10. Gaia’s teachings

There are three steps in the first cycle in Gaias teachings, breaking, nourishing and healing. The first, from its name is to break the body as much as possible. By working out and training until one could feel that he is starting to lose their consciousness. The second step is to nourish the body with rich amount of mana by some medicinal herbs or mana potions. The last step is to heal the body using the mana breathing technique within the scripture.

I changed into a track suit and put on my running shoes.

Back In my world, it would take effort to do such training. Of course in this world, awakeners can perform impossible things from the previous worlds view with ease. For now, I can warm up with this workout routine that I used to perform.

I stopped thinking of useless thoughts and began my training.

After the small warmup. I lifted the a 30 kgs in each arm and started a working session with three sets with 2 min rests in between. The 30 kgs felt heavy as hell as my strength was a mere F rank.

I felt like hell..

It took me a total of 3 hours to completely tatter my body..

If I didn't have this martial art scripture, no matter how much training I do I will never catch up with the main lead. Those lucky bastards had talents that boosts their growth from a little effort. While I have to experience such torture to take a step closer to them.

"Huff..huff.huff" without any other words I collapsed into the bathtub that was filled with Epic grade mana potions and herbs.

I tried my best to recall the breathing technique mentioned in the book.

{ …..once you close your eyes, feel free. The pain will numb your body making you feel like you are floating. Once you are free. breath through your nose for 4 seconds. While breathing use you stomach to help with the airflow. Then hold your breath for 7 seconds. Do not apply pressure and stay still. In exhaling, don't rush and don't prolong, keep it exactly for 8 seconds. Once you get the hang of it try breathing through your skin pores. Each hair follicle needs nourishment. Try and feel the mana seeping inside your skin pores….}

It was difficult at first but after a couple hours, I could feel the mana around me getting absorbed. I felt my body gets lighter and lighter after every time.

and like that two weeks went by.

Currently, in the association, a meeting was scheduled to make up a plan in how to retrieve this artifact, and the one key factor and biggest contributor was demulein Sylvicous. Still, demulein only wanted garb alive, the only reason why he isn't going there by himself was the request of the association leader.

Demulein saw his own wife getting killed. the gut ripper took his sweet time. That's why Demulein has sworn to show that ant what true hell was.
