Soviered Kingdom: Part 5

It has been 3 days since Violet was found. No one knows how long she had been lying there. She still is unconscious and hasn't come back in sense for 3 days. That is also the reason why nobody knows about who she is, why she was there and what happened.

"Mort, did you find something?" Prince Johnas said to a beautiful lady who was taking care of Violet with two other people while entering a house with Hakuji. Most likely she is one of the healers and the other her slaves. This house is most likely a hospital.

"No, Prince. No clue yet,"Mort answered.

Violet looks different. Her face and body didn't change but her clothes changed completely. She is wearing the clothes of a slave. Her belt and suit aren't there. Her cuts and bruises have healed completely by now but she still is unconscious.

"She must have been hurt a lot. The bruises looked awful. Who could do this much of torture to a human?"Hakuji said.

"She must be related to the culprit,"Prince Johnas said.

"What? Prince, how are you so sure?"Mort said while showing concern about Violet.

"She must be. There were only two towns left in this kingdom. She isn't from this town as we got reported. She must be from either Solviedge town or other kingdoms. If she is from another kingdom that proves she is with the culprit or the culprit herself and if she is from the Solviedge town then everyone got burned and she did not? That is surely concerning. That makes her chances of being the culprit really high,"Hakuji said.

"Exactly, she is the only suspect. Make sure she doesn't escape or die. We'll leave now," Prince Johnas said.

"Okay, Prince. I will make sure to inform you if she wakes up,"Mort said.

Prince and Hakuji left the hospital while talking.

"Any other reports?"Prince asked.

"No, Prince,"Hakuji answered.

"Any other leads?"Prince asked.

"No, Prince,"Hakuji replied.

"Any other clues?"Prince asked.

"No, Prince. We are searching. Everything is burned to a crisp. Everywhere you can is just filled with ashes. Humans, houses, horses, assets, everything has burned completely,"Hakuji replied.

"There must be a clue. No one is this perfect to not leave a clue. Make sure you search every house and every corner. There must be a lead somewhere. Doesn't matter if it takes ages,"Prince ordered. He is calm somehow.

"Yes, Prince,"Hakuji answered.

"What do you think of that girl?"Prince asked.

"She sure is mysterious. She could be an important clue related to the case,"Hakuji replied.

"What about Tromins? Any new leads?"Prince asked.

"Yes, Prince. An old guy saw one of them in the bar nearby. We should check that place,"Hakuji said.

"Make sure that old man gets rewarded,"Prince said.

"He has been already,"Hakuji said.

"What about that deadly monster?"Prince asked.

"We sent 10 of our most professional adventurers. I am sorry to inform you that all of them never got back. It has been 10 days. They are most likely dead since it shouldn't even take 1 hour to get back from there,"Hakuji reported.

"We are losing our fighters day by day. We have to go on our own to defeat that Deadly. We have to go soon before it comes into town. The dungeon is near the town,"Prince said.

"Yes, Prince,"Hakuji replied.

While talking they had reached the bar. It is like any other bar as of the past as the Earth. The name of the bar was 'BOKE BAR'. There was a man near the bar sitting on the ground and reading a book. The prince approached him most likely to use him for something.

"Hey, want to get some quick money?"Prince said.

Prince and Hakuji were in civilian clothes wearing a scarf. That makes them unrecognisable.

"If you are giving me a chance then sure,"said the man.

The Prince told him the plan. He told him to go in and follow a guy wherever he goes. He should be wearing a blue tucked shirt and a long scarf enough to reach a person's butt.

The guy went in to see a lot of drunkards. A lot were dancing in joy, a lot were sitting and gossiping and a lot were flirting with the wine servers. The guy sat and ordered a white wine. He had already seen the guy. He was wearing the exact same clothes the prince described. He was sitting alone and when another guy tried to approach him to join, he just glared at him. The guy said "whatever" and just left. The shady guy with the long scarf was short. Maybe he is 5 feet and 1 inches. He looks chubby but maybe not. It's just his clothes that make him look like that. The shady guy noticed that the guy was staring at him. He stood up and left the bar like he saw nothing. The guy followed him. Both entered an alley where there was no one so it was hard to not make footsteps and get caught. Still the guy manages to follow him a bit. Both were walking but the guy didn't realise that he was being watched.

Two people jumped on the guy. They had caught him and were choking him with a rope. Both of them wore the exact same clothes as the shady guy before. The shady guy slowly walked back, unfastened the rope on his neck a little bit and put a knife on his neck. "Tell me who you are working for before I cut that neck off,"The shady man said.

"I can say it, ughhooff….I can expla- …ughhoofff,"The man was wanted to say something but since he was still couldn't breath, his coughs didn't allow him to say it.

"You aren't good to be left alive. I'll find that bitch myself," The shady man said with anger and put the knife on the man's neck…

Suddenly, a leg kicked one of those guy's who was holding the guy and that resulted in the rope getting unfastened and he stopped choking on it. The legs were of Prince Johnas's. Hakuji jumped from the top of one of the 2 story houses, breaking the wooden floor underneath and landed while kicking one of them, breaking his jaws and finishing him with one punch on the stomach. The other guy tried to stab Hakuji. Hakuji dodged the attack and kicked on his jaw which resulted in his death. Those punches and kicks weren't normal. Hakuji was a 6 feet 6 inch tall big man in the first place and to top it all of those punches and kicks had something in it. It was some magical power. He is a BRAWLER!

"Damn you!"The shady guy said while trying to escape.

The Prince held his hand in the air….

Flames were gathering around in the shape of a comet. It was as big as American football.

CAST!

It went towards the shady man in the blink of an eye which resulted in a harsh death. It went straight through his head resulting the head exploding to pieces.

The guy who was said to spy on them ran without taking his reward.

"Hey, take your money,"Hakuji said while calling him.

"Forget him. He is scared of what happened right now. We'll send him the money later. Lets see what these guys have,"Prince Johnas said.

Both of them checked those corpses.

Hakuji was checking some knives and saying, "I found some jewelleries and some eye pearls or Kumas. Not anything interesting. The knives they have look normal and don't have any secret pockets or anything."

"I found a pearl too. But this guy's knife did have something. It's a message saying 'send this to Plimeria'. It can be that pond or even a name of a person but it makes it true that this is a really big bandit gang,"Prince Johnas said.

They were talking about it and then a cat came. Prince opened the locket of its collar. It looks like it has a message.

It says, "The girl is awake."

"Hakuji, we have to go now,"Prince ordered.

At the hospital,

Violet is drinking. It is a juice which has some plants and herbs that makes patients stronger and helps them to get better. It was going on when Hakuji and Prince walked in.

Violet was scared at first after seeing them. Mort held her and said to not worry.

"Why is she scared? We are not even in the royal suits. We never did anything to her. Very suspicious!''Prince Johnas was thinking.

He smiled and asked Violet,"Hi, are you feeling good now? You must have been through a lot."

Violet looked confused and didn't say anything.

Prince looked at Mort. "Oh sorry, I forgot to ask. Mort, is it ok if I ask her some questions?"

"Yes, Prince. Go ahead,"Mort replied.

Prince thanked her and was going to say, "what's your na-"when he was stopped by Violet saying, "where am I?"

"You don't know where you are? It is the capital,"Prince said. "Now hearing the capital she is most likely to say the kingdom she is from that'll make us know which kingdom she is from,"Prince thought.

"Capital?"Violet was confused at this point.

"Yeah, capital. Don't you remember the capital of your kingdom?''Prince said. He had such a beautiful smile on his face. Violet was staring at the smile while being confused.

"Kingdom? What?"Violet was still confused.

"Huh, Mort. What's happening?"The Prince looked at Mort.

"Wait, Prince, Lord Hakuji please come in this room."They followed Mort into a room. It is the office of Mort.

"Actually, as I got the reports from my assistants just now, she has forgotten everything. Her brain was damaged which made her forget everything,"Mort said.

This world has so many fantastic things. The fact that they watched her brain without even x-ray machine existing in that era. They just used a healing method to see everything inside and outside her body which revealed all the bruises and fractures. It was 16 bruises and 6 fractures in total.

"Damn it! I guess we are unlucky. We can't do anything. We should try our best and ask her all the questions. Maybe that'll do something. She can be acting,"Prince Johnas said.

They walked back where Violet was.

"So what's your name?"Prince asked.

"Name? I don't know. I don't think I've ever had a name," Violet said.

"What? Not a name? That is weird. As far as I know not a single kingdom has this kind of rule,tradition or something else,"Prince thought.

"Where are you from?" Prince asked.

"I don't know,"Violet asked.

"What is your division? What is your job?"Prince asked.

"Division? Job?"Violet asked.

"Yeah, like what magic power do you use?"Prince asked.

"Magic? What do you mean?"Violet replied.

"Yeah, don't you remember anything?"Prince Johnas asked.

Violet looked down, "Name, Kingdom, Magic, what….Job, Division, Power….I don't remember. Who am I? Where is this place? What? Where? Magic?" she was mumbling. She looks dull. Her face is becoming darker and duller. She is falling into darkness. The darkness of ignorance is eating her, Pulling her towards the dark. She slowly starts to burst in tears while still mumbling. Two of the assistants hold her.

"Prince, I think you should stop it. I am sorry. Please come to this room,"Mort said while pulling back both of them.

"I am sorry, Prince. I had to do it. She is having a mental breakdown. Maybe we shouldn't have forced her. We should have waited a bit. Pushing her brains when she lost her memories wasn't a great Idea,"Mort said.

"What else could we do? It was the only way we could do something. The only lead forgot all her memories. What should we do now, Prince?"Hakuji asked.

"She still can be acting though. Hear me, she will stay with us, Hakuji. Every single minute. Just not the time when she is sleeping or in the washroom. Still she will be under watch when with us and in those times too just not by us,"Prince Johnas said.

"What? She can be the killer. You are saying a cat should stay with a fish?"Hakuji said.

"If she stays with us all the time and doesn't know she is being watched then she will try to do something. We'll catch her red handed and everyone sure does at least one mistake. We'll be able to catch and use that as our benefit if something goes wrong. Besides, she will be taught magic and will go into dungeons with us. We'll keep testing her to see her abilities and to see if she is the culprit,"Prince said.

"Sounds very risky,"Hakuji said.

"Nothing else we can do. If she is the culprit and we leave her alone, then she will destroy the town like last time,"Prince said.

"When will she be fully treated until we can take her with us?"Prince asked Mort.

"35 days. You should keep visiting her and tell her different things. That'll help her to get better quickly,"Mort replied.

"35 days it is then,"....
