guild, he now own an official Guild and as a guild master, he needs to attracts talented people into his guild.

But for now, he will stick to his original plans of searching talents on the slums like what happened with Alex and Elaine.

Sillion arrived at the alchemist department since Alex still not done, he decided to get some information about coach or anything related about Fairy Battlers Team management.

Alex finish all the process and after a few minutes waiting he get his Bronze rank badge.

He so excited about it but understood that he need to work harder. Alex came out and walk straight to Sillion.

"Ooo, by the look of your face, I think you succeed in your rank up quest."

Sillion blank comment make Alex feels a bit embarrassed but he remembered that sister Alice said Sillion a man of few words.

He acted like those comments were nothing but compliments for his success.

"Yes , I manage to get the Bronze rank badge. It a same potions that grandpa teach me before so it not that hard."

Alex answered Sillion but deep down he wish that grandpa still alive to see his success.

"That good, let go back home for now. And I gave money to Alice, if you want to buy a book or anything ask her for it."

Sillion gave his instructions to Alex as he really didn't want to be a babysitter as he needs to go talents hunting and many others things tomorrow.

Alex just nod listening to Sillion and follow him home.
